Moonlight After Sunset's

Moonlight After Sunset's
Execution

"All living things will surely feel death but not all death brings tranquility."

*****************#####*****************

"Miss, it seems like you look happy," whispered Dian slowly but can still be heard by Dusk.

"I found something interesting," said Dusk indifferently before approaching Muna who was waiting for her on the podium.

"Are you okay?"

Muna looks worried about the state of Dusk because she has to deal back with a former servant who betrayed her.

"I'm good," exclaimed Dusk still with an indifferent expression on his face.

15 Minutes later the podium was filled with residents who were enthusiastic about seeing Amel's execution. Some of them were surprised by the presence of Dusk in that place.

"What's he doing here? Does he sympathize with his former servant?"

whispered one of the citizens who glanced at Dusk before chatting with his partner.

"I think he just wanted to make sure that the waitress was actually put to death."

"really?"

"That's right, didn't he have chosen his servant so much that one of them got angry and decided to betray."

"But I don't think that's the right reason, it's the wrong thing anyway."

"You're right, the servant should have shown his good intentions so that as the master we can give him a little kindness."

"Yes, yes, you're right."

Pros and contracts continue to be expressed by citizens who are waiting for the moderator to notify that the preparation is complete.

"They were noisy," muttered Muna displeased whenever the citizens talked about things that they did not understand at all.

"The rumor is like a ghost, silent but frightening," exclaimed Dusk indifferently as he looked towards the field where an old man was stepping into the field.

"It's scary" said Muna before the old moderator mentioned her name.

"Guests, introduce me Deza who will be the speaker today and without wasting time let's go straight into his case." said Deza firmly with the microphone on the stairs.

"This sinful servant is named Amel Stuad. He was a traitor who had poisoned his own young Miss" cried Deza as Amel began to enter the square with two guards with his legs and hands chained in iron.

"This servant has made the royal family's good name tarnished and destroyed the good academic image that has always maintained its security."

Deza continued to shout loudly regardless of the heat around him. The audience who saw him continued to stare sharply at Amel, even some of them were throwing it with rotten eggs.

"Die you traitor!" exclaimed one of the spectators who threw a rotten egg on the body of Amel who was curled on the ground.

"Calm, relax. We will immediately execute this wicked woman, I beg her calm," cried Deza as the stench of eggs began to smell in the open air.

Dusk and Muna who saw the action of the audience can only put a face of pity on Amel. To be honest it was not Amel's absolute fault. However, an ordinary servant with a fairly low salary would not be able to hire a bunch of assassins with such good quality and expensive.

Instead of questioning it they just received raw - raw information released by investigators without asking further.

"They are too rude for a cheap servant" said Muna indifferently when she saw Amel's body which was now filled with the fishy smell of eggs.

"They are ordinary people who do not understand politics at all" exclaimed Dusk in response to Muna's words.

"It looks so disgusting."

" ... "

"We've just got here."

"Not yet, we just wait until it's finished," exclaimed Dusk still staring at Deza who was preparing the cutting tool for Amel.

After a while, the cutting tool is ready for its place. There is a large knife which when cut the rope then the knife will fall right on the head of Amel.

"Alright, without wasting time we just started the execution of death," cried Deza while telling the two guards in front of him to drag Amel closer to the cutting tool.

"Kill him, kill him" shouted the impatient citizen.

"Pair the rope" Deza said to the guards, who answered with a nod of his head.

"alright. Are there any last words you want to say before you die?"

Deza tries to look good on Amel by asking for his last request. Amel who heard this then without wasting any more time began to raise his head while looking for where he was sitting.

The spectator who saw that lazily clicked his tongue. They did not understand why Deza still asked such a strange thing whenever he wanted to execute someone.

"Just kill him, '" the crowd shouted impatiently.

"I'm glad to see you're finally safe. May the evil one accept all the consequences, maybe now this is my head but later this thing will also end up in their heads" cried Amel flat with a strange smile coiled around his face.

The spectators who saw that smile felt a deep horror. This is the last message before death, their minds speaking.

The audience simultaneously looked at Amel with a lot of emotion, some were afraid that some were happy and some were indifferent.

After delivering his last message. Deza then told one of the guards to immediately cut the connecting rope and immediately a sharp blade fell right on Amel's neck.

Just how many seconds later Amel's head had fallen to the ground with blood sliding out so swift as a fountain. The head rolled around the execution area with a face expression that was still smiling faintly.

"What a terrible death" said Dusk when he saw the faint smile that still lingered on Amel's lips.

"Are we going back now?" asked Dian who did not care about the execution at all.

"Yes, get the train ready immediately."

"None right."

One by one the spectators had started to leave his place. The podium that was previously crowded now only leaves a few people.

"Let's go" said Muna when Amel's body had been cleaned by the janitor.

"Come," said Dusk flat while stepping away towards the outside of the podium with Muna.

"Miss, the carriage is ready."

Dian approached the two while pointing towards the horse carriage that was ready in its place.

"Good job."

Praise Muna while patting Dian's shoulder gently.

The three were now inside a horse carriage that was moving down the road to the residence of the Marques.Winter mansion.

"Can we stop by for a minute at the cafe up ahead?" dusk asked as the horse cart was passing through the city plaza.

"No problem" exclaimed Muna who then made Dian tell the coachman to stop right in front of the cafe.

The two began to descend the carriage and walk into the cafe. Inside the cafe there are already several waiters who welcome the arrival of the two important guests.

"Welcome, can I help you Miss?" ask the cafe receptionist.

"We want a room that directly faces the plaza," exclaimed Muna flat while glancing at the street in front of her.

"Alright Miss, please follow me."

The receptionist personally brought Dusk and Muna into the room.

"Please come in, Miss," she said politely as she pointed out a chair there.

"Can you bring me this place's favorite food?"

"Of course Miss, is there anything else that's needed?"

"Please don't let anyone bother us while we're eating."

"All right, Miss."

The receptionist then left before giving some clues that were in the room.

"Please enjoy it" the waiter exclaimed with a broad-blooming smile on his face before fully exiting the room.

"Eat" said Muna who saw Dusk still looking at the outside window where the plaza fountain is located.

"You go first" exclaimed Dusk flat still looking outwards. Muna who saw the reaction of Dusk then brought a chocolate dessert with strawberry wrap around it.

"Eat this."

Muna then thrust the dessert without allowing Dusk to reject it first.

"Huh."

Dusk sighed while receiving a dessert sodoran from Muna. Now Dusk is thinking about what Amel said about Sarah's dark secret.

"It was ridiculous to hear that Sarah liked such a strange thing," said a soft twilight that could only be heard by the window wind.

"But this is a great opportunity for me to make him fall into his own obsession,"

A few moments later after the dessert in his hand ran out. Dusk decides to go to the restroom with Dian and leaves Muna alone in the room.

"Dian, have you prepared everything?"

"Already Miss, I've contacted Count Servan before we go here."

"That's good," said Dusk, recalling the incident after he came out of the cell underground.

"Dian, order the Servant Count immediately to come see me at the Moonlight Guild together with his daughter."

"None right."

"Oh and don't forget to trick Muna when we're in the cafe later."

"Alright Miss, I understand," exclaimed Dian before her miss went towards Muna who was on the podium.

"Lilly."

"I understand."

Soon Lily activates a manipulation magic on Dian so that she looks similar to Dusk.

"Do your duty properly and do not let Muna suspect us later," said Dusk when he saw his reflection on Dian.

"Well Miss, I understand," exclaimed Dian understood with the intention of the lady.

Immediately after the magic manipulation by Lily, Dian and Dusk changed places. Dian who is now disguised as Dusk has returned to the room while the original Dusk is now heading to the black market to meet the Servan Count and his daughter.

Inside the black market, Dusk can see how busy the citizens are under this darkness. Most of them are selling basic food everyday and most of the others are selling magic tools.

"Miss. How are you doing?" dennis asked when he saw Dusk coming to the Guild in the midst of this busyness.

"Well, where are the others?"

"They're serving the guests Miss."

"Good work, keep it going."

"Okay, Miss, thank you."

After saying a word of thanks, Dennis left Dusk heading to the training arena in the basement.

"How are you Miss?" count Servan asked as he looked at the young lady with the red fox mask on her face.

"Why is Miss Dusk wearing her mask?"

The Count looked confused by the behavior of his business partner.

"What do you see?"

Instead of answering Dusk instead asked what Count Servan was observing him.

"Ah, it's nothing Miss."

Count Servan looked strange when her guts were known easily.

"Who is dad?" ask a young girl who is the same age as Dusk.

Count Servan who had the question from his son could only see Dusk whose face was now being covered by a red fox mask.

"Ah, I understand the reason," murmured the slow-sounding Count - slurping in his daughter's ears.

"What did you say, Dad?"

"It's nothing" the Count exclaimed in shock at his daughter's strange reaction.

Dusk who saw the behavior of this father-son duo could only click his tongue impatiently, he then went to one of the couches in the training arena.

Seeing Dusk look bored with their conversation made the Count scratch the back of his head.

"Look, son, I will explain who the lady is" the Count exclaimed as he glanced at Dusk who was already sitting on the sofa that was in front of them.

"That lady is our family's biggest investor. He will also guarantee everything about us. It could be said that we are subordinates to him but cannot be said to be slaves but only co-workers." continued the Count carefully with what he just said.

The Count's daughter who heard this could only decide that the life of the entire family was now in the hands of the young woman who was sitting casually on the sofa in front of her.

"What are you planning now?"

The count's daughter's face looked displeased.

"Dad, are you doing something crazy again?"

The girl asked with a serious face. This reminds her of a past where she and her family had to run away because of a strange thing her father did behind them.

"My daughter, your father is not playing. After all we will not be able to escape like before." exclaimed the Count slightly giving a pause to his words.

"That lady has had more than we know now" whispered the Count softly to his daughter who made the boy stiffly distrustful of what he had heard.

"A young woman just like me can do something crazy like this. She looked more like a monster than the monster king I knew," the Count's daughter looked nervously as she glanced at Dusk who looked indifferent to the situation.

"Hus, watch your talk. If he's angry, we'll be done."

"Good dad."

The twilight that had seen the duo of children-father who was whispering in front of him was now starting to look upset.

"When are you there?" tanya Dusk was cold when the father-son duo did not also move out of place.

"My time is not much, so hurry up," continued Dusk again. Not that he is lying but if he does not return soon then Muna will find out if she disappeared.

"None Miss. Forgive us," the Count exclaimed as he pulled his daughter's hand to approach Dusk.

" ... "

"A, uh. Introduce this my daughter's name..."

Dusk stops the Count's introduction to his daughter.

"I don't care, just go straight to his core."

Hearing Dusk who did not even care about her identity made the young girl very upset.

"What do you need with me?" ask the girl with her brood.

The count who heard his daughter's question quickly elbowed his daughter's arm in panic.

"I'm sorry Miss..."

"That's it, get to the point. I don't have much time right now," repeated Dusk stopping the Count's current nonsense.

"None right."
