Noime was silent, he was unable to react quickly so within seconds the transparent barrier managed to block his steps from blurring.

Noime was confused and could not believe what he was going through. Noime never expected that a first-year student could trap him like this.

Noime knew that the figure was no stronger than him. She was just a young girl who used her money and power to be in this place.

Noime could clearly see the form of that figure. Her pretty face and slender body were as if she was a weak girl who had to be protected from the cruelty of the world.

It was really sad that the girl's appearance was not even comparable to the sneaky expression on her face. He smiled faintly with the corner of his eyes staring intently at Noime.

"Beautiful yet deadly."

Noime has dubbed the girl a beautiful yet poisonous sharp gem. He described the figure before him as an innocent girl with an angelic face but a devil heart.

"No one had ever expected that the true nature of this girl was even more dangerous than the demon itself." Noime's inner self involuntarily swallowed his saliva.

"Aquila Noime's. I caught you." exclaimed the figure who made Noime's daydreams fall away instantly.

The inner region was located at the very inner part of the Adeline academy. Therefore, to facilitate travel access, a teleportation portal was created. Where the portal will connect between the inner region of the academy with the guard tower.

This is one of the advantages that Adeline academy students have in their mission work. Where they did not need to think of anything other than completing the mission in a timely manner.

Unfortunately to be able to use the portal, they must have a coupon as a sign of the transaction. The voucher will only be given to students who are able to complete the mission on time.

One student only gets one coupon per one mission. So the more missions completed, the more coupons they will have.

Therefore Evan who is aware of the importance of client satisfaction felt very upset when he learned that Noime did not arrive on time according to the schedule promised earlier.

Evan and Noime were already planning to meet at the portal gate at exactly 12 midnight. Unfortunately, Evan waited for an hour, but he did not see Noime, even his nose was not visible.

Evan kept turning his body 180° to see if Noime was hiding somewhere and was laughing at his panicked self.

"What are you doing?" ask a voice that makes Evan's movements stop instantly.

"Huh, you fucking Noime." shouted Evan annoyed as he turned his back and looked at Noime who was looking at him with a confused look.

"Hey, I'm here waiting for you like crazy. You know!"

Evan was upset, he was tired of waiting for Noime's arrival but the first thing he saw was not the face of regret but the face full of question marks from his best friend.

"Noime where have you been? You know how frustrated I was when the officer kept asking how much longer he could wait?" asked Evan who was answered by Noime's shoulder.

"Here you go, let's go." Noime replied before going to the guard staff.

"Noime, you always do. I'm tired, I'm really tired." snapped Evan annoyed.

"Yes, yes I know." Noime replied casually.

The attendant who saw the interaction of the two could only shake their heads while telling the two to immediately enter the portal.

"Noime, don't shut up. Answer me where you been?" evan shouted as the officer was about to activate the teleportation portal.

"I? Who are you to know all my moves?" ask Noime back.

"Huh, hahaha... Crazyhead! I don't care where you go or who you're with but at least let me know if you want to be late, you son of a bitch." Evan grumbled.

He could not even speak anymore and was only able to laugh at his anger which was only answered with his indifferent expression Noime.

"They are very noisy," exclaimed the officer who was tired of seeing the quarrel of the two.

"Right, they were very noisy." replied the young girl who then entered into the portal a second after the portal was activated.

"Well, who is that?" asked the astonished officer when he saw the figure of the young girl who disappeared along with Noime and Evan.

"I've never seen him before. Who's she?" the officer asked, recalling the friendly smile of the girl's tiny lips.
