Shien sat in a wheelchair in front of Shanna's pusara with Nathan standing behind her wheelchair. The girl looked still in shock. Shanna's unexpected departure did indeed shock him greatly. How not, the last time he met Shanna, her brother was in good health and cheerful, even they threw each other a plunge and argued about small things.

Shien did not expect God to take Shanna suddenly and in an unexpected way. Shien really felt lost. Lost because I haven't spent much time with him.

Yesterday after learning the truth about Shanna, Shien felt his world was turned upside down. Shien fainted in Nathan's room and was rushed to the ER, but was lucky to have no effect on his condition.

Afterwards, the girl cried without pause until exhausted herself as not a single person could calm her down, including the Sky. Shien instead chased away and asked her to be quiet because Sky could not feel what Shien was feeling.

Shien blames himself, and blames Mama and Papa for agreeing to cut off Shanna's life support and organ donor. Shien said if they didn't do that, then Shanna would still be here with him.

Similarly, with Nathan trying to strengthen Shien, the man was not missed to be an outlet for Shien's despair. The girl says that Nathan doesn't really love Shanna for letting Mama and Papa agree to it. Shien also added that Nathan was very hearty because even he himself moved Shanna's heart to his body.

It was only after being calmer from exhaustion that Nathan gave his understanding carefully and that Shien would listen, but that did not mean he accepted reality for granted.

Nathan asks Shien not to blame himself anymore or his parents because it will only add to their grief. With or without taking off his life support equipment, gradually Shanna will still leave them.But by constantly holding it, it will only make Shanna suffer. Nathan added that if Shien's parents approve of organ donation, it's because Shanna did have good intentions before, not because she happened to need a heart donor. And if Shanna's heart is not suitable for Shien, it will still be donated to other patients who have a high match rate.

He will always be with you, Shi, forever.” So Nathan led Shien's hand to his own chest, right where his heart was. “You can feel it, right?”

Shien nodded. But the tears kept dripping until it slightly wet the black dress she was wearing.

“Udahan crying, dong.” Nathan wiped Shien's tears back. “Shanna can say that you cry. I'll think I'll do you again.” Entertain her while moving and standing next to Shien.

Shien nodded as he cleaned his own tears. An amused smile was painted on his tired face.

“Kak Shanna is great, right, Kak?” Shien asked with a faint smile. “My brother is already a superhero.”

Since childhood, Shanna has always been a protector to Shien. And forever it will stay that way. Shanna is the most super hero to Shien.

“Yes, Shi. Shanna's great, and I don't love her.” Nathan stared at Shien for a bit, then looked back at Shanna's grave.

Shien took out a bouquet of red tulips that had been on his lap, then placed them on top of Shanna's belly button.

“May you rest in peace, sister.” Shien said softly, almost like a whisper.

“Come, Shi.” Nathan said, then pushed Shien's wheelchair and left the cemetery

“Ohh yes, Shi. I've decided to become a Cross-Border Doctor. Tomorrow afternoon I leave for Pakistan.” Nathan said after they got into the car.

Shien turned his head and looked at Nathan sadly. “You really want to leave Shanna here?”

Nathan shook his head with a faint smile on his lips. “Free a minute.”

Shien fell silent, turning his gaze forward. He understood, Nathan was just like him. It takes time to come to terms with reality. And maybe Shien will do that too, but he has to make sure conditions allow.

Shien planned to go to America after this.

“So, be well during the same recovery process Doctor Orange.” Nathan's message as he rubbed Shien's head gently. The girl nodded slowly, but still did not open her voice.

“Healthy, yes, Shi. You have to live well.” Added Nathan.

“Sure, Brother.” Sahut Shien was convinced as he turned his head back towards Nathan. “You don't have to worry. I will definitely take good care of Brother Shanna's heart.” Imbuh Shien put a hand on his own chest.

“Life well for yourself. Shanna would have preferred to hear that.” Nathan said.

Shien let out a long breath for a moment. “I promise will live well for myself.” Correction later. “And to Brother Shanna too.”

Nathan snorted amusedly, then without talking again he started the engine and then drove his car.

Shien was serious about his desire to go to America and calm down there. What happened to Shanna was a heavy blow to her, it was too sudden and unexpected, Shien needed time to accept all of that. It was difficult for Shien to get out of his slump if he continued to be in Indonesia.

It only took one week for Shien to prepare all the administration related to the hospital referral letter as he still had to undergo the recovery process, Shien also had to undergo a series of medical examinations in advance to ascertain whether his condition allowed him to travel by plane or not. But lucky the results were as expected.

But, there was one person who did not know Shien was going to leave. Skies.

Shien did not want to make the man sad, so he kept delaying to tell his plan. But time was speeding up in this one week, two more days had the time for his departure arrived, and Shien could not possibly continue to hide it anymore.

“So you want to leave me that way?” Sky asked sadly and angrily at once after Shien told about his planned departure to America and why. Currently they were sitting on chairs in the playground they used to visit. There were only the two of them, the playground was always quiet in the afternoon.

“I never thought of that.” Answer Shien.

“Keep why suddenly want to go to America?” Sambar Sky fast.

“I'm the same old man I've been dating this from a week ago, and for that reason you know joints–”

“But why are you telling me now?” Sambar Langit again shouted in annoyance. Annoyed that he was the last person to learn of his plans.

Shien bit his lower lip, not directly answering Sky's question.

“Sorry.” Chirping Shien while looking down miserably, his tears were already welling up again in the eyes. “I never thought to leave you. But the departure of Ms. Shanna. . .” Shien wiped his tears for a moment before then he continued his sentence. “That's a reality I don't easily accept. I'm getting used to living with him by my side, but now he's not around. I should get used to living without him again, but not here.”

The silent sky neutralized his emotions and cleared his mind. Then he pulled the sobbing Shien into his arms.

Is correct. Shanna's sudden departure, it must have been a huge blow to Shien. It is not easy to accept the reality of losing someone. “How are you going with us, Shi? You want to go to America and you don't know how long you want to stay there. Keep me? You think I'll be all right, Shi? I can't live without you either.” The Heaven's Protest sounded desperate.

“We can call or video call.” Shien, that's the only way they can stay in touch.

“Until an unclear time limit?” Sardonic Sky Speak. After all, he does not want to have a relationship without a definite commitment ahead of him. Sky had hopes of establishing a future together with Shien, and Sky did not want to hang on to their relationship for too long.

Today is the time. It was time for him and Shien to meet again. The sky became impatient to arrive at the apartment to clean up, then put on his best clothes to welcome the girl.
