Chapters 22.10
Kenzie was still smiling, thin.
"We just got married a few months ago. Do you want to go inside?" Kenzie offered in a friendly tone.
Azira nodded her head. He also wished for Al to go inside so that they could chat for a while. Let's see how Al is a pretty memorable person for him.
"Why don't we go inside the house, brother? Today I'm happy to meet my sister and want to talk about a few things." Azira spoke kindly.
Al smiled helplessly. He looked at the time on his left watch, let out a small sigh, then shook his head in denial.
"I'm also happy to meet you and actually I'm also willing to stop by for a while. But maybe today can't be because in a few minutes I'll be attending a legal seminar at hotel X street X, so maybe next time." He said he explained the reason for his refusal.
Azira took a long breath. Although it was a bit unfortunate but he could not force Al to remain here. Al must be busy, he thought.
"Oh... Oh Allah, Brother Al has never changed, well? Sister is always active both in school and after work now. Since Al is busy, we can talk another day if there is an opportunity. Our door is always open for Al." Azira said sincerely.
Her sincerity made Sasa and Kenzie blink in shock. Azira is not usually like this to others. For a moment, all sorts of wild thoughts began to move within the head. There are plenty of guesses with bloody scenarios that drain the tears. Anyway neither Sasa nor Kenzie were comfortable thinking about it.
"Good God, take note of what you said today. Don't let your door lock when I come to visit." Al said jokingly.
Azira laughed as she waved her hand assuring that what she said was indeed worth believing.
Kenzie pulls Azira's hand to stop moving. Then his dark eyes turned to look towards Al.
"Of course, as a husband I don't mind you coming to visit. My wife must be very happy to meet a friend 'forever', so I'll let you come anytime." Kenzie said while pressing the word 'forever' to clarify Al's position in his wife's heart.
Al frowned stifled, a second later he returned to his usual appearance.
"certain."
Kenzie glanced at him meaningfully. His flat face had revealed emotions in his heart, at least that was what Al saw from his point of view.
But Al did not intend to back down or withdraw his words. Instead of caring about Kenzie's emotions, he would rather pretend that there was nothing wrong behind Kenzie's flat face.
"Then I'll go now,"
Al smiled gently. He nodded lightly to Kenzie, giving a gentle greeting with a warm smile to Azira and lastly Sasa who had been silent listening to the short chat between the three of them.
"Don't forget to be on time for my class tomorrow." Al's message goes back to his suit meticulously.
Sasa was very surprised. His eyes opened wide in shock as he never expected his campus killer lecturer to speak - no, this was not the point!
The important point is where Al knows if he went to college where he taught ah, right!
Why...why did Al know that he was one of the students who will attend his class tomorrow?!.
"Jawab, deck." Tegur Kenzie was not happy.
Sasa woke up from his shock and immediately nodded in panic.
"Yes.iya, sir. I'll be there on time tomorrow." Sasa's promise was nervous.
Al nodded, he said his greetings to them before continuing his footsteps away.
