Ahead of the expected delivery of another week, Doctors advised Shien to perform relaxation techniques so as to reduce Shien's fear of giving birth. Shien also attended childbirth classes because there pregnant women are trained to control pain during childbirth and informed about the choice of delivery methods that pregnant women can undergo.

Sky who did not want to see his wife in pain gave birth to two children at once, advised Shien for a cesarean section, as well as Mama who suggested the same. But Shien rejected the suggestion, confidently answering that she could definitely give birth normally.

“Honey, are you sure you want normal?” Ask Sky who that night was helping Shien pack things into a bag to take to the hospital later when Shien gave birth. They will stay in the hospital three days before Shien's estimated birthday arrives.

“Hmm.” Sahut Shien while closing the zipper of one bag containing baby equipment that has been finished packaged. “Lagian Doctor says I can, kok.” Convincingly.

“But I'm the one who's scared, baby.” After finishing packing the items that will be brought into the bag, Sky then inching closer to Shien, then rubbed Shien's stomach and kissed him.

Shien frowned confusedly, whereas it was previously Sky that always calmed him whenever Shien complained of fear of giving birth. Why is it that now suddenly the Sky is anxious?

“And I want to worry. Why are you afraid?” Shien asked as he rubbed the head of Heaven that was still in front of his stomach.

The sky withdrew, then looked at Shien with an anxious look. There was a gurat of unease on his face. “I'm just scared. . .” He dropped his head on Shien's shoulder. “Fear of happening nothing to you.” His great-grandson then, revealed his heartbreak.

Exhaling slowly, Shien extended his hand, then rubbed the Sky's back. “Trust me, Lang. I can definitely bring our children into this world in good condition.”

“But if you are not strong normally, you must follow what I say. Whatever method it is even if not in the normal way, you will still be a whole mother to our children.” Say Sky, considering that most women always think and feel they have become a whole woman when they can give birth to their children normally, including Shien.

While Heaven who heard it only chuckled amusedly accompanied by a pained ringing due to the pinching of Shien's hand that was caused. He then bent his body slightly, facing his face right in front of Shien's distended stomach.

“You guys are fine, Nak.” The sky stuck his ear right in Shien's stomach, his hand did not stay silent stroking him. “Please cooperate, yes, dear. Don't make your Mama too much pain later.” Then kiss that distended stomach for a long time.

While Shien who witnessed that only smiled with a sudden haru feeling enveloped his heart. Until now, Shien still could not believe that he and Sky would get here.

“Aduh, ssssh. . .” Shien suddenly grimaced as he felt pain in his stomach.

“Ehh, you why?” The panicked sky instantly withdrew, then rubbed Shien's stomach. “Contraction again?” He asked, considering that in recent days Shien has often experienced false contractions. But it made Sky panic because who knew it was not a false contraction and Shien was ready to give birth, because the Doctor said if the estimate could have gone or even advanced.

“Iya. But I don't know if this is fake or not, because it hurts more than ever.” Shien grimaced as the pain came again, the next second disappeared, then came again.

“We go straight to the hospital? I called Mama to her room, huh?” Sky asked with a panicked face, even with the bright hue he used to display turned a little pale.

“Let's go first, deh. The pain is intermittently gone, there is more, not too often. I'm not sure if it's time. Usually also come and go because if the contractions are fake.” Shien rubbed his stomach, hoping that the babies would calm down inside. “Former Doctor Alice said, if my stomach contractions told the streets to relax.”

The sky then rose from his seat, then stretched out his hand to help Shien stand up.

“Awhile, I'll take your warm clothes first.” Speak Sky while moving towards the closet to pick up Shien's warm clothes.

Shien smiled looking at that. Since they made up again, especially after they got married. There was not a single day Heaven did not pay attention to him. That made Shien fall in love with the sky all the time.

“Ayo.” Shien grabbed Sky's arm shortly after he put on the peach color cardigan the man had taken for him earlier.

“Lho, where are you going?” Ask Mama who happened to have just come out of the room she occupied in the Sky house.

“Shien's stomach hurts, Ma. He said he wanted to walk outside for a while, maybe another false contraction like yesterday-yesterday.” The sky answered his in-laws question.

“Sick? How painful is it, Shi?” Ask Mama again with a look of panic.

“Kayak yesterday, Ma. The heartburn is only getting stronger. I don't know if this is a fake contraction or not.” Shien replied calmly, but a second later he grimaced again as he felt his lower back tighten to spread all over the abdomen. “But the pain is not often, Ma.” Added Shien.

“But you have seen flek, no?” Mama approached Shien who was still standing in the doorway of the room, then stretched out her hand to stroke Shien's lower back which she had often complained of pain lately.

Shien was silent while recalling. “Ohh yes. Last afternoon when I peed, there was a spot on my pants. I forgot to say, you don't know anything.” The light then, made Mama and Sky who had initially panicked became even more panicked.

“Yeah, Shi, how come you're careless? That maybe you want to menggahirin.” Tegur Mama is worried. “In that case, we better go to the hospital now, do not have to wait for the pain often.”

“But if this is just a false contraction how?” Shien asked unsure.

“Yes it's okay, Shi. Some of you still have to check, he said there were spots. I'm afraid you're why-why. Shien had already been taken into the delivery room not long after Sky had taken him to the hospital, because after being examined, Shien had already reached the opening seven, already, and it didn't take long either for Shien to get to the opening nine.

Time has shown at half-twelve o'clock in the evening. Mama, Papa, Sky, and also Papa Wijaya, all awake to welcome the birth of their twin children and grandchildren.

Although previously haunted by the fear of giving birth, in fact Shien is very calm when facing the opening of the baby in the process of normal childbirth. “Oke, it's ready.” Doctor Alice exclaimed after examining Shien and had already reached the perfect opening stage.

“Enjoy, dear. You can definitely.” The sky that had been silent since was tense came to cheer while rubbing Shien's hair that was slightly wet with sweat. He kisses Shien's forehead affectionately before the Doctor gives Shien instructions to start straining.

And the next second, the sound of Shien shouting between enduring the pain and trying to push his son out echoed in that sizable birthing room.

Sometimes Shien whimpered and cried while clutching the hand of Heaven as the overwhelming pain returned. But Shien did not complain in the least. There was not a single thought that she wanted to give up on giving birth to her children even though she had to endure indescribable pain.

Seeing the wife who was struggling to give birth to their children, it felt like the sky wanted to cry, her tears knew already in her eyes, she said, but the sky tried to hold it back so as not to spill. And Sky again muttered the promise in his heart that he would never hurt Shien. No, even if you just think about it.

“Come, Shien. You are strong, dear.” The sky cheered up again as Shien looked exhausted and stopped straining, but doctors continued to instruct him to continue to do so.

Shien nodded, unable to speak anymore. He then scooped up a lot of air before then back straining and this time exert all his energy that he was able to, until not long later, the sound of crying baby sounds loud filling the delivery room.

Mama breathed a sigh of relief for a moment. While Sky still could not distract him from Shien whose face looked increasingly pale and exhausted. For now, Sky did not care much for his son who was brought by one of the Nurses to be cleaned.

Shien seemed to be breathing heavily, scooping back a lot of air to cover his lungs. His eyes closed for a moment, feeling relief. But soon he remembered there was still one more baby he had to give birth to.

Doctor Alice again examined the second baby and confirmed her position while waiting for Shien to rest to gather her strength and make sure the girl was ready to give birth to her second baby.

Not waiting any longer, Doctor Alice did the process of delivering a second baby. Shien did the same thing as before, and not for five minutes, the cry of the baby boy who sounded louder than their first baby who was female, reverberated in the room.

The smiling sky must be accompanied by tears whose eyes have melted. He kissed the back of Shien's hand. “You did it, baby. They were born. Our kids.”

“Congratulations, darling. You are now a Mama.” Mama chimed with pride. The feeling of haru burst into his heart so that it made Mama could not bear to not cry.

While Shien who felt his body was very weak because his energy was drained could only smile and was unable to speak. Shien also felt his head dizzy.

“Thank you, dear, already struggling to bring our children born into the world.” The sky landed a deep kiss on Shien's sweaty forehead, as if it was a tribute to the wife who had already successfully brought her children into the world.

“Langit. . .” Said Shien in a weak voice, his lips looking increasingly pale to the point of appearing bluish.

“Hum? What's up?” Sky asked withdrawing to bring his gaze to Shien. Shien's facial features were not fine, his forehead shriveled like pain.

“Sick. . .” Shien replied, his hand that was within the grasp of Heaven felt cold and began to weaken.

The sky that was originally relieved, now returned to panic and confused at once. While giving birth to her children, Shien did not complain of pain or anything like that. Why is he suddenly complaining of pain?

“My stomach hurts.” Shien said again.

“Ya?” Sky Sahut. But the next second, the atmosphere was suddenly more panicked as Sky saw Shien suddenly unconscious. Even with a surprised Mom, not playing.

“Sayang. . .” The sky called his wife. His hand that was still grasping Shien's hand seemed to tremble.

“Doctor?” The sky glanced at Doctor Alice as if asking for an explanation for what happened to his wife. His face looked very anxious, he was almost crying again. While his heart was already racing uncharacteristically, even a bad shadow instantly flashed filled his head, but quickly the Sky brushed it aside.

“Rahim can not contract, the patient has severe bleeding.” Said the nurse who checked Shien's condition.

Doctor Alice, who was still trying to calm down, nodded, then asked Sky and Mama to get out of the delivery room because Shien needed further treatment. Doctor Alice tells Sky and Mama to stay calm and pray a lot for Shien's safety.

Scooping his face rough. The sky felt his heart was completely broken. Shien had already fought desperately to bring their children born into the world. Should God make him sick again after that? Wh why? Why isn't it just replacing the pain? Shien has sacrificed too much.

Outside the room, Heaven did not stop muttering prayers in his heart. He begged God to make Shien okay.

She pleaded with God to give her and Shien the opportunity to raise their children together.

“You said I should trust you, right, Shi?” Sky murmured inwardly as he stared at the glass door before him with twinkling eyes. “I believe in you, Shi. You can definitely hold on for our children, for me too. I'm the same kids need you, Shi. Please, stay strong.”
