"Pure souls look like magnets that can attract each other to bond."
*******************#####*****************
In one of the dense forests there is an old house in classic style. The house was filled with a variety of herbs that were very rare.
The spacious terrace courtyard with small weeds seemed to emit a mysterious impression on the house. Even so the peaceful atmosphere that was usually in the house now disappeared.
Hot air blanketed the place, causing some plants to wither and die. The sight was enough to make the owner of the house upset.
He firmly stuffed the mouth of the perpetrator and pulled the collar of his shirt. Roughly Sera whispered softly to the boy.
"If you don't want your identity to be revealed, then immediately stop your aura."
The boy fell silent with sharp glaring eyes. He wanted to rebel but his hands and feet were so tightly bound that only a soft mutter could be heard from him.
"Well, let's discuss this peacefully." exclaimed Sera as she patted her hands together.
"Starting from Dusk," he continued, then opened the white cloth from the lips of Dusk.
"What'sthis? Who's she?"
Dusk frontally asked Sera directly. He was suspicious of the interaction of the two. Both Sera and the boy seem to have a secret behind them.
"I told you earlier, he's an elemental..."
"Mrpm,"
Sera was silent when she saw the reaction of the boy. He could only sigh deeply with his indifferent look.
"Alright, alright I'll be quiet." exclaimed Sera as she raised both her hands.
Sera then took off the boy's mouthpiece. He then casually poured some tea water and drank it slowly.
It was a moment of silence when no one in the room spoke. Whereas before the place looked like a battlefield but now the atmosphere seemed silent like a grave.
Dusk felt that the current situation was extremely chaotic. Sera who was silent while drinking her tea and the boy who only saw Dusk without saying a word.
"What mood is this? I don't know why I feel upset, like I'm being played with."
"Hey, if you keep quiet. I'm gonna get out of this place and leave you like before."
"..."
"I don't know why you could follow me here, but I obviously don't want to see you anymore" she continued in a sniffy voice.
Dusk who is not so fond of small children feels hassles if he continues to deal with children who even he does not know his origins.
"Sera, i..."
"Sorry!" the boy shouted cutting off the word Dusk.
"I, I like you" he continued with a face that was flushed like a ripe tomato.
"Huh?"
Dusk was silent with a look of disbelief, while Sera involuntarily spilled the tea water that was in her mouth.
"What the fuck? Why is he so frontal. Doesn't she know that women hate the frontal actions of strangers so much."
Sera could only bathe without being able to pronounce it directly. He did not want the child's shame to make his house scorched by fire.
"I like it very much, I like it very much. Even after you left I kept wanting to be together." continued the boy who increasingly made Dusk a headache.
"Wait a minute, say it slowly. You can drive me crazy if you keep going like this."
The boy was silent when he heard the words of Dusk. He doesn't know where to start. Honestly, he is not very good at words.
Sera who saw the confusion on the child's face began to be aware of the condition of her home. He did not want just because of a communication error where he lived would be a memory.
"Ekhem, you can start by introducing yourself. Next the reason why you chose Dusk and why you don't want to part from him."
Hearing Sera's words made the boy's golden eyes glow brightly. To be honest his face was very handsome and if he was an adult, it was possible that many girls would be queuing up to walk with him.
"His face could ruin the world order, well even though the one who could see his face was only the nation of the fairies but that was enough to shake as well." Sera inner as she thought of the boy's mature face.
"Hmm, my name is Khalid. I am an elemental who holds full power over fire." cried Khalid as his red lashes were tightly shut.
"Looks like he's ashamed, "inner Twilight after observing Khalid's movements.
"I, I first met you in the city of the dead. At that time you shone brightly like the sun, so glare that it made me unknowingly attracted to you." he continued with his eyes tightly closed.
"I'm confused who should be told glare?" inward Sera while looking back and forth towards Dusk and Khalid.
"I can't forget that sensation not only myself even the whole elemental being there really likes you. But since they already have a master, then they can only spare that."
"..."
Dusk remained silent, he still digested well what Khalid would say next.
"At that time you could only hear our voices but somehow now you can see our form. I am both happy and sorry. I'm afraid that you'll be taken by another elemental."
Now Khalid's tightly shut eyes began to shed tears. He looked sad with a red nose.
"I can't let them take you. I like you so much, I want to stay by your side. I used to be deterred from doing that because I was a minor but now I am an adult. I can do whatever I want."
Dusk and Sera who heard Khalid's explanation could only shake their heads. Since when is a child whose age is not more than eight years can be said to be an adult.
"Adult? Can this child who is crying in front of me be called an adult? I think their world system is very different from the human system."
Dusk never knows if each race has its own adult system. For humans, a person is considered an adult when he is 18 years old.
"Either on earth or in this world, one's age system of maturity remains the same. And I just found out that humans and other races have different age systems." murmured Dusk while lightly massaging his head.
"Let's know, I've never seen a case like this before."
"Don't you ever say that elementals can only contract with elves?"
"That's right, I never saw an elemental make a contract with...."
Sera's words came to a halt as she unconsciously recalled the figure of the man she had met. The man had blue eyes of the sea mixed with beautiful emeralds. The man who managed to snatch the heart of the previous owner of this place.
"What's wrong?" ask Dusk when looking at Sera's empty eyes.
"Ah no, no."
"..."
"I just remember someone but it doesn't matter anymore."
"Really ka..."
"You're ignoring me? Hik, you asked me to explain now you're just talking alone and ignoring me. Hiccup."
Khalid wept again, now his tears were spilling like a broken dam and ready to drown anything.
"Shut up!" snapped Dusk annoyed.
"Now I'm thinking about you. Do you know if this is not a good situation, I don't understand how mature you are." continued Dusk still with a slow massage on his head.
Khalid kept quiet, he didn't know what to say. Honestly he did not want to make Dusk angry and left like last time.
"Senja, you better take it." exclaimed Sera after returning to normal.
"But he could have contracted with the other elves."
"No, an elemental can only tie one contract to his master." shouted Khalid desperately.
"You heard it wasn't, he chose you. So just do it, after all there is no rule that humans cannot contract with elementals." exclaimed Sera who did not want to bother about this situation.
"But..."
"Senja, did you forget. You need elementals for your health."
Sera again reminded Dusk that her pendant had a time limit. If in an emergency and the pendant has run out of energy then the life of Dusk could be in danger.
The nausea and dizziness he felt could be a gap for his enemy to attack Dusk. But with the elemental, that factor he could avoid easily.
"I, I have pure fire energy that can be a healing system for contractors" Khalid exclaimed proudly with bright shining eyes.
Although a moment ago he was crying but his eyes remained clear like an angel who had just descended. Whoever saw Khalid must have thought that he was a living puppet rather than a true elemental.
"Huh,"
Looking at Dusk who only let out a long sigh made Khalid worried. He subconsciously said that he was a pure elemental with true fire power. The fire will not even go out despite being flooded by the tsunami.
"It's just like Dusk give up. He had already said his pure intentions." said Sera who was getting tired of the quarrel in front of him.
"But I hate children" murmured the twilight that Khalid heard.
"Huaa..., hicc...!"
Khalid cried out hysterically when he learned that Dusk had refused him because of his small body. He felt that his efforts had been in vain.
"Don't discriminate against someone's body, he is still elemental and he will certainly be very useful to you." whispered Sera on the sidelines of Khalid's cry.
"What Sera said is true, I can't keep avoiding this matter. Anyway inevitably I'll keep in touch with the dark fairy and the black magic."
"Alright, alright. Stop crying, I'll accept you." cried Dusk who made Khalid silent.
His eyes were now looking at Dusk with a look of disbelief as if Dusk had just deceived him.
"Ugh, I don't know why my heart hurts when I see him staring at me like that." murmured Dusk softly.
"I'm serious, I'm not lying." exclaimed Dusk once more.
"Promise?" ask Khalid who is still not convinced.
"Of course, I promise." replied Dusk who began to be fascinated with Khalid's handsome face.
"His face can make others misunderstand."
"Then give me your hand."Khalid exclaimed with a question mark from Dusk.
"I want to do a contract" he continued, which made Dusk furrow his eyebrows.
"Didn't you promise me that?" chanted Khalid who began to shed tears.
"Huh, just calm down. Can't you see both my hands tied?"
Khalid was silent, not only were his arms and legs tied but he was as well. He resentfully glared at Sera with a look of wanting to kill.
"Damn, just now he was acting sweet and now his eyes look as if they could kill me at any time." Sera's mind was upset.
Sera casually released the tie of the two. He then left that place leaving Dusk alone with Khalid.
"Now" cried Khalid as he stretched out his hands.
Dusk lazily gave his left hand to Khalid. Although he did not like children so much but he was not that bad until he canceled a promise.
Khalid who received a helping hand from Dusk felt so happy. He then grasped the hand of Dusk and immediately injected his aura.
Instantly Dusk felt a warm aura flowing down his veins. The aura made Dusk sleepy for no reason. The last thing Dusk saw before he fainted was Khalid's cheeky smiling face with his golden eyes that emitted a red glint.
