Moonlight After Sunset's

Moonlight After Sunset's
Folk Festival

"Cold nights are always present with sorrow and sweet memories."

*****************#####*****************

On a quiet night, the moonlight seemed to not want to lose in walking the dark night. All the hallways and crevices were always passing through, the same thing happened to the dark room that was at the end of the mansion hallway.

The room looked calm and quiet, there were only four young girls there. They looked extremely chaotic with messy facial expressions, the two of them even bled out from their respective necks.

"Are you guys crazy?" yelled one of the girls.

"What if Dusk finds out about this fight, huh? What would you say to escape his suspicion?" ask the girl back.

"Prophe Luna, you have to be patient" said the girl next to him.

"If I hadn't stopped you. Do you think we're all gonna be okay?"

The girl looked very upset, she snapped at the two girls who were currently being treated.

"You shouldn't do that. No matter how angry you are, the action was very excessive," Kaira exclaimed as she gave the medicinal herbs to the two.

"You have to introspect yourself first before you get out of this room" he continued.

"In addition, you must also make peace. I don't know what you're discussing, but definitely don't let this place get ruined by your anger" Luna said before choosing to leave the room.

"You're both knights, I'm sure you can finish this off with a cool head."

after saying that, Zakila then decided to come out following Luna behind her.

"Take your attitude here" whispered Kaira after the room left only all three.

"I'll be monitoring you from the outside. If you have made peace, then the door will automatically open" Kaira continued as she left the room.

Muna and Maya who were left alone in the room can only be silent. They looked indifferent to each other, there were not many words spoken just the loneliness and coldness of the walls that were currently accompanying the two.

They then looked at each other, looking at the place in the previous sword eyes was, the place that was currently spitting out a lot of blood.

"Huff, sucks," Maya's inner annoyance.

"I hate this situation" he continued, turning his eyes away.

"Are you satisfied enough to have fun?" muna asked as Maya began to distract him.

"..."

Maya is silent, she does not respond to Muna's question at all.

"I know you're upset, but do you know that because of your silly actions I ended up here" Muna continued.

"You're always like that, what you think is wrong. I said what I heard back then, but instead of thanking you you put your sword around my neck."

"That's not all real. I know that."

"But that's the truth, how long are you gonna keep covering that up from Zakila, huh?" muna shouted annoyedly.

"I watched it directly in front of my eyes during your feast of maturity" he continued, full of emotion.

"I know, I know that. But, but..."

"But what, huh? Are you gonna cover it up until the end?"

"I can't, you know it's a big deal. What would happen if I knew later."

"Are you going to wait for the rebellion to happen and you're going to act."

"Mirgin!" Mayan Frustrated.

"Still, there's still less evidence for that. If I was careless in my decision then Zakila would be in danger."

"..."

Muna could only silently watch the overreaction from Maya.

"At least, you can take care of them secretly, there are still many ways to be able to make them depressed, right?"

Maya seems very confused, she feels frustrated thinking about her kingdom.

"They are great nobles and all we can do is to have their relationship destroyed" Maya exclaimed.

"That's not enough, you know that," Muna replied resentfully.

"Yes I know, but right now my strength is lacking in everything. I need to practice and increase my popularity among the other nobles."

"Huh, you stupid idiot."

"I know, I'm stupid."

"Maya, you only have one solution for that. Press them before they press you. Find their weakness and hold it as your ace."

"I understand."

****

The morning inside the mansion looked very calm. Dusk could feel a peaceful silence along its path towards the dining room.

"Tumben once I don't see the servants around here" exclaimed Dusk as he looked only at the empty corridor with no servants passing by.

"Are they busy?" ask Dusk indifferently.

A few moments later, Dusk was already in the dining room. Surprisingly Dusk did not find anyone there except Luna.

"Where are the others?" ask Dusk as he sits in his chair.

Luna just kept silent not answering the question of Dusk. His eyes seemed to be staring at something that Dusk did not understand.

"What's wrong with her?"

"Luna," call Dusk but still no response.

"It's not usually Luna like this,"

"Luna!" shouted out Dusk while pulling Luna's wrist.

"Are you okay?" ask Dusk with a panicked look.

"Ah, my gosh.." cried Luna in shock.

"Luna, are you okay?" ask Dusk again.

"Ah, yes. I'm fine,"

"Where are the others?"

"Oh, they are busy preparing a folk festival in this kingdom."

"What's? Folk festival?"

"Yes Festival," Luna replied as she drank the tea that was in front of her.

"Why didn't anyone tell me?" ask Dusk with his sad face.

"Ah, that. It's because you went back to the room too soon last night" Luna replied confusedly.

"Is that so?"

"Are you guys trying to hide the facts last night,"

Dusk is still thinking about the incident last night where Maya and Muna fight in front of his room.

"That's right," Luna replied awkwardly.

"We'd better finish this breakfast first and then catch up with them to the capital. How's it?"

Dusk answered flatly but Luna looked at it with great satisfaction. At least at this time Luna thought that it was better to divert the attention of Dusk from asking about Maya and Muna who in fact they were still confined in the room.

After finishing breakfast, Dusk and Luna decided to leave the mansion to participate in the folk festival that will be held from later tonight.

Arriving in the capital, Dusk can see the various activities that are being carried out by each citizen. Some are busy decorating the store and some are busy buying clothes and other equipment. All of them are so enthusiastic in welcoming the folk festival that will be held tonight.

"Alley!" zakila shouted that appeared suddenly from the crowd of citizens.

"Zakila, what are you doing?" tanya Dusk was shocked when she saw Zakila's clothes were full of color.

"Ahahaha, I finished painting the shop there."

Zakila then pointed to the south where the county was.

"Stores?"

"Yes, shop. Kaira and I will sell antiques there later," Zakila replied with enthusiasm.

"You guys here?" kaira asked who appeared out of nowhere.

"Yes, we came to want to help," Luna replied as she glanced at the area.

"No need, you guys just go around."

Kaira seemed upset when she said that, she then pulled Zakila's hand and took her back to the tavern.

"Go play first, now Kaira is upset with her sister," whispered Zakila on the sidelines of Kaira's hand.

"alright. Twilight, can you go around alone. I have business with Kaira," exclaimed Luna then left Dusk alone in her place.

"I have to stay away from Dusk for a while. I'm doing this so that Dusk doesn't ask any more questions about Maya and Muna not being here at all,"

"They are very strange today," murmured a puzzled twilight.

"Can you feel the existence of Muna or Maya here?" twilight Link on Ristia.

"Not at all, Miss. They don't seem to be around here."

"I guessed it," shrieked Dusk before heading west towards the area.

"Kun already told me that Maya and Muna are still in Kaira's mansion but their existence is hard to trace," Inner Twilight while thinking about her chat with Kun before heading to the capital.

"I deliberately left Kun there to find out the original location of them. Whether he wants to do it or not," continued Dusk while thinking about Kun who was asleep in his bed.

"Take a look if he doesn't do it" grumbled Dusk before entering the men's clothing boutique.

An hour later, a young man walked out of the shop. The man looked very kind and innocent, he also looked simple with a dark blue band wrapped in bright stars below.

"Miss, where are we going?" dian asked as Dusk walked aimlessly.

"We're going to go relax,"

"If you want to relax, why change?"

"There's no excuse,"

Dian could only patiently face the strange demeanor of her lady. He continued to hope that his miss did not disappear suddenly and make it difficult for him like before.

"I'm glad that if Miss doesn't act as crazy as before, it would be best if your nature continues like this,"

Moments later, Dusk decided to take a break inside a bar that showed a beautiful view of the capital city of El-Aufi. The view presented by this bar directly faces the city plaza where the festival will be held.

There Dusk can also see Zakila who is decorating his shop, while Kaira is busy being lectured by his sister.

"Miss, I will go to the hotel to clean up our equipment that was not previously in order," said Dian asking for permission.

"Alright, but you have to come back before nighttime."

"None right."

Dian then left the bar leaving Dusk alone. Moments after Dian left, two women came to Dusk.

The two women appeared to be flirting with Dusk by putting alcohol into an empty cup. One of them even fed Dusk with dry food he ordered.

"Sit down leisurely" exclaimed Dusk indifferently after eating the pastry.

"Huh, Miss. You're so cold" one of the women grumbled.

"Master, call me sir."

"Good, sir."

"Where's the letter?"

"Can't you just play with us for a minute?"

"Oh Bina, my time is not much."

The woman called Bina then kept quiet and sat down casually in front of Dusk.

"Ah yes sir, I forgot to introduce this friend of mine," exclaimed Bina as she pointed at the young lady beside her.

"His name is Goddess, she will be my partner later. The goddess is the one..."

Bina's words came to a halt as Dusk raised his left hand.

"Enough."

Bina then remained silent without a word. After Bina was silent, Dusk then re-read the letter brought by Bina.

The letter was actually from Sean, the young man who intentionally ordered Dusk to investigate directly regarding Guira kingdom.

"As I expected," murmured Dusk as he was about to burn the letter.

"You must have known what I meant by Sean. So I no longer need to explain it," cried Dusk to Bina and Dewi.

"Sir, is this enough?"

"Follow my orders and don't ask much about them."

"Okay, sir, we understand."

Dusk then issued a letter that he had previously written in the Kaira mansion.

"Give this to Sean and tell him to return to the Guild immediately."

"I'm menges..."

BANG

Bina's words came to a halt when a loud voice rang out in the area. They then confusedly looked towards the source of the voice earlier.

There they could see a noble princess sitting on the ground. The princess's face was red with dirty clothes due to the mud she was sitting on.

"Dera de Sein" cried Bina in shock.

Dusk who heard Bina's exclamation instantly glanced at him.

"Do you know him?"

"I don't know him very well but I do know some rumours about him,"

"Is that so?" tanya Dusk returned while glancing towards Kaira who was being held by the sword by the Sein family knight.

"It seems like this will be exciting," the inner Dusk as Kaira smashed her fire arrows at the knight.

"Luna and Zakila looked distant, it seemed like they didn't want to get involved politically with this,"

"Interesting," muttered Dusk softly with a sly smile that expanded at the corner of his lips.
