Death Flute

Death Flute
Arriving in Lok Yang City

What happened to Ouwyang Ping?

Ouwyang Ping was bathing in a very clear watering pool. He was very happy and did not hesitate to take a bath by taking off all his clothes. He soaked his entire body and left only his head visible on the surface. That's when someone came.

That person was a large and rough tall man. His mouth grinned at Ouwyang Ping. His eyes looked savage as he looked at the faintly visible beautiful body under the clear water.

Ouwyang Ping screamed in shock and fear while trying to cover his body. He could not swim to the edge and took his clothes because the man was standing near his clothes.

“Get over here, Beautiful lady,” said the man in a hoarse voice.

Ouwyang Ping's face was deathly pale. “Pe... go you!” angry shouting.

“He he he! How could I leave a girl as beautiful as you? Come on, I'll be nice to you,” persuade the man with a brash grin. He advanced more and more to the edge and began to untie his robe.

“Do not approach!” yelled Ouwyang Ping in panic.

The man kept moving. Yet....

“Badness!” snapped someone.

Both the man and Ouwyang Ping turned their heads, the man angrily and Ouwyang Ping gratefully. The girl almost cried from relief. He was scared since. He was not willing if that brash person touched him for even a moment.

“Kak Wan!” the girl was full of relief.

The brash man snickered furiously. “Who are you? Basic annoyance!” mean it.

“You are who?” geram Chien Wan's. “The bully is you. How shameless bothering a good girl!” it snapped with a sharp tone and the rays of ferocious eyes radiated anger.

“Busty!” hardik that guy. “Sweak young man, how dare you say I am! Do you know who I am? I am Hao Sing Yat, Tiger Powered Swordsman of Kang Lam!”

Chien Wan had never heard of that name. He snorted coldly. “Cause call yourself ‘pendekar’? People who like to disturb women do not deserve to call themselves warriors!”

“Linkers!!” raung Hao Sing Yat while attacking Chien Wan all of a sudden.

Chien Wan dodged the attack. Then he retaliated against the attack with an unusually agile and powerful silat movement. Mr. Ouwyang Cu has trained him with high-level silat typical of Nada Valley. The people in the Nada Valley have their own characteristics. Their kung fu movements are very pliable. They glanced like they were dancing. Very light and rhythmic, as if hovering.

Hao Sing Yat was surprised to recognize the characteristic. He jumped back.

“You.... you.. you're from Nada Valley?” splashy.

“True!” chien Wan replied firmly.

Hearing that answer, Hao Sing Yat jumped away without saying anything more. Chien Wan's not after him. He was more worried about Ouwyang Ping. The girl who was still under the water. The girl's lips were shaking in coldness.

“Ping-er, are you okay?” asked Chien Wan concerned.

Ouwyang Ping nodded with a flushed face in embarrassment. At first Chien Wan did not understand why the girl was blushing like that. He watched the girl and his gaze was directed underwater. Instantly he realized that the girl was in an innocent state. Chien Wan quickly turned her back to Ouwyang Ping.

“You. I... I have to take care of our breakfast..” Chien Wan's voice stammered. He flashed away while trying to calm his heart that was pounding uncomfortably.

After Chien Wan left, Ouwyang Ping looked in all directions and jumped out after being convinced that there was no one there. He quickly got dressed. He immediately left the pool.

When Ouwyang Ping arrived, Chien Wan was sitting while flipping a rabbit over a campfire.

“Kakak Wan..

“The flesh is not yet mature. You sit down first,” said Chien Wan without looking. He still had to control the pounding of his heart. He saw what he should not have seen. Although only vague and not so obvious, he felt guilty. He had no bad intentions at all.

Ouwyang Ping sat before Chien Wan without saying anything. It's just*******-***** his finger restlessly.

Chien Wan glanced at the girl and sighed. He lifted his grilled rabbit from the fire and approached the girl. He sat down in front of Ouwyang Ping and thrust the rabbit. “Eat, Ping-er. After this we should immediately continue the journey.”

After finishing breakfast, they tidied up the items and left the place.

***

Lok Yang City is a fairly large and crowded city. The population is quite dense and most of them work as traders. The streets of the city are almost never quiet from the crowd because there are always people passing there. The restaurants are also always full— especially at mealtime. But on this occasion, the city seemed much more crowded than usual. The meeting of the warriors held at the residence of Pendekar Sung was the cause.

On the streets of the city, it appeared to pass people dressed succinctly. They mingled with the merchants and the people of the city who were there. Their appearance is quite striking and invites public attention because many carry weapons, ranging from swords, spears, toya and so on. There is also not too flashy because it only carries a fan, but the fan can also be used as a formidable weapon.

When Chien Wan and Ouwyang Ping arrived, not many people noticed. The musical instruments they carry make people think they are just ordinary musicians. The beauty of Ouwyang Ping is actually more inviting attention.

“Kak Wan, the city is bustling!” sigh Ouwyang Ping—who is accustomed to the silence of the Valley of Nada.

Chien Wan was silent. Actually, he does not like crowded places. If only he had no obligation to carry out his teacher's orders, he would much rather stay in the Valley of Nada.

“I'm hungry, Brother. How about we eat first?” the Ouwyang Ping.

It was time for lunch, so Chien Wan nodded. They headed for the nearby restaurant, which was crowded by people dressed specially in the Persilatan World.

A servant took them to the only place left, which was in the corner. The waiter poured hot tea and asked, “You want to order what, Mister?”

“Nation and two kinds of vegetables,” says Ouwyang Ping.

“Bring also dumpling soup,” added Chien Wan.

The waiter nodded and left them in a hurry to get their order.

Ouwyang Ping looked at Chien Wan in surprise. Chien Wan never wanted any kind of food because he thought it was useless. Any delicious food will not be enjoyed because it feels bland on his tongue. So why now....

Chien Wan turned her head and saw astonishment in the girl's eyes. “Sup is not for me, but for you. You like dumpling soup, right?”

Ouwyang Ping was increasingly astonished, but now coupled with the taste of haru. He really likes dumpling soup, but he never told Chien Wan. How did Chien Wan know?

“When in Nada Valley, when we eat together, what you always ask first is: does the cook make dumpling soup. So I draw the conclusion that your favorite food is dumpling soup,” said Chien Wan, answering to the girl's astonishment.

“So...., all this time Brother Wan noticed my behavior at the dinner table, huh?” exclaim Ouwyang Ping with a red face.

Chien Wan only smiled slightly.

The waiter came to bring their order. “Please, Sir, Miss.”

“Thank you,” said Chien Wan. “Do you know where Pendekar Sung lives?”

“At the end of this road, Mr.”

After the waiter left, they ate the food. Ouwyang Ping sipped his soup sauce deliciously, making Chien Wan look down to hide his smile. In many ways, the girl always shows her maturity. But often Chien Wan saw his behavior that showed that he was actually a childish teenager.

When they finished they paid for the food and left the restaurant. Then they headed to Pendekar Sung's residence. But the meeting of the new warriors will take place the next day. Then tonight they have to find lodging. They went to an inn located not far from Pendekar Sung's residence.

“Master, we were about to book a room,” said Ouwyang Ping.

The innkeeper looked at them with a regretful face. “Wah, all rooms have been filled, Miss. Now there is a meeting of the warriors. All lodgings in this city are full,” told him.

Ouwyang Ping looked at Chien Wan with question marks.

At that time, three young men entered the inn. Coincidentally too, Chien Wan was looking towards the entrance.

They were both surprised.

Seriate.
