"Freedom is the absolute most necessary condition for becoming a warrior."
*******************#####******************
After all the contract terms had been agreed on by both parties, Dusk decided to have Nindia take Naven to the guild. Of course Dusk also gave a letter to Nindia to convey to Dian.
In the letter explained all the things Dian and her partner had to do in the training session. Whatever they can do and what they can eat is poured all by Dusk on the letter.
"With this training session, their chances of leveling up are much greater. I hope within a year at least they've made it to level 10."
Dusk was already impatient to see the development of his subordinates. He felt happy and involuntarily hummed.
"Ekhem, Miss I'm sorry to interrupt your precious moment but it looks like you have another question for me."
"I can't bear to be noticed by them, so please let the lady quickly ask. I want to get out of this house. Yes, even if this is my own house."
Basel looked nervous, he felt the need to breathe fresh air at this moment. Somehow basel felt that his house was quite crowded and crowded since the elementals had gathered to see Dusk.
"When they are only outside, not inside" murmured Basel who was heard by Dusk.
"Did you say something?"
"No, miss, I just want to know what other questions you want to ask me."
"Oh that, I want to ask you how far has the previous research gone?"
Dusk was quite curious about the research conducted by Phelia and Nindia in recent months. Although Nindia often tells Dusk as far as his progress but still he wants to see it directly.
"The research conducted by Phel and Nindia has shown the results miss. They're currently working on a prototype for an anti-magic brainwashing device."
"So, are there any obstacles in the process?"
"For obstacles it doesn't seem like too much miss. They just lack materials and which stones."
"Hmm, how many stones do they need?"
"I don't know much, miss, if you want to know the details, I can call Phel here."
"No need, I don't have much time right now. Just tell me how many stones you need, I'll send them."
"Yes, thank you."
Basel is very happy because his son's research will produce good results. Although it takes time and costs are great but with the Dusk shortage it will be easily overcome.
"Well, amazingly great." Basel muttered in amazement as he looked at the figure of the twilight filled with money around him.
"Indeed money is the best, even though I'm a fairy but I can't lie about the truth."
Basel quickly wiped the saliva from her lips. He did not want to look strange in front of Dusk who was the master of this region.
"Basel," call Dusk before putting down his teacup.
"I'll come back now, tell Nindia to contact me about which stone it is."
"Well miss,"
Basel then escorted Dusk to the exit of the dead city. Afterwards Basel immediately returned to his study to resume the previously delayed activities.
"Sir, you saw that one, didn't you?" ask the curious Basel bodyguard.
"Of course and I think he'll be just like us."
"How come, as far as I know no human can bind an elemental."
"Some, you don't know."

Dusk who managed to get out of the dead city immediately teleported towards the Rose empress' basement. However, just as she was about to enter the portal, Dusk stopped for a moment and looked at the end of her dress.
"Hey, get out of here." exclaimed Dusk as he pulled the end of his dress.
"Back there, still a child was wandering." continued Dusk who answered his head.
"Son, I'm not your mother so can you get away from me?"
"No, I don't want to."
"Since when has this child followed me here." murmured Dusk unhappy.
Dusk was very sure if he had gone with Basel to the exit and why now there was a child behind his dress.
"I don't feel the presence of this boy at all. Is he a ghost?"
"I'm not a ghost" exclaimed the boy who boldly answered the thought of Dusk.
"Oh, I'm going crazy. Go there, I don't like little children." snapped Dusk while pushing the child's body away from him.
"Stay there and don't come any closer" he continued when he saw the boy trying to approach him again.
"I don't want to, I don't want to!"
The brat was screaming hysterically so that it made Dusk's ears hurt. He felt dizzy and somehow the air around the room became hotter.
"I don't want to, I don't want to!"
"This naughty boy is like a demon alone," murmured angrily. He tried to keep the boy's mouth shut but the boy bit his finger.
"Damn, sick tofu." snapped Dusk annoyed. Without a second thought Dusk immediately cast his magic spell and disappeared from the place.
Dusk had no idea what the boy would do alone there. But for sure the boy won't bother him anymore.
"Now I can calm down," murmured Dusk before opening the old door in front of him.
"At least if the child keeps crying then the servants will find him and return him back."
Dusk then goes to the brown cave previously found by Vanilla. The brown cave was still the same as before, there was no meaningful change.
"Hmm, I'll check it out later after knowing how much Nindia needs for her experiment."
The plan was for Dusk to tell Kun and Vanilla to dig out which stone it was. Of course he will accept the mine with pleasure.
"Now I will focus on training," lirih Dusk as he stepped away towards the nearest river.
Usually Dusk trains his magic power in this place for a few hours. That's because the time difference between the basement and the real world is different.
"One hour here is equal to four hours out there. Pretty wasteful, but very good for escape."
Dusk then launched a wind wave technique to make water waves in the river. After that the river water rose little by little so that it formed a small wave.
Dusk casually turned the water to the left and right. Long enough Dusk did that until it did not feel an hour had passed.
Satisfied with the flipping of water, now Dusk continues back by moving the log. Starting from small to large size has managed to move Dusk.
But Dusk felt something was lacking, he felt that it was not enough to make the log stick last long if given an outside attack.
"I will make it more sturdy," murmured Dusk as he condensed his wind energy before moving another log.
Satisfied with the results, Dusk chose to rest for a moment. He will resume it again if his mana is fully filled.
In his daydream Dusk thought it would be easier if he could use his wind magic to manipulate the air around.
"If the center of gravity is lowered then I will be able to fly," murmured Dusk happily.
"But how? I don't have a book with that technique. Did I just ask Sera."
With that in mind, Dusk tidied up her dress and immediately went to sleep. He wanted to meet Sera and ask her various questions.
"Sera, how are you?" exclaiming Dusk when it is right in front of the door of the house.
"I'm kind and you seem so happy" Sera replied before letting Dusk enter her house.
Although Sera's house had no doors, Dusk had pure noble etiquette that could not be broken. He cannot enter another person's house until he has agreed to it.
"I've been able to use the wind wave technique easily."
"really? That's great."
"Thank you, now I've come to ask you about gravity magic."
"Gravity magic? Do you want to fly?"
"Haha,"
Dusk could only laugh awkwardly when his intentions were caught out easily. But not for that reason alone, for some reason at this time Sera saw Dusk much more aggressively than before.
"You're like a child."
"Why is something wrong?"
"No, it's just that it's pretty unique."
Sera then went towards one of her bookshelves. There he looked like he was choosing a magic book. A few minutes later Sera picked up one of the books that was directly above her head.
"You can use this book, but there's a condition."
"Well, what else is this?"
Every time Sera filed the requirements it definitely made Dusk have to stay overnight. He did not know that Sera's request that did not involve material things was more difficult than the money itself.
"What's that?" tanya Dusk. He no longer had the energy to argue with Sera.
"Who's that boy behind you?"
"HUH...!"
Hearing Sera's question made my feathers of Dusk stand up. He nervously began to follow the direction pointed by Sera's tiny finger.
There Dusk could see a red-haired boy with golden irises. It was a beautiful sight for others but for Dusk it was a very, very terrible sight.
"How come? Didn't I leave this boy in Agra's office. But, but this..."
The twilight was very pale, he looked like he could faint at any moment. Without thinking long Dusk immediately ran up to Sera and hid behind her.
"He, he's no ordinary boy. He's a demon," cried Dusk with a trembling voice.
"Haha,"
Sera only laughed amusedly at the funny reaction of Dusk when faced with the boy. He gently shook his head before telling Dusk to sit back down.
"No, I don't want to. Why are you laughing anyway?"
"Gosh, seeing this reaction of yours, I became convinced that he didn't say anything to you."
Sera loudly pointed towards the boy who was now even making the boy start to tear up. He involuntarily let out his tears that had been detained earlier.
"I'm not a demon!" shouted the boy who made Dusk more creeps in fear.
"Stay away from me, go." snapped Dusk while holding Sera's dress.
"I don't want to!" the boy shouted once more with an aura that could not be controlled.
Somehow Dusk began to feel hot and instantly some Sera plants began to wither and some were burned.
"Gosh, you can make my house burn" Sera exclaimed as she cast water magic to save the plant.
"I don't want to go, I don't want to,"
The boy continued to shout even though Sera had warned him. Seeing that there was no way out, Sera finally decided to tie up Dusk and the boy.
"Take me off, let go!" shouted the boy while thrashing from his restraints.
"Sera, this is not funny," protested Dusk who was not much different from the boy.
"Now I know the reason why the boy likes you. You two look very, very similar."
Sera could not stand the twilight and the boy immediately tied their mouths with a white cloth that had been given silencer magic.
"Finally calm as well," Sera said as she placed the two on the sofa.
"Alright let's start the discussion." continued Sera before opening the lid of Dusk.
"Bwahhh..., what is this?" tanya Dusk was upset.
"Senja, do you know who this kid is?"
"Of course, he's a little devil huh...."
Dusk's words were interrupted as Sera quickly stuffed back her mouth with a white cloth. Sera then looked at the boy who was currently still staring at him ferociously.
"Have you told her who you are?" sera asked the boy while pointing towards Dusk.
"Mmpf"
Without the need to open Sera already knew if the boy had not introduced himself at all to Dusk.
"Well, since when do you like it?" sera asked back but the boy to just turn his face did not like.
"Alright, I'll say this to him." exclaimed Sera who made the boy in awe. He did not accept that anyone else was explaining the situation.
"If you're not happy, then just say it quickly."
The twilight that saw the interaction of the two could only shake their heads. He did not know if Sera would go that far on a child.
"Even though I hate children but I never tell them to answer questions while their mouths are still clumped, isn't that too much."
"Mpp."
"Are you not happy? All right, I'll say everything."
"Mpph."
"There's so much pity on him" murmured Dusk inexhaustible with the method Sera used.
"Alright, say it now." exclaimed Sera then opened the child's mouthpiece.
"..."
"Hey, you said you wanted to explain."
"..."
"Hah, Dusk. This kid is elemental."
"No...!"
The boy shouted in shock and did not accept what Sera had just said at Dusk. But Sera's reaction was only indifferent while shrugging her shoulders indifferently.
"I said no,"
"Hik..."
The boy was crying worse than before. And of course Sera calmly covered the boy's mouth with her white cloth.
