Dusk who did not believe in Khalid from the beginning soon found something strange. He looked at Khalid closely before turning his face away.

"Am I wrong?"

Dusk accidentally sees Khalid's sly smile but when he sees the face coming back, Khalid puts on a relieved smile instead, and it leaves Dusk a little confused.

He wanted to ask a lot of things but his body condition was not fine. It took two hours for Dusk to recover.

Even so not all his strength returned, he was like a drunk man who had gone through a long journey. Sera who realized that immediately sent Dusk home.

Dusk let out a long sigh as the entire burden in his heart began to disappear. Even so, Dusk did not forget the figure of the little boy who had followed him.

"Khalid, get out of here." exclaimed Dusk as he pointed at the exit.

"No, why should I go."

Khalid started again with his signature whimper. And I don't know why Dusk is getting used to Khalid's habit. He lazily shook his hand and told Khalid to shut up.

"I want to take a shower, are you a pervert?" tanya Dusk was not happy.

"No! Me, I just..."

"What only? Get out there and come back here two hours later. Where you're going."

Dusk pointed eastwards towards the dormitory building to the west of the joint training room. He didn't care where Khalid went as long as he wasn't here in that time.

"All right, I'll go." - Khalid softly before coming out of the room.

"I'm not used to this" grumbled Dusk as he stood up from his sleep.

Dusk then went into the bathtub and immediately took off his clothes. He comfortably soaked in warm water before choosing to relax for a moment.

"I don't think this is needed anymore" murmured Dusk while releasing Sera's small pendant.

"Is this enough and will it be okay?"

Dusk saw a small sparks tattoo on his left wrist. The tattoo is dark red like a little version of spider Lily. There is nothing special about the tattoo, it's just that the color is quite disturbing.

After settling for a Dusk soak then chose to sleep and recover his Mana. He will be healthy again the next morning with the premise if there is no commotion in this place.

"Maybe I can get morning class but by noon I have to go back."

Dusk casually laid his body on the bed. Slowly the drowsiness began to approach him and not long after Dusk fell asleep.

In the morning Dusk lazily got up from the bed and ate his breakfast. He didn't want to make Dian worry because of last night's troubles.

"I'm not sick, just tired from overnight practice." continued Dusk when there was no response from his subordinates.

"Alright Miss but you must remember that this is already the third month before the midterms begin."

"I know,"

"Well, miss if you know you should be more careful in maintaining health. You know it's not if the midterms are a very important test to improve your class."

"I know, just go and get my message across."

"Huh, miss always truant I'm afraid you won't be able to raise the class easily." lamented Dian before exiting the room.

The midterm exam is a special exam where students will raise their points to be able to move up to advanced classes. This exam is usually a sacred moment for students who failed in the previous semester.

It could be said that this exam was the deciding test so that they could catch up with his friend who had already levelled up.

Like the trial period, if lucky then they will go up the class according to the level they should be. But if they fail they will remain in the same class even though their level is high.

"Adeline Academy has seven classes of different levels. Even though I and Luna are in the same class but if our levels are different then our classes will be separated."

First class is devoted to new students so that they will learn the same thing in the general classroom. Second to seventh grade had their own rules.

Second class is divided into two sides, namely beginner second class and final second class. The beginner second class is filled by level four students while the final second class will be filled by level five students.

"This rule also applies to the early second grade like me. If I manage to raise the point on the exam this time then I will be in the same class as Luna."

But the premise of victory in this midterm exam is very small. Because all students will compete to raise their points as high as possible to be able to go up to class.

"This point system is also crazy, the rules are much more difficult than the class increase. The students should get perfect grades in every subject."

"At least must pass four of the five compulsory subjects to be able to rise to the next level. If it fails then even high-leveled students will continue to be in the lower classes until another opportunity comes."

In addition to graduating from all compulsory subjects they must also take the final test. The final test is usually more brutal than the other sessions.

The students will get a special number to challenge kating who is already in the sixth grade. This is done to seize their point which is actually no longer needed.

This is because the kating has become an internship so that their point is rarely used to raise classes. Usually they will go up to class if they have successfully completed the mission set by the academy.

"According to Prof Edward point the kating will be garbage if not used then it would be better if the point was given to the class in need."

Of course, the conditions given each kating are always different depending on who the person is. They would apply for various kinds of conditions to make the younger siblings miserable before handing over the remaining points they needed.

"To be able to raise a class must have at least 125 points. If each subject is given 15 points, the remaining points will be taken from the kating."

For this reason this point is what makes some students lazy to raise their class. According to them, it will be easier to go to class through the final semester exam than to be a slave of the kating.

Not infrequently students with high levels are still in the lower class because of problems with kating. They will not be able to take classes before the final exam begins.

This system is slightly ambiguous but still applied because it is considered able to increase student motivation. But according to Dusk this system has pros and cons for every student.

"If their level is high enough, then they only need to manipulate the kating to be able to ascend to a higher grade."

"Well, even then with the premise if the beds they can be foisted." murmured as Dusk felt the air of Khalid's existence around him.

"I don't think he'll ever come back" said Dusk, sipping his black tea.
