Death Flute

Death Flute
Luo Sen Khang Trapped

Sen Khang opened the door to his room because he wanted to go visit his sister. He did not know that at this time in the front room and yard of his house there was a commotion. He does not care if his guests are not accompanied by him as the host. He was too angry to join them. He can't wait until they all leave his house and he can be alone again.

He walked slowly towards Ting Ting's room. I don't know who is guarding Ting Ting right now, she thought. Maybe one of the servants....

How unfortunate the fate of Ting Ting is! As if his suffering had not been enough, it was now coupled with the humiliation that would come from the outside world. They know that their honor is taken away. Although it wasn't Ting Ting's fault, but for women, it was still a disgrace.

Sen Khang knew that he could do nothing. The only thing he could do was to look after his sister and not let her out of the Bamboo Guesthouse. Maybe one day, people will forget about this.

Suddenly his sharp eyes caught the shadow of someone. He did not see the man very clearly because he was moving so fast. He only saw the figure wearing a white-gray shirt. To his surprise, the figure flashed with something golden in his hand—which seemed to be a human figure as well.

Instantly his heart was beating.

There was only one person he knew who liked to wear gold-colored clothes: Ouwyang Ping!

Without a second thought, he ran after.

He continued to run through the path that led to the Bamboo Forest. He didn't care about anything because he thought Ouwyang Ping was in danger. No matter how much he hated the Ouwyang family today, Ouwyang Ping was still the only girl he loved. He did not want anything to happen to Ouwyang Ping!

I don't know why the figure seemed to be playing with him. When he lost track, the figure appeared again with a very fast movement and seemed to show off the body wrapped in gold clothes in his carrier.

Sen Khang knew the science of lightening his body was not as great as that person, but he continued to pursue it because he was increasingly convinced that the person was holding Ouwyang Ping hostage. Which made him worry, why didn't Ouwyang Ping move in the slightest? Don't-don't....

He quickly stopped his excessive worries and continued his run.

He arrived at the Bamboo Forest.

His heart was pounding more and more as he saw a golden-clothed figure lying near a seemingly new mound. He did not know that the mound was Sung Cen's grave because he had never set foot out of the Bamboo House again since that event.

He approached.

His heart suddenly stopped beating. He couldn't believe the sight in front of him.

Ouwyang Ping was lifeless. His neck is tilted to the left and can be seen scratch marks sharp objects at the bottom of his jaw on the right. The scratch was covered in fresh blood. His body did not move at all. His eyes were closed and his face was pale.

Sen Khang jumped to Ouwyang Ping side and shook the girl's body. It felt like someone plucked his heart out of his chest and threw it away. He felt a tearing of pain and anger.

“Ping-er! Ping-er!” nervous shouting.

Ouwyang Ping did not move in the slightest.

Sen Khang could not check his veins because that part was actually full of blood. He touched the wound on Ouwyang Ping's neck, but when his hand touched the sticky blood, he immediately pulled back his hand.

“Yes God, who did this?!” it's full of anger. Tears are not felt. Can't be! This can't be happening!

How did Ping-er die? Who could hurt Ping-er like this? Sen Khang kept trying to wake Ouwyang Ping up. But in vain because the girl's body remained motionless.

Suddenly his eyes were pounded on a long knife near Ouwyang Ping body. Furious, he took the blood-stained knife.

“Ping-er, who did it?” his Sen Khang poignant.

Just after Sen Khang grabbed the knife, dozens of people sprung up to the place.

Sen Khang turned his head and saw they were all his guests plus Meng Huan.

Ouwyang Kuan trembled to see his daughter's body covered in blood. He can't take it anymore.

“Luo Sen Khang! You killed my daughter!” wrathful roar.

Sui She staggered.

Sen Khang was aghast and momentarily forgot his sadness. “I don't..!”

The warriors stared at Sen Khang full of shock and disgust.

“Brother Luo, I didn't expect..” Swordsman Can looked at Sen Khang in disbelief, then looked at Ouwyang Ping body.

“Brother Luo, we can understand if you want to kill Death's Flute. We understand you're vengeful for him. But why did you kill the innocent Miss Ouwyang instead? In front of us?” Swordsman Fu looked very disappointed.

“We saw for yourself you took Miss Ouwyang hostage in the yard!” exclaim Pendekar Hua growled.

“I didn't go to the yard for a second!” shouts Sen Khang.

“Why do you keep a murder weapon?” tukas Pendekar Lei's.

“I picked it up just now. This knife is lying on the side.. Ping-er's body..!” Sen Khang was stunned. Consciousness instantly slapped him. Face paled.

“Liar! We saw you in the yard a while ago. Take Miss Ouwyang hostage! We all saw it! You want to say we lied!” exclaim Pendekar Cin from the Sky Dragon Association.

Sen Khang was completely cornered. He tried to deny and tried to testify, but everyone did not give him a chance.

Meng Huan tried to defend her, but her voice was defeated by the others.

Swordsman Sung stepped into the middle of the arena, and stood beside Sen Khang. “Quiet, Brothers!” his screams were authoritative so they all instantly shut their mouths. “We'd better solve this problem at home. I will bring Miss Ouwyang's body to be buried there.”

“My daughter!” exclaim Ouwyang Kuan, about to hit Ouwyang Ping body. But Sam Hui blocked him gently yet firmly. Ouwyang Kuan was unable to move as Sam Hui held onto his arm.

Sui She who was limp and crying was being held by Wen Chiang.

They went back to the mother house.

Sen Khang was accompanied by all of them who were watching him closely. They don't want Sen Khang to escape.

“I didn't kill Ping-er!” Sen Khang. He looked around to ask for understanding. “What did I kill him for?”

They were all gathered in the grounds because the inner space could not accommodate all of them. While Ouwyang Ping's body was brought in by Mr. Chang and taken care of by him aided by A Nan and Kui Fang.

All the warriors stood around Sen Khang. They looked at Sen Khang with anger mixed with disbelief.

“You want revenge!” tukas Pendekar Hua's. “Because Death Flute does not exist, her sister is the one you targeted!”

“That's not true!”

“Lantas what is your defense?”

“I saw people flashing carrying Ping-er. I was worried so I chased him. By the time I arrived at the Bamboo Forest, Ping-er was already dead. I saw the knife lying nearby and I picked it up to check it out. That's it!” Sen Khang explained.

“Then how do you explain your presence in the yard while holding Miss Ouwyang hostage?” ask Pendekar Fu.

“I never go to the yard. I was in my room!”

“Do not lie!” hardik Ouwyang Kuan's. “We all saw you there!”

Sen Khang was stunned. He looked at them all in disbelief. Why do they all doubt it? He really didn't do it! How could he possibly take the life of someone important to him in this world? And, how could Ouwyang Kuan possibly accuse him like that? The man knew that Sen Khang liked his daughter!

“You are truly cruel, Brother Luo!” grunts Swordsman Can. “We misjudged you!”

“Today we always appreciate you. I never thought you were this kind of person!”

“We are very disappointed to have been on your side all this time!”

Accusations for the sake of accusations continue to be leveled by the warriors. They did not listen to Sen Khang's explanation or Meng Huan's defense. They really cornered Sen Khang.

Sen Khang was desperate. Who wants to believe it now?

Swordsman Sung sighed. “Ironis once, right? What Chien Wan is going through is now your own experience, Sen Khang.”

Sen Khang flabbergasted. A speck of regret swept through his heart.
