“Shien. . .”

“Kakak. . .”

Shien who was lying on his patient's bed woke up, his eyes sparkling happily when he saw the figure he had longed for. Shannas.

Shanna smiled brightly, as bright as the knee-length white dress she was wearing. He then stretched out his hand which was immediately welcomed warmly by his sister.

“Good.” Bait Shien directly. “Why did you leave me where I couldn't go?” His protest while sobbing.

“I miss you.” Shanna ignored Shien's protest. He held his arms against the body of his sister.

Shien snorted while hitting Shanna's back slowly. “Stupid. I miss you more, Brother.”

Shanna chuckled softly, then broke their arms and sat right beside Shien. “You're fine, right, Shi?” He asked while attaching Shien's slightly messy hair child to the back of the ear. “You're happy, right?”

“Bless you. I can fulfill all my dreams, Brother.” Shien replied looking at Shanna with a sad look. “Ohh, yes. I married Sky. . .”

“I know. You're so pretty wearing that wedding dress, Shi. You’re so beautiful, like a Princess. But Sky treats you well, right?” Sela Shanna and asked as if to be sure.

Shien nodded confidently while smiling. “Better than I thought. I'm the same she is already. . .”

“Have cute babies?” Sambar Shanna seemed to know what Shien was about to say.

Shien smiled, then sizzled a little. “I haven't seen them.”

“They're healthy. Beautiful and handsome, similar to you Sky.” Shanna pinched the squash next to Shien's cheek. “You must live better and stronger for their sake.” He said as he rubbed Shein's head full of affection. “And happy also of course.”

“Shanna, let's go home.” The figure of the white-clothed man who suddenly entered Shien's ward automatically turned the attention of the two twin brothers towards his arrival.

Shien's forehead frowned in confusion, feeling unfamiliar with the figure despite looking a little familiar. He then looked at Shanna as if asking for an answer to who the figure was.

“Saw Shawn.” Sahut Shanna who understands Shien's confusion.

Shien stared fixedly at Shawn who was now walking up to him while commenting on a warm smile. Shawn's smile was very similar to Shanna's.

“Good work, Supergirl. Congratulations on being mom.” Shawn rattled Shien's hair fat and proud at once. “Small sister's little sister is a mature woman now.”

“But baby you guys are not on my side.” Shien complained sadly.

Shawn smiles. “We will be back together, in the next life.”

“And now we have to go back. You too, Shienna. Our meeting is quite up here.” Shawn reached out to Shanna to help the girl get out of Shien's bed.

“Where are you going?” Shien asked who was unwilling to see his two brothers preparing to leave.

“Back to where it should be.” Shawn said with a calm smile that had not subsided since. While Shanna only showed a beautiful smile towards him.

“I can come?” Shien asked, his feet already stretched out to the floor and got off the hospital bed.

“Bby. . .” Shawn said, Shien immediately smiled as he heard it. He ran to get to those who were already standing in the doorway, but Shanna stopped her steps. “But. . , you sure you can leave those who depend on their happiness with you?”

“Honey, where are you going? We still need you.” Shien turned his head when he suddenly heard the voice of Heaven behind him. When it came, Shien knew Sky was in his ward, standing looking at him sadly with a baby in his cradle, while one of his babies was in a stroller.

The sky that had been awake at the bedside of Shien's patient suddenly moved from his seat as soon as he felt the movement of Shien's hands that had been more than eight hours not separated from his grasp. His heart grew even more bungled when he saw Shien open his eyes slowly. He then pressed the transmitter calling button to call the Doctor to immediately check on Shien's condition.

Shien was critical of the severe bleeding she suffered after giving birth. The feeling of the sky was very chaotic last night. He had not even seen his children who were placed in a special room for babies.

The sky was very happy because both of her children had been born into the world healthy and safe. But he could only focus on the unconscious Shien after giving birth to their children. The sky was completely afraid that if Shien would leave, he did not even stop crying, revealing how fragile he was without Shien.

His parents and older brother, even Blue and Orange, as well as Nathan continued to pacify Sky by saying that Shien would definitely be fine. But the sky cannot. Not before actually seeing Shien regain his consciousness.

“Langit. . .” That one word came out of Shien's mouth as soon as his eyes opened perfectly. His eyes rotated around, the same room as the one in his dream.

Shien recalled, before he woke up, he saw the face of Heaven that was so sad that it was enough to make his heart ache. So even with the sound of baby cries that sounded heartbreaking until finally he chose to run towards his husband and children. Shien had previously thought that it was not a dream. But realizing he had woken up in a hospital bed with Heaven beside him, Shien realized that all he had experienced just now was a dream. The dream was quite sad, but it was enough to treat her longing for her two brothers.

The tears of heaven flowed again. He rubbed Shien's forehead affectionately, then landed a deep kiss there. “Shi, you were critical for a few hours.” Said the Sky while continuing to cry, his hand then stretched out to clench Shien's body. “I think you want to leave me with our children.”

Shien was silent, letting Heaven finish his cries until the man was calm.

“I can't leave you guys. I can't and won't be willing to let my kids be taken care of by stepmom.” Shien chuckled softly, laughing at his own sentence as he gently rubbed the head of Heaven.

The sky snorted exasperatedly as it could-be Shien laughed after making himself panic and scared to death.

“I love you, Shi. Don't take me for granted like this again.” The sky withdrew until now his gaze was locked with Shien's clear eyes that looked adorable. “Promise that you will never leave me.” Pinta Langit then with a pooled eyeball.

Shien smiled faintly, then wiped away the tears that had fallen down her husband's cheeks. “I promise, I will never leave you, and I will stay here with you.” Then pull both sides of the face of Heaven to then land a kiss on his lips long. “I love you, Sky. And I will always do, till death do us part.”

“I love you too. And there’s no one who loves you like I do. I’m so in love with you, Shienna.” Reply Sky, then kiss Shien's lips, can't be long since just now their lips are stuck together, Doctor Alice and a Nurse come to Shien's nursery. As a result, Sky quickly withdrew and smiled clumsily at Doctor Alice.

Not waiting for a long time, Doctor Alice then began to check on Shien's condition. He said Shien was fine, but Shien had to rest and be hospitalized for at least a week or so until his condition was fully restored.

“Ohh, yes. My son?” Shien asked the newly remembered about their whereabouts. “They're where? They're healthy just as normal, right?” He asked again as he looked at Doctor Alice and Sky alternately. The look on his face turned a little anxious, worried that his fear for this long would occur.

Doctor Alice smiled amusedly looking at Shien's suddenly panicked face. So too with the sky.

“Both are fine. They are male and female, normal and healthy. Congratulations you've become Mom.” Doctor Alice said, then glanced at the Sky standing next to her. “And Dad.”

Shien breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing it, then muttered thousands of thanks to God in his heart for He had already granted the prayer that Shien had always asked for at all times, to bring his children into the world in a safe and healthy state.

“Honey, Nak. . .” The sound of Mama's voice coming in was stirred up after Sky told her that Shien was conscious. The middle-aged woman kept her grandchildren in the waiting room all night, her heart grimacing as the two newborn twins had yet to meet her parents. But Mama also could not reprimand or scold the Sky. He understood because the sky must be very hit to find Shien's condition.

“Shien, geez you finally realized.” He shouted while scattering towards Shien. “Thank you for surviving and struggling to give birth to the grandchildren of Mama to the world, dear”

Shien simply smiled in Mama's arms. “Sorry to make Mama worry.” He said while holding back the cry.

Somehow Shien had to describe his feelings. Clearly, he was very happy. Happy to be surrounded by a family that loved him so much, and now plus his two children and the sky, made him feel even more extraordinary happiness.

His only dream is to spend time with them for the rest of his life, no matter what.
