[S2E51] Meridian Pt 2

"Pease of comfort sometimes makes a person forget how dangerous the moment's feelings are."

"Damn," maki Dusk who did not find anyone around him.

"If you're not happy, get out!" twilight shouted once more but no one returned his screams.

Out of annoyance he decided to go to the river and wash his face. He slowly realized that the great energy that entered his body was unnatural.

"It's like a container that's destroyed when it's filled with too much water." Inner Dusk took the river water and put it in a plastic bag that was previously filled with sugar candy.

"Useless," grumbled after twilight and threw the plastic away from his face.

Dusk then went back to silence while looking at the scene before him, long he looked until he finally felt something strange coming out of his body.

At first Dusk considered if it was just river water that touched his skin and fell to the ground, but over time it felt different.

"What's this?" inner Dusk annoyed. He opened his eyes to see what was really going on in his skin.

When his eyes opened, how shocked Dusk was when he saw the wisp of white ball coming out of his body.

"God! What'sthis?" twilight shouted in surprise while rubbing the skin of his hands violently.

"Agh...! "

Shouted Dusk as his mouth let out the same mana ball as the skin of his hand. He then tried to throw out the whole ball which is now starting to come out of his entire body.

"Damn, what is this?" maki Twilight in her heart.

"even the air I let out of my nose looks the same." continued Dusk while trying not to breathe for a few seconds.

"What's really going on with me!" shouted Dusk annoyed mixed with uneasiness.

Here Dusk is not yet aware of the fact that his sense of vision began to change since he touched the ball where the last time his meditation.

His eyes that originally would see the world like nothing happened, but now different. He will see a world with thousands of mana coming out of every body of living beings and also nature.

"What should I do?"

Dusk began to panic, he was confused what to do with his body which currently continued to emit mana.

He hoped to get an answer from his subordinates but as he looked at the scene in front of him, he looked, how surprised Dusk was to find out that not only his body was releasing mana but the whole place was the same thing.

Both trees, rocks, grass, even to the point where the clouds let out mana. And strangely every mana they put out somehow looked pure and holy.

"What the fuck?" twilight murmurs don't believe.

"Huh, hahaha....!"

Dusk could only laugh cynically at what he saw at this moment. It turned out that he had just realized that this phenomenon did not occur in his body alone, but in all objects in this place.

"Damn, just panic." maki Dusk for the umpteenth time.

"Where is this?" he continued with a look of disbelief.

"I used to wonder what that fucker said, but right now I understand everything."

Dusk recalled Kun who previously shouted excitedly with this place. He was very happy to know that where in this place was very much and pure.

"I'm curious, what about the conditions out there." The sky looks far ahead. His gaze fell on the door leading out of this place.

Dusk continued to think about which one was in the outside world while occasionally brushing aside the mana ball that came out of his body. He did that casually as if he had gotten used to this strange phenomenon.

"I wonder what would happen to me if I kept touching which ball it was?" thought Dusk a moment later.

Dusk then returned to the place where he had meditated before. He then sat down cross-legged and tried to concentrate as before.

This time it did not take long for Dusk to be able to refocus on his goal. He again saw which ball was wandering in his subconscious.

It was different from what he saw when he opened his eyes. This mana ball in his subconscious was brighter and purer than before.

Even Dusk feels twice as sensitive in his subconscious as in the real world. He felt a strange flutter as he tried to ignore which ball it was.

"I have to focus on my goal here" muttered Dusk who tried hard not to touch which ball it was.

His vision in this world was like grey, there was only black and white. He could see all parts of his body transparently, from his heartbeat to the blood flowing all over his body.

Not only himself, he could also see this entire area with the same thing. It can sense the life of a tree, the heartbeat of an animal and even the soothing sounds of nature.

Everything felt new and strange, but Dusk felt it was so comfortable that he could accept the situation quickly. Adapting to this makes the smile on the face of Dusk expand twice as big as before.

"Either why it feels so calm," the inner twilight while still keeping the boundaries of which flow in his body.

The powerful energy that was about to destroy Dusk was now beginning to look calm and purposeful.

Dusk was enough to guide that energy slowly into his meridians. Here Dusk can feel if the meridians begin to rearrange.

"Now I understand."

Dusk began to understand what Sera meant before. Tailoring what he meant was to recreate his meridians with which energy was contained within without damaging nature itself.

Twilight's previous recklessness upon touching the ball of light made him realize that the mana he saw in this black-and-white world was actually the energy he was currently gathering.

The energy he was not supposed to touch because the power within was immense and powerful. If only his body was unable to withstand the energy, then he would be destroyed, even more shattered than his current meridians.

"Forcing energy that shouldn't be yours will only make you crumble indirectly." murmured Dusk softly.

It had been more than half a day of Dusk sitting quietly without saying anything and it made Vanilla panic. He knew that his mistress loved solitude but letting her stay still without eating was dangerous.

With a strong determination, Vanilla finally decided to go to Dusk and give him food.

Strangely before Vanilla reached her place, she had already felt such a cold air. It felt very piercingly different when he was in a cave full of chocolate.

The cold mixed with the air of the existence of his missus made Vanilla realize that at this time his missus was not just sitting still but currently he was practicing something.

"What is Miss trying to do?" asked Vanilla who was currently getting closer to Dusk.

surprisingly Vanilla only saw Miss Nya sitting cross-legged without doing anything. Sitting silently with so many mana auras surrounding Miss Her.

"That's weird" Vanilla said as she learned that her lady's level was starting to rise further up.

"Wouldn't the last time Miss was still a tier 6, but how could this time go up so fast."

As far as Vanilla was concerned, her lady level was not much different from her young self. It was not that Vanilla did not realize that this place could increase one's strength just by breathing alone.

But the rise in the power level of Miss Her made Vanilla confused, the article was very inhumane. How could one go up two levels just by sitting cross-legged for half a day.

"Miss indeed deserves to be called a monster." Vanilla muttered as she tried to pass through the transparent fortress that enveloped her current miss.

No one knew that actually the original level of Twilight was much higher than it seemed. Honestly speaking, Dusk had already entered the final ninth level.

But the level of his strength is covered by the existence of a retaining bracelet which he always wears. A bracelet that somehow works really well. The bracelet he accidentally found among the merchants in Guira Kingdom.

"Miss, it's time you ate!" vanilla shouted with a loud voice.

"Miss...!" call him again.
