Chapters 21.10
After everyone had breakfast, they split up to do their own business. Azira, Sasa and Mona tidied up the kitchen while the rest went straight to the front yard to continue the pending work. One house already knew that Abah was lazy to work and was crazy about fish ponds. Abah wants to make a fish pond to relax in the old days with Umi. Everyone caught Abah's point.
Abah may want to retire, indeed for his age it is natural Abah rest and have fun at home with family. Everyone expected this after much persuasion. They agreed. But the question is if Abah retires, then who will continue to work in the office?

Azira wants it this way too. He was satisfied with his sister-in-law's arrangement.
