[S2E35] Other Monster PT 2

"Fear will only make you forget that you're okay."

It had been more than a few minutes of Dusk staring intently at the monster. At first he felt afraid, but somehow over time the fear turned into an unbearable annoyance.

Still with the same mischievous smile, the monster stared back at Dusk. He looked down on Dusk, whose size was much smaller than his fist.

"You arrogant man, different from him," the monster shrieked after a moment of silence.

"Your face is similar but your nature is very much different. The man is more gentle and polite, while you..."

The monster snorted weakly, it did not even finish its words when describing Dusk. It was clearly visible on his face if he was very disappointed by the arrival of Dusk in this place.

"You.., from the beginning you always just said him and him. Then who is he exactly? I've never even met the one you mean."

An exasperated twilight when compared to him that even himself was unfamiliar with could only continue to ask about who that person was. Yet the monster in front of him only showed a wide grin without saying anything.

"If you don't intend to answer, then leave. Or you can get me out of this fucking place."

"..."

The monster that was smiling had now become silent. He only looked at Dusk with a sharp gaze that was different from before. That gaze seemed to pierce the bone marrow of Dusk, causing his body to shiver for no reason.

"You..., what do you want to do?" twilight cried out in frustration as suddenly the monster's body approached him.

Honestly, Dusk was afraid, even he wanted to escape as soon as possible from this place, but somehow his body could not move, like there was a transparent wall that prevented him from escaping.

"Damn, what is this?" maki Twilight in her heart. He tried to rebel, but unfortunately his efforts were in vain, even his voice was hesitant to come out.

"You are so much different from him." exclaimed the monster as it extended its hand towards Dusk.

"He was very kind, even when he found this place...."

The monster went back to silence, he seemed to think for a moment before continuing his words again.

"Your face is beautiful but you are different from it" continued the monster when the distance of his hands with the head of the Twilight stay a few inches.

"Damn, I don't even know who he is. So can you shut up, I don't even care about that. I just want to get out of this rotten place," Inner Dusk who shouted sharply.

He could only stare at the monster with cold sweat pouring down. Although at first Dusk tried to look strong, but he was still afraid to face the threat from the monster.

"You fool, I've been waiting here for a long time, but all that comes is a stupid boy like you" the monster grumbled while hitting the body of Dusk with a snap of his finger.

"You're so weak, so different from him..."

Upset at being always compared to him that even Dusk himself did not know who it was, making him go crazy. Moreover, the punch given by the monster managed to make Dusk cough up blood.

He felt a cold heat flow from his body. It was very painful like someone was deliberately pulling all the bones that were in his body.

A feeling he had never felt even once, although he often vomited blood and fainted, but the pain he was currently feeling a million times was much more painful than all of that.

"Damn.., glup..."

The thick red liquid managed to escape from the lips of Dusk. The liquid did not even come out once but several times.

"I can't even yell at this pain because every time I open my mouth it's bound to be a blood clot coming out," dusk Inner stared strangely at the blood clot she had just removed.

"Huh, uhuk...uhuk...!!"

Pain, that's what Dusk feels right now. He felt tired of this pain, but unfortunately he could not just give up. He was eager to fight a monster that dared to inflict this kind of pain on him.

"I will kill you right now, too," snapped Dusk with blood rushing out of his mouth.

Even to say that sentence alone, Dusk had already exhausted all his mana. Even so, he thought it better to die with resistance than to continue waiting for an uncertain death.

"Haha"

The monster laughed evilly in front of the Dusk. A laugh that could even make anyone shiver when they heard it.

"I admit you're a brave boy, out of all the people I've met, only you dare to stare so hard at me. But still, the brat is a brat and you are not even able to withstand the force from my fingertips."

Furthermore the monster was arrogant, he then came back again close to Dusk and this time it was not the fist he faced but the face of the monster directly.

"Damn, I should be able to endure," murmured Dusk softly while enduring the pain in his body.

"You're weak but you pretend to look strong. You're stupid but you pretend to look smart. Do you know if your enemy is much smarter and stronger than you, huh?"

The monster was getting closer, now Dusk can see the whole face of the monster. His face was not as glaring as he had imagined but the curvature of the line on his face showed that he had lived a long time before.

"Glown..."

Unknowingly Dusk swallowed his bitter-tasting salivary. He tried to remain calm despite his entire body trembling in fear.

"Haha..."

The monster laughed again when he saw the much different condition of Dusk this time. A body shrouded in blood, a face as calm as the lake water and a body that shivered like snow in autumn, made the monster feel amused.

"You're so stupid, different from him."

The monster continued after his laughter disappeared. Again and again Dusk was irritated by the monster. He was confused as to who he was the one that the monster had been talking about. Was it true that he was that great until this monster in front of him continued to praise him like that.

"Damn, who is he you mean. Are you just looking for an excuse to provoke me?" tanya Dusk was upset.

"Hahaha, you want to know who he is?" ask the monster with his naughty face.

"No, I don't need." replied Dusk for sure.

Although he was curious about who it was, but he also did not care about it, after all his life did not depend at all on him being talked about.

"Then you're stupid. You only care about yourself and not the people around you. You think they'll always walk behind you, huh?"

The monster's words managed to leave Dusk speechless. He is not that bad until he does not care about his subordinates or his own friends. But sometimes he is indifferent because he does not want to interfere with the affairs of others.

"Look at this, where's your arrogant face?" exclaiming the monster back at Dusk did not even realize that the distance between them was getting narrowed.

"Hah," lirih Dusk was startled as he had just realized his already cornered position in the corner.

"You..., different..!"

The monster once again pushed away the body of Dusk, and this time what he felt was much different than before. It hurt not even to be able to describe it anymore.

"Am I going to die like this?" the Dusk as he closed his eyes. He was sad, not more precisely upset. He was angry and regretful because his arrogant attitude made him end up in a place like this.

"Should I have listened to what Lucas said earlier?" twilight murmured as he thought of Lucas' face which looked disappointed when he found out that he had been training all night.

"Hahaha, I am indeed a fool." he continued cynically with blood that began to flow profusely out from all over his body.
