"No matter where a teacher comes from, he is still a teacher to his student."
*******************#####********************
Three hours of Dusk fell asleep and now he was rolling lightly on the bed. Dusk was comfortable with a satisfied smile on his lips.
"It turns out that truancy is so much fun" murmured Dusk as he sat down from his sleep.
Dusk then turned on the lights with his magic before seeing the beautiful view outside the window. Although the dark forest is identical with monsters, but its natural beauty is worthy of appreciation.
"Well, since Lucas will be busy for the next week, there's no choice but to meet Sera."
"But before that I will check their circumstances," continued Dusk as he recalled the face of his subordinates.
"Ristia, make Portas immediately." exclaimed Dusk after being satisfied looking at the dim orange sky.
A while later the magic portal was completed and Dusk instantly disappeared from the place. After a short glare at last Dusk was able to see the guild's underground training room.
Currently the subordinates of Twilight are being trained by Kun. They looked troubled but could still follow Kun's harsh orders.
"Miss.."
Dennis' words came to a halt as Dusk raised his left hand. He told Dennis to stay focused on his training and not to tell his other colleagues about the arrival of Dusk.
Dennis simply nodded his head in agreement before resuming his training. Dusk was satisfied with Dennis' unceremonious attitude.
"Lily, how's their development?"
"Not bad, ever since they had consumed the groceries from that place, at least their levels had already risen a little."
"Oh, how many?"
"Don't expect big, their levels are only helped to rise but not really rise in the real sense."
"Why could that be?"
"Food ingredients are like vitamin drugs to them. Just make their vitality go up but not too significant."
"I understand" replied Dusk before deciding on the link between the two.
Dusk felt that the current strength of his subordinates was very lacking. Although they were being trained by Kun but the speed of the training was very slow.
"I've guessed Kun is not suitable in training them." murmured Dusk when he saw Dian and Morreti who had difficulty in passing through Kun's obstacles.
"I have to find a suitable coach for them."
Dusk also could not let Nindia fall behind as no one could train her. Of course Kun also did not want to train the dark elves that were far-spanned with his energy.
"I understand Kun's feeling at the sight of Nindia but keeping her estranged is not the right thing."
Dusk again remembered his nausea when he first met Nindia since Indra where her open. He did not even have enough energy to be able to stand for long distances with Nindia.
"I must meet Basel," murmured Dusk before activating the magic portal towards the eastern region.
It did not take long, one minute later Dusk was already in the eastern region. Since it was already night, so the ones guarding the inns and restaurants were only the servants of the dark elves.
"They also understood about his alchemy apparently." lirih Dusk as he looked at the dark elf who was guarding the medicinal shop.
"Sorry miss, Mr. Agra is not in the office right now" exclaimed one of the maids who is a dark elf.
"What's wrong, I didn't come here for him." replied Dusk while pointing at the area within where the dead city was.
"Ah well miss, I'll be driving you soon."
"No need, just serve the other guests."
"Well ladies, be careful on the road."
As soon as the servant left Dusk alone, he casually entered the inner area. It took ten minutes until dusk made it to the entrance of the city bring the land.
"This place never changes," murmured Dusk as he looked at the majestic building standing in the heart of the city.
Not long after Dusk walked he was confronted by a girl who looked pale. The girl was holding a large sword behind her hip. It was obvious that the girl continued to glare at Dusk with a panicked facial expression.
"Ber, stop. Hah.., hah." exclaimed the girl with intermittent breaths.
"Where are you going?" he continued, no longer helped.
"Well, you can die if you don't calm down."
"How can I not die if you come all of a sudden like this" cried the girl in despair.
"I have to go down to find you" he continued with cold sweat drenching his face.
"Why should you look for me? I intend to see the mayor."
"Miss, you know if this isn't the way to my house."
Nindia looks upset but can still smile warmly at her miss. He did not know what kind of feeling it was, but surely right now his feelings were really bad.
"I don't" shrieked Dusk as he glanced around her.
"I'm sure I was just walking a few minutes from the gate, why am I here now?"
Dusk was not sure what was happening to him, but he felt that he had just passed the entrance of the dead city and somehow now he was right in the heart of the city.
"It's Miss, you want to see my father, right?"
"You're right,"
"Then follow me," continued Nindia while guiding Dusk towards her home.
"When has the city died so many times?" murmured at the sight of so many citizens passing by around him.
"Nindia, are you having a celebration today?"
"Huh, now I know the reason why Dian is upset with miss."
"No, miss, we don't have any celebrations."
"really? Then why are there so many people here?"
"A lot? Miss, you're not drunk, are you?"
"Many of the mana, obviously this street is deserted." Inner Nindia while shaking her head slowly.
"Nindia, do you think I'm crazy?"
"Hahaha, of course not. Miss is a smart graceful woman."
"The lie is obvious."
"If Nindia can't see this, then what is this? Don't tell me they're spirits hanging around." murmured at Dusk as he watched a young boy playing with his friend.
"No, there's no way I'm just tired."
Twilight tried to brush off what he was currently seeing. Dusk wished they were just illusions because he was exhausted.
"Right, I'm just tired. That's it." light up the twilight before entering the mayor's house.
Inside the mayor's house was still the same as before. There was no change whatsoever except for the landscape painting with the golden river.
"Miss, please."
Dusk gently sat on one of the sofas facing directly to the outside window. From there Dusk can clearly see all the intricacies of the city building.
"Good night, miss, sorry I was late to greet you" Basel exclaimed as he arrived at his doorstep.
"I hurriedly came here because I heard you were visiting."
"Sorry to bother you, I came because I wanted to ask you a few things."
"No, miss, don't apologize. We are ready to welcome you at any time."
"Is he saying that nonsense because he has no intention of answering my question." continued Dusk in his heart.
"Ekhem, besides what questions do you want to ask me."
"Did he read my mind?" tanya Dusk was not happy.
"Ahaha, take it easy Miss I'm not testing you."
Basel looked panicked he did not know if his caution would carry such suspicion. He wanted to show the perfect nature to the girl in front of him but even the suspicion he got.
"Alright, I just want to ask you a few things."
"Please miss, just ask."
"First, how do you train Nindia? I don't think you should know about that matter."
Dusk knew that Nindia would not practice the same as her other subordinates. Other than because Nindia used mana to die, she was also not very familiar with them.
"I know what your concerns are, but don't be afraid Nindia was trained by our best knight."
"Who is he?"
"The name of Kstaria was Sir Naven. She was a true kstaria who had a pure fairy noble lineage."
"really? I wanted to see him in person."
"No problem,"
Basel immediately told his subordinates to call Sir Naven. And it didn't take long for a tiny man to appear before Dusk. Although his body was small but Dusk could see the great power of the man.
"Navel yes, I hope he can be useful."
"Sir Naven, please sit down." exclaimed the mayor as he pointed to the seat beside him.
"Ah yes I forgot, introduce this Miss Dusk. He is the owner of this territory."
Basel explained the background of Dusk without being asked by him. He looks proud and happy especially when mentioning if Nindia is a kstaria under the shade of Dusk.
"So it seems, sorry my lady does not recognize you." Sir Naven said as he looked at Dusk who was smiling warmly in front of him.
"I'm Naven Lingga, you can call me Naven." cried Naven as he extended his hand.
"I'm Twilight, call it as comfortable as you." reply Dusk when warmly welcome Naven's hand.
"His age is young, I did not expect that he was the owner of this territory, great." Naven inner when finished shaking hands.
"Well, miss, what do you need with me?"
"I heard that Sir Naven has been helping with Nindia's training. I'm curious about you."
Dusk looks to be looking at Naven with the corner of his eye. What Dusk does is more like an eagle monitoring its prey.
"Right lady, I trained Nindia. Is there a problem with that, miss?"
"Hohoho, look at that way of speaking. How provocative. Am I just playing with ya."
"No, I was happy with your help so Nindia was now stronger."
"You're praising me too much, miss."
"Haha"
The two laughed at each other but somehow the atmosphere of the place felt so cold. Basel as the mayor can only sweat coldly when he sees the scenery in front of him.
"Am I supposed to just go out?" inner Basel while glancing at the view outside her home window.
"Sir, I think your abilities will be very useful to others."
"Miss' praise is too much for me."
"No, I'm just telling you the truth. If you want I can accommodate your entire need for that good thing."
"Hohoho, you are so generous just like the rumors I heard."
"Hahaha, those rumors are sometimes not very believable sir. It would be better if you saw it directly."
"Truly, I'm impatient."
"If you want, come to my place."
Dusk innocently handed the guild card to Navel. Inside the card there is information on the place and various other work details.
"I would be very happy if master could become a tutor for them and Nindia."
Navel was a little surprised, he did not know if Dusk wanted to recruit him. From the beginning Naven only thought that Dusk was playing tricks on him.
"Why do you want to make me their tutor?"
"Because master has been Nindia's tutor for a long time."
"No, you know I'm a dark fairy, don't you? Even though I can humiliate it but still the rumors about the black elf must not be good."
"And maybe they won't accept me." Naven continued in his heart.
"Have I not said that sometimes the rumors are not true. We have to meet in person and make sure it just finds out it's right and wrong."
"Sorry lady, I'm not as good as you think."
"Sir, we'll never know if we don't try, will we?"
"..."
"From you keep asking this and it's not better to test it yourself. If you think that my subordinates are useless you can cancel them at any time."
"..."
It was clear that Naven was confused by his decision. Even though he is strong and smart, but there has never been a human who wants to do it. They had always excommunicated the black elves and called them the containers of demons.
"I don't want to bring trouble to this city anymore" muttered Naven uneasily.
"Miss, I ...."
"Naven, you don't have to worry. Just trust him."
Cut the mayor who has been stared sharply by Dusk. He felt bad if he kept silent, so he sweetly held Naven's hands and tried to convince her.
"I know the mayor that you're setting me up right?" naven whispers in Basel that can not be heard by Dusk.
"Foolishly, if you make him angry then this city will not be okay." Basel replied while giving an eye code to look at the window.
How shocked Naven was as he followed the direction of the mayor's eyes looking at the window. There he saw various kinds of elements that were crowding to see Dusk.
The elemental did not even hesitate to glare at Basel and Naven who bravely made Dusk look sad.
"Geez, what did I just see?" naven's mind doesn't believe.
"Didn't this girl know if the elementals liked her?"
"No, where there are humans who can see the elementals." Basel replied as the two were still talking silently.
"Surely so, then what should I do the mayor?"
"What else, I agree. After all, didn't he say that if you don't, then the deal can be canceled at any time."
"You're right too."
After long negotiations, Naven agreed to sign a temporary contract. He is confident that he can cancel the contract at any time in accordance with the contents in it.
But unfortunately Naven does not know if the contract will bind him for life at Dusk.
