"Mine will never be yours, and if you dare to touch her. Death is the payment."

"Eza, save this well" exclaimed Dusk, handing over the documents and also the bottle containing the blood of the Amelites.

"Well Miss," replied Eza then disappeared from behind the connecting doors of the first and second floors.

"Dennis, immediately prepare the horse carriage after Dian returns from his duty," exclaimed Dusk then stepped away towards his room.

"Well Miss," replied Dennis before Dusk disappeared from before him.

A few moments later Dusk was already right in front of his room. There he could see the Servant Count waiting in front of the entrance.

"Good morning Miss," the Count said kindly.

"Good morning," replied Dusk indifferently as he opened the door of his room.

"Come in," commanded the cold twilight.

The Count then went into the room after making sure that Dusk was really sitting on his couch.

"How are you?" ask Dusk when the Count had just sat down in front of him.

"I'm good Miss and what about you?" ask Count Basa - stale.

"Well," cried the cold twilight.

It was clear that Count Servan could see that this young lady in front of him looked to be upset.

"Can I help you Miss?" the Count asked right on target as he saw a sly smile from behind the innocent face of Dusk.

"Well, you're very smart and I like smart people like you very much" exclaimed Dusk still with a sly smile on his face.

"Well, then you must have known about the important information of the Guira Kingdom?" tanya Dusk which now makes the Count's eyes look vibrating and stiff.

"I'm guessing there must be something that pissed him off since then,"

"I don't know much about the kingdom Miss but..."

"But what? Do you want to brag to me again?" tanya Dusk was upset while cutting off the unfinished words of the Count explaining his point.

"Miss, at least you should listen to my story until it's over," the Count exclaimed patiently with his Twilight behavior.

"So this is Miss..."

Count Servan begins to tell him what he knows about the kingdom of Guira at Dusk. When the Servant Count was having great difficulty in the Green Empire. He decided to flee to the Western continent where the kingdom of Guira was located.

The kingdom was a prosperous kingdom and had a fair and kind king so many of the ordinary people who came and lived there. Guira Kingdom also has an academic training that is not much different from Adeline Academics.

The academic named Lumine which is the best academic on the continent in addition to the academic Adeline located in the southern continent. These two academics are competing with each other.

But because Adeline Academic is in the kingdom of Green which incidentally is the third strongest kingdom on the continent so that the academic popularity of Lumine is declining. It also caused the academic Lumine and Adeline to be a tough rival.

After the move of Count Servan, he had just realized that the majesty of the kingdom of Guira was just a fairy tale, in fact those who were there were a collection of illegal traders who often made free buying and selling transactions.

This is inversely proportional to the Green government which only has a black market on the inner side of the capital city, they could not freely sell illegal goods to ordinary citizens or nobles who did not get the approval of King Green.

In contrast to the Kingdom of Guira, which is almost a part of the population is an illegal trader who is free to enter and exit at any time. Illegal merchants are the main resources of the kingdom so that the tax imposed on ordinary people decreases significantly.

However, many foreign kingdoms do not know this because they only see the people of the kingdom living in prosperity and safety.

The previously hunted Count Servan is now turned into a free man in the kingdom, he and his family are free to roam around without fear of arrest because the law in the kingdom clearly protects the people and immigrants safely.

Therefore there are many criminals who roam freely there and in other words the kingdom of Guira is a free kingdom that has no law for the people and newcomers.

"So you mean the Kingdom of Guira is a kingdom free from the laws of government?" tanya Dusk stopped the story of Count Servan.

"Not that traders usually fight over each other customers and because of that too many do crazy things so that the opponent's trade loses or goes bankrupt."

"But there is a different Miss, they sell different items at each stall or in other words every illegal item they sell is very varied but different at the same time."

"Oh you mean it looks the same but it's different"

"That's exactly what Miss is and because of that, most people who buy their goods are black magicians and also mercenary knights," exclaimed the Count who made Dusk's eyes bulge instantly.

"Black witch?" dusk asked curiously when he heard the word 'black magician' Exit the Count's mouth.

"That's right Miss, black witch."

" ... "

"Black magicians are those who use mana to die as their power."

"Wait a minute, not where the dead come from those who are no longer alive."

"You're right Miss and it's also what kept them shunned yet so many black magicians are still alive even though they've been slaughtered before."

"I don't understand what you mean at all but I'm sure they're not good people."

"Actually Miss not all of them are criminals but because most of them are hostile to the great witches and they also do crazy things in many ways," obviously the Servant Count who made Dusk even more curious.

"I can ask about this later on to others," Inner Dusk while thinking of Dian's friends who used to be mercenaries.

"Count, you must want to know why I called you here, right?" tanya Dusk indifferently while looking out the window of the room where Dian was entering the Guild building.

"I don't have much time, so I'll say it now," continued Dusk then staring at the Count Servant back.

"I want one of the buildings in the kingdom, I want you to get it in two days' time" exclaimed Dusk still with indifference.

"Miss is impossible," replied the Count frantically with the sudden task given by Dusk let alone the time he gave very little.

"I don't care," murmured Dusk could still be heard by the Count.

"I just want a building and I don't care at all how you get it," continued Dusk flatly unconcerned with the Count's current blank expression.

"After you find him, meet Hazel because she has the right person to work on the building."

"Miss...!"

"I don't want any trouble regarding this," exclaimed Dusk cutting off the words of Count Servan.

"If there's nothing to ask, you can come out right now" continued Dusk with a mischievous smile on his face.

The count who originally wanted to protest with the task now began to shut up when he saw a strange smile that fluffed on the face of Dusk.

"May I die speaking again," his mind as he swallowed the salivary that felt dry was pierced.

"I say goodbye Miss," the Count exclaimed and then stood up from his seat, holding back fear.

"Take care of yourself" exclaimed Dusk before the Count made it out of the room, while the Count who heard him could only swallow a lot of his saliva.

A little while later Dian came to face Dusk while carrying a letter from Duke Ari.

"Good work Dian," exclaimed Dusk before taking the letter.

"Thank you Miss," replied Dian happily.

"Ah yes Miss, Dennis has prepared a horse carriage according to your previous request," continued Dian while recalling his conversation with Dennis before going up to the third floor to meet Dusk.

"Let's go" exclaimed Dusk as he stepped out of his room.
