So In Love

So In Love
63. You Love Him Too

********

“Kak, wait. . .” Terry tried to hold off Sky who was about to move from his seat to leave the coffee shop after the man apologized for what he had done to Terry at Bian's wedding reception at the time.

Ever since Sky wanted to leave from Terry, he did not want to serve him who kept issuing crazy sentences that said that the girl liked him, he did not want to, terry knew very clearly that Heaven already had someone he loved, especially that Terry's own cousin.

The sky also could not bear because Terry sometimes still vilified Shien. He almost got back angry when he did not remember just apologizing and he was in the middle of a crowd.

“Kak, I really like you. Please don't ignore my feelings. I wouldn't have come to someone who humiliated me if it wasn't for me loving him. My feelings are sincere, sis.” Terry welding.

The sky took a deep breath in search of patience there. “I still have business, Terry.” His words were cold as he glanced at the clock that was coiled around his wrist.

“Kak, please think about my feelings, once again.” Terry did not give up.

“Crazy basics.” The sky murmured in my heart. He put on an annoyed look.

“I have to pick up Shien.” Sky was full of emphasis and at the same time showed the answer to Terry's unreasonable request.

Terry growled stifledly, both of his hands clenched violently under the table until the veins on his knuckles protruded.

“I know, you just pity Shien.”

The sky that had turned, turned back around his body to face Terry. “May we never see each other again after this. Excuse me, Terry.”

“Shien is not as innocent and as innocent as you know, sis.” Terry provokes, making the sky even more furious.

“I know Shien better.” Sky growled, the jaw that frames the face of his face looks hardened, indicating if the man is holding back his emotions.

If in the past he could give a blow blindly to Blue when he insulted Orange, but Heaven could not do such a thing to a girl.

“I saw Shien out of the same hotel guy night-night some time ago.”

The sky closed its eyes while scooping the air a lot. He did not know what to do with this girl before him. Really make it grumpy.

“I might be able to do something worse than yesterday if I hear you provoke Shien again.” Threaten the Sky firmly. Both of his hands were clenched next to the material pants he was wearing.

With a feeling of annoyance and anger, the sky then passed away from Terry's presence.

The girl who looked like a professional model just looked at the back of the Sky that was moving further and further away and slowly disappeared behind the glass coffee shop door.

Terry smiled as he gripped his coffee cup hard. “See. Are you still going to believe Shien after seeing something I sent you, sis?”

********

“Drink, Shi.”

Shien, who was coughing from choking on the melon he was eating, felt his throat getting itchy as he turned his head and saw who was thrusting water at him, Shanna.

Counting that it had been more than two weeks he had not spoken to the brother, the intensity of their meeting was very little because Shanna always tried to avoid it.

Shanna was so defensive as Shien tried to approach her to get her to speak. So, seeing Shanna enter his room suddenly and thrusting water at him, Shien was clearly made shocked and confused at once. Could it be that Shanna was no longer angry with him?

“Stupid. Eat it if you eat it eat it, not while working.” Omel Shanna as he walked around the desk, approached Shien, then patted him on the back.

Shien blinked, speechless with Shanna's attitude that had returned as usual. However, he did not have enough time to think about it, Shien needed water now, the heat had already spread to the base of his nose. Then Shien quickly grabbed the glass filled with water that Shanna had propped up, then drank it greedily.

“Udah okay?” Shanna stroked Shien's back gently.

Shien nodded, then looked up, looking at Shanna who was also staring at him.

“Still.” Said Shien softly as he smiled a thin, stiff smile.

For a moment of silence, both of them looked clumsy. Shien scrolled through his iPad screen to dissipate the stiffness, while remaining standing sculpted beside Shien.

“Eung. . , sis.”

“You want to go for a walk?”

They fell back awkwardly after previously speaking simultaneously. Duhh, Shien doesn't like this atmosphere. Never had he felt this alien to Shanna.

“Eum, can.” Finally Shien took the initiative first to acknowledge Shanna's invitation.

“Go now?” Ask Shanna.

Shien answered him with a nod. “I'll take a warm shirt first.” Then point towards the closet with a doubtful motion.

“OK. I wait here.” Shanna occupied Shien's work chair after the sister moved up and walked towards the closet to pick up warm clothes.

“Busy, yes, in the office until bring work to home?” Shanna asked who saw Shien busy with his iPad as he walked into the sister's room.

Moving the hand of Shien who was choosing warm clothes immediately stopped, he then turned to answer Shanna's question. “No, I'm just reviewing my recently finished book.”

“Wahh, you launched a new book again?” Shanna asked to make sure, her hand then took Shien's iPad that was still on, featuring children's literature illustrated by Shien's latest work full of moral and motivational messages for every child who reads it including parents.

“Hmm.” Shien said briefly, he turned his back to pick a shirt. His eyeballs follow his index finger moving on a row of warm clothes hanging and neatly lined up in the closet. Then, he dropped his choice on a mustard-colored roundhand knitting cardigan.

“When to rise?” Shanna asked again, without distracting her from the 10.2-inch screen with the logo of a bitten apple behind it. He was busy reading the content of the story neatly arranged and neat on the real book that had not been printed.

“Lack of knowledge. I haven't signed the script with the editor.” team Shien replied as he walked back to his desk after he picked up the shirt.

“Emang you need it?” Shanna asked in astonishment, considering that Shien was better able to review his own script, then judge and decide on a work worth publishing or not. Shien used to do that to other people, so why does his own work still need an editor? With Shien's position in the company, wouldn't he be able to just publish it right away?

“Duty editor not only review draft doang times, kak.” Shien leaned his body against the workbench. Shanna slightly turned the chair so that it could face towards Shien well.

“Yes too, sih.” Shanna giggled amusedly realizing her own stupidity.

“But the book has not been given a title?” Shanna asked the question again. Surprisingly, the contents of the story were already finished, but Shien had yet to give it a title.

And it wasn't until three minutes, Shien had already finished it. Just four words Fly to Your Heart, perfecting Shien's latest work. The title is in accordance with the content of the story that tells of a Princess who tried to get out of the confines of the palace rules that ensnare her, to pursue her dreams and live as she wants.

He then handed the rectangular-shaped object to Shanna. “This may be my last work.”

“Hah?” Shanna frowned, her eyes squinting as if asking for an explanation for Shien's words.

“I mean, last works before vacuum.” Clearly Shien, made Shanna breathe a sigh of relief to hear him. “I want to vacuum indefinitely.” Imbuhya.

“Lho, where are you going?” Shanna asked, her forehead folded deep.

Shien smiled faintly. “I want to focus on my health first.” Honest answer. Shien had said it before, didn't he, now, have a compelling reason to survive? Shien wants to heal, he wants to be healthy, so that he can live his life together with the people he loves without burden. Especially to live with the sky.

And if indeed God gave him the opportunity to live longer in this world and allowed to live together with his loved ones, at least Shien should try to recover from his illness. Shien wanted to be a person worthy of the Sky, Shien did not want to make the Sky burdened like Terry and Shanna said while in the complex park back then.

Shanna nodded in understanding. He then grabbed Shien's one hand to hold it. “You should have done that a long time ago.”

Shien only responded with a faint smile. The girl looked at Shanna from where she was standing. His head was still wondering, was Shanna really not angry anymore?

“We're going, aren't we?” Shien asked, remembering that Shanna had taken him for a walk.

“So, doong, come.” Shanna exhorted the spirit to then rise to his feet, followed by Shien. He grabbed the brother's arm and moved out of the room.

********

Shanna and Shien walked side by side, tracing the complex park that is wide enough to just enjoy the night wind that is not too cold, and have a light conversation.

Shien listens to Shanna who tells him about her recent activities, her busy work in the tutoring room, including the return of Nathaniel, their little friend who turns out to be Nathan's doctor. Shien said that he already knew it and was quite happy about it.

Shien smiled amusedly hearing Shanna who was grumbling annoyed at Nathan because the man had come so late. Shanna also said that his relationship with Nathan has improved even though he was angry before.

“When do we vacation together, yuk? Make a welcome party for him.” Take Shanna to sound excited. He walked backwards so that he could face Shien.

“Call.” Shien nodded in agreement.

“Where are we going, huh?” Shanna muttered as she placed one of her index fingers on her chin with a look of laughter, thinking.

“What if Papa's villa in Lembang? There we can play the same bike caring for rabbits kayak small time.” A smile rose on Shanna's face as she managed to find the idea of a place for the three of them to go on vacation together, her eyes sparkling with delight.

Shien simply replied with a nod. In fact, Shien did not concentrate too much on listening to Shanna's spirit rant regarding the holiday together. There was still something that was stirring his heart and mind at this moment.

“Kak. . .” Call Shien, stop the chatter Shanna who is planning what activities the three of them will do later in Lembang.

“Hem?” Shanna asked, then twisted her body to return to walking in the correct position beside Shien.

“You're not angry?” Shien asked back.

Shanna was speechless with a hard-to-understand look. Shanna did not need to ask anymore about the purpose of the question that the younger brother was asking. Shanna knew very well, it must be about the Sky.

Shien sucked both hands in his cardigans pocket, his footsteps appearing slower than before, his head bowed sadly. “My relationship is with Sky. . .”

“Au don't mind.” Sambar Shanna, cut the sentence that Shien was about to say.

“Ya?” Shien stopped his steps, he turned his head, blinked in disbelief, then looked at Shanna who was smiling sincerely at him. It still looks beautiful even under the illumination of makeshift street lights.

“I don't mind, Shi.” Shanna who had stopped walking, now started walking back. “I don't mind Sky being my sister-in-law.” Hatefully.

“But you love him too.” Shien followed and tried to align his steps back.

“Iya, but she is unfortunately the same you.” Shanna said with a faint smile, making guilt stick in Shien's heart. “And I also realized, we can't force someone to reciprocate our feelings.”

Yes, love is a choice, not the coercion of others. Everyone has the right to love anyone of his will, for he has chosen for whom and to whom his love should be given.

“Receiving reality is better, than having to lose my brothers and friends because of something that might not have produced good results even if I had.”

Yes, even though it is already in love, it is good to be smarter. For imposing the will will will not produce the results we desire.

“Sorry.” Shien said softly, almost like a whisper.

Exhaling, Shanna grabbed Shien's arm. “Udah, don't apologize. I can't blame you for falling in love with someone.”

“And I also once said that I can release the Sky for you, little sister.” Then Shanna ruffled Shien's hair using her free hand. Shien simply smiled doubtfully.

“One more time, I apologize to you for being rude at that time. That must hurt you terribly.” Shanna sounded regretful, as well as the look on her face.

Shien fell silent. Yes, it was painful at first. But, it's okay. Shien would understand because maybe Shanna was just being unable to control herself at that time.

“Evening date.” Shien looked at the clock on his phone. “Better, we go home. Mama same Papa must be nyariin if we are outside late.”

“OK. But we buy chicken noodles first there.” Said Shanna while pointing to a traveling chicken noodle trader who used to walk around in his residential complex. Shien simply nodded his head in agreement.

“Yeee, you're the dealership. Come.” Shanna exclaimed happily. He then pulled the arm of the sister with vigor, walking out of the complex park towards the chicken noodle dealer in question.

“Shanna, you also have money.” Shien protested.

Shanna snicized because Shien called her name instead of calling her big sister. “Try saying once more! Shanna?” He said while tracing his waist with a folded face.

“Shanna.” Shien's words sounded faint, as well as his gaze. The girl smiled faintly, then walked ahead of the older brother.

“Shien, you are sentenced to treat me shopping a whole month because I have become a half-brother.” Shanna cried out in annoyance, then walked quickly to catch up to Shien who had already walked a few meters away from her.
