Moonlight After Sunset's
[S2E48] New Town

"Rubbery does happen often but if it keeps repeating then there is no second chance to fix it."

"Explain to me, what is this?" snapped Dusk annoyed.

"..."

Eza could only shut up, he did not know what to say. He was also confused to explain what the letter was not his. He was only assigned to deliver the letter to his missus. Honestly, he didn't expect the lady to be this angry.

Eza had no idea what the letter contained. He only receives letters and his job is to deliver them. As for the matter in it is no longer the authority of Eza to be handled.

"DANCE...!"

"Sorry Miss, I don't know at all. I just do the job as usual. Every letter I come to will be sent to Miss."

"Huh," Dusk upset. He hoped Eza could explain the meaning of this letter but as Eza said he had no authority in the letter.

The sender of the letter also does not explain in detail, so the information obtained is not perfect.

Dusk looked back at the letter that was no longer shaped. He again squeezed the letter viciously until the anger in his heart subsided.

"Go" said Dusk, who then recited a teleportation spell under his feet.

Eza who saw that was a little worried. He stood up from his seat and slowly moved away. He did not know what the lady wanted to do.

"Miss," exclaimed Eza as the teleportation light began to dissipate from her sight.

Along with the loss of light, Dusk went along. He disappeared from his room with just a fraction of a second since the magic portal was activated.

"What else is this?" Eza looked panicked, he immediately came out of the twilight room and left the residence.

The bodyguards and servants who had been unable to withstand the emotional pressure of Dusk were now starting to be able to breathe as usual. They looked panicked and hurriedly met Dusk in his room.

But all they saw was a pile of blankets falling to the floor. The bodyguards panicked, and they immediately followed Eza for questioning.

"Where's Miss? And what did you do to Miss until she got that angry?"

"..."

Seeing Eza who had remained silent made the two guards upset. They then pull Eza's arm to hit him but have not had time to do so they are frozen in place.

"I don't know," exclaimed Eza with her cold face.

He also stared at the two cynically while emitting a strong aura of intimidation around him. Those who saw it were frightened and involuntarily walked back.

Seeing the two guards not coming forward to charge at him again, made Eza easily climb onto his horse and leave behind those who were currently still looking at him with a fearful look.

The barren pasture has now turned into a small town filled with human interaction. They exchanged food and medicine, some of which stayed overnight before resuming their journey.

"The region is so different" murmured one of the merchants who used to pass through this place to get to the kingdom of El-Aufi.

The eastern region is the main route to the country. In addition, the eastern region is a large trade route where many traders often stop there just to rest.

Usually they will build a tent to rest for one night. The lack of water and food made the merchants rarely linger in the place.

But now I don't know why the area has become so advanced. There are abundant water sources and also plenty of food. Besides there are dates there are also other exotic fruits.

They also do not need to prepare a tent for the night because there is already a luxury hotel that can accommodate many passing merchants. They also do not need to worry about getting sick because there is also a large drug store.

They do not know what the contents in the store are like because they only make transactions in the front room, while the backyard is covered by protective barriers.

"Who would have thought if the barren place that used to be often ignored now became the paradise of the world." continued another trader.

"Whoever owns this place, he must be very smart because he is able to make this region very rich." continued the merchant beside him.

"Whoever he is, I'm curious to meet him. Maybe partnering with him is a good idea." exclaimed one of the traders who got the nod from the others.

The merchants were engrossed in their chatter whereas the employees in that place could only sigh. They were even tired of hearing so many questions regarding the owner of this place.

But none of them could answer. They did not even have the right to name the owner of this place. They are only assigned to work not to interfere in the affairs in it.

They were assigned to help the eastern region in exchange for their residence. If they refuse, they will be expelled or worse killed.

"The mayor said to continue to focus on work rather than on human affairs" said the waiter beside him who was currently cleaning the table.

"No one would have thought that the owner of this place was the daughter of a Duke. An outcast daughter hated by many nobles."

"If they find out it's possible that their mouths will foam." continued another while thinking of the guests who often gossip at the restaurant.

Many of the guests also came from among the nobles. The reason they stopped in the eastern region because of a tourist visit or rest before going to the Negera El-Aufi.

The nobles often gossiped about the state of the country. They did not even care about the whereabouts of the servants and continued to talk so easily.

"One of the nobles had a chance to talk about the owner of this place," muttered the waiter who was currently giving drinks to the merchants who had previously asked about who the owner of this place was.

"They insulted the owner of this place for being friends with the children of famous nobles. They also spread false rumors about the owner of this place." he continued, which can only be heard by his co-workers.

"They were very naive." the waiter stopped his words when he saw a white light shining in the area.

After the white light disappeared appeared the figure of the young girl who looked so upset. The girl stepped into the forbidden area that only the higher-ups could enter.

"Who is he?" muttered the shocked merchant when he saw a girl walking past him.

To be honest as long as they were there no one had appeared in such a manner. They usually come by horse or cart.

Even they did not know that in this place could use magic like teleportation magic. In addition to the absence of portals, here is also a lack of natural mana. Even the pure mana in this place is very thin.

They did not know what the cause was but for sure they could not carelessly use magic power in that place.

"He...! Isn't she Duke Ari's main daughter?" one of the nobles shouted loudly when he saw Dusk which had since become the center of attention of all circles in that place.

"Gosh, you're right. She is the main daughter of Duke Ari, the child who always sticks between princess Luna and Miss Muna." continued the others in shock.

They knew that Dusk had a high position because she was the main daughter of a Duke and also the best friend of the famous princesses. But the fact of her being an outcast always covers her advantage.

"The outcast is acting up again," grumbled the aristocratic lady who had been staring at Dusk with a cold look.

"He became very arrogant because of that friendship."

"Right, I even became sorry for Princess Luna and Miss Muna. They should be taken advantage of by trash like him." the others replied in annoyance.

They all looked towards Dusk with various views. There are hate, annoyance, disgust, anger, spite, jealousy and many more. They only see it as a pest that interferes with eye sight.

While the servants who heard their rant began to look angry. What they despised was the owner of this place. Even the rumors that are circulating are fake.

Unfortunately they could not scream or get angry because the mayor ordered them not to take part in human affairs. They are only assigned to work and focus on that.

If it may be honest a request not to interfere is the main request of Dusk to the mayor before he told his people to help. Even though the mayor had tried to reject it, but Dusk remained tight on his decision.

"Gosh, see that?" one of the nobles exclaimed in shock upon seeing the servants being courteous to Dusk.

The servants bowed respectfully as Dusk passed them. Although their faces remained flat as usual but their treatment was very different.

It was much different when welcoming the guests present in the region. Usually they will only welcome guests and help them as necessary.

"Why do they do that? Don't tell me that trash has a relationship with the owner of this place?" shouted the nobleman who had since noticed Dusk.

"Crazy, this is crazy!" yelled at the others with a frenzy.

While the traders only see it with a cynical view. It's not that they hate or dislike, it's just that they're jealous of not being treated that way.

They are wealthy traders who do not even hesitate to spend their money but still they are treated the same as guests in general.

"Who was that girl's name?" muttered one of the merchants while listening to the ravings of the surrounding nobles.

"If not wrong daughter of Dusk de Ari." he continued after remembering a long time.

"I don't think that girl is an ordinary girl" continued the friend beside her who had seen the whole incident at that place since.

"They will vomit blood if they find out that the girl is not a friend of the owner of this place but rather the owner directly." - the inner servants who are bowing respectfully to Dusk.
