Kenzie softened his eyes. Perhaps knowing that Azira was nervous about her current attitude.
"Listen. Kenzie replied in a patient tone
He shifted his gaze from Azira's red face. Then start cleaning the documents on the table and close the important files in the laptop.
Azira doubted. She guessed that her husband really didn't hear what she said just now.
"We pray right away, mas?" Not silent, Azira helped her husband to clean up the things on the table.
She also took over the documents from her husband's hands. Had wanted to take the laptop, but Kenzie wouldn't allow it.
"Weight, let me." Deny Kenzie.
After clearing the table, the two of them then went to the room.
"What did you say?" Kenzie remembered Azira had said something downstairs earlier.
But because his focus was being sidetracked he did not pay attention to what his wife had said earlier.
"We still have time for evening prayers, mas." Azira said to remind.
Half an hour to go. There is still enough time for evening prayer. This time Azira wanted to perform the evening prayer and was actually more excited than the other nights. No need to say why. Of course it was because their relationship was no longer as I was in the early days of marriage. Moreover, there has been a major change in their relationship, so Azira's response is certainly more enthusiastic than before.
Kenzie said to Azira, "Tonight we do not pray first because I never sleep and stay up all night."
His hands occasionally touched the base of his nose and had long been noticed by Azira.
"Why didn't Kenzie work in his room last night?" There are work lights that can help protect the eyes of her husband work.
At least not as dizzy and tired as now.
Kenzie grunting.
"More comfortable downstairs." He said he answered carelessly.
Azira was astonished by her husband's reply. Kenzie usually works in the room every night. Never did Azira see her husband working outside especially downstairs. Except for going to the library, her husband did not stay outside for too long. That was last night because they had a conflict, so Kenzie stayed very long in the library. If there is no conflict, half an hour Kenzie can not feel at home there.
Kenzie. A few seconds later he answered.
"I was comfortable in my room."
It depends on the mood. It was strange to see her husband's mood happen to change last night.
Can't ya think that Kenzie mas deliberately wait for me downstairs last night so he stayed up there? Batin Azira.
"Where is Sasa?"
Azira.
"Alhamdulillah the fever has gone down, mas. Today he might be able to move back to his usual activities." Azira replied reporting on the condition of her sister-in-law.
Kenzie again snorted.
"It's good when it's better. If not, I'll drag him to the operating room myself."
Azira ticklish. Her husband still holds a grudge about last night.
"Don't be hard, mas. He's your brother."
Kenzie stopped his steps and looked at Azira while smiling Azira instantly trembled at the dangerous smile of her husband.
"You feel sorry for my sister Sasa, that's good. But do you have no pity on my sister downstairs?"
The sister downstairs?
"I mean Kenzie-oh,"
Azira looked at her husband's face blankly. Her lips made no sound anymore but her face that developed a red hue had explained everything. He understands!
"Be careful next time." Kenzie continued his steps up the stairs.
