Enjoyable. The story is soon finished. 😉

Shien has undergone a series of examinations ranging from blood tests, MRI, CT scans, and others. The team of Doctors who handled Shien again smiled happily because the results of Shien's examination were quite good. Shien was not physically or mentally disabled, nor were there any other complications of the disease. The doctor said that what happened to Shien was a miracle of God.
“Om also said what? Although it was one in a hundred, there were people who could wake up normally after having an accident like Shien. How can you say that Shien has no hope and we have to prepare for the worst possible situation?” Papa is now sitting together in Nathan's room as a Doctor in charge of conveying information about Shien's condition.
Nathan hissed, then smiled. “God's plan is indeed full of surprises.”
“But, there is still something we still need to be aware of, Om.” Nathan said, his face turned very serious, making Papa worried. “From ECG check results. Shien's heart condition remains weak, even arguably very weak, so that Shien can have a heart attack at any time. It could be a ticking time bomb for Shien's life if we don't get the donor right away. It is not impossible that Shien will return to critical condition and the worst possibility. . . .”
“Om believes, God must be preparing a new heart for Shien.” Sela Papa, cut out Nathan's unfinished explanation. “And Om is also confident Shien can wait until that day arrives.” Optimistic connections.
Shien had lived to this extent. He even made it through his critical period. So, Papa is sure that Shien will survive until the time comes for him to get a new heart and then live a healthy and long life.
Nathan nodded while throwing his warm smile. “Then, we must all strengthen the prayer that God will soon give a new heart to Shien.”

“Sayang. . .”
Mama spread her arms and hugged Shien, who had now been moved to the ward. The girl was sitting with her back resting on the back of the patient's bed, while Mama was sitting next to her.
Ever since Shien woke up, the middle-aged woman had unceasingly thanked God. There was nothing happier than finding her daughter back by her side.
“Mama you are back. Thank you.” Mama said as she gently rubbed Shien's back. She looked like she was shedding tears again.
Shien grunted amusedly. “Udah dozens of times Mama kayak like that.”
Shien's words made Mama feel half relieved and half annoyed, then Mama patted her little girl's back softly. “It's because Mama is too happy. I've made Mama worried, even menggeledek.”
Shien smiled amusedly behind Mama's embrace. “Sorry.” Tweet later.
The corner of Shien's heart grimaced at the thought of how panicked and worried Mama and Papa found him sleeping for almost three months. Seen from their slightly thin faces from before.
“You know? When you've been unconscious for decades, you don't feel like you're alive in the least. So, please don't ever do this again.” Mama said as she gently stroked Shien's pale face shortly after she unraveled her embrace.
Shien simply smiled as he held Mama's hands on both sides of her face.
“Then I do, because now I'm awake. . .” Shien grabbed Mama's hand and switched to grasping it. “Mama don't have to worry about anything anymore, don't cry again. . .” Then one hand outstretched wiping the tears that flowed from Mama's eyes. “Better, now Mama goes to the salon. Wrinkles on Mama's face add a lot.” Her clumsiness while gently stroking Mama's cheeks with a full-blown gaze, making Mama who heard and saw her suddenly smile with annoyance, then giving a slow punch to the side of Shien's thighs anxious.
“Since when did you become kayak gini?” Mama's grunt, but can not hide the amused smile at once upset. “Udah sleep not wake-up, fitting wake up even menggeledek parents. Who is teaching?” Then Mama pinched Shien's nose that could have been separated from the breathing apparatus.
Shien just chuckled amusedly. Something Mama rarely sees, but it makes her heart come back. Being able to throw jokes at each other like this with Shien, it felt like Mama had returned to twenty years ago. The times when she and Shien were as close and intimate as mother and child.
Mama found the old Shien. He felt an incredible happiness. Mama to the point of feeling dead was fine if she could see Shien smiling like that.
“Ohh, yes. . .” Shien paused his puffiness upon recalling something, right after he saw the embankment on the digital clock located on the nightstand. “Today should be Mama's birthday, right?”
Mama nodded, then looked at Shien questioningly while tucking Shien's slightly longer haircut into the back of his ear. “Why?”
Shien shook his head slowly. “Neg. I don't have to say anymore, do I?”
Mama rolled her eyeballs lazily, it seemed that Shien's cuey mode was back again. Mama knew Shien's answer very well if he asked, because the girl had already said happy birthday in the beginning.
“There is no harm in saying again. At that time, it was just written.” Mama's heart is a little bit upset.
“Ohh.” Shien nodded, then extended his hand before speaking with a very relaxed face. “Happy birthday.”
Grunting, Mama then hit Shien's outstretched hand slowly.
“You think Mama is your friend?” The gerutu did not accept. “Then I say same birthday Mama herself just salamin doang.”
“How to?” Shien asked with his eyebrows raised. For the past sixteen years, she has never wished Mama a happy birthday. So it's obvious that Shien doesn't know how to do it well. Not just for Mom. Shien used to wish such a happy birthday to anyone including Aunt Hilda who in fact he had considered like his own mother.
“It should be said with a sweet face, continue to use the sound rather plastered that you know, Shi. Like the kids in drakor. Keep abis it love kiss on left right cheek.” Obviously Mama sparkled, remembering one of the sweet scenes between son and mother in the Korean drama she had seen with Shanna.
While Shien who heard it only shuddered while putting on a face full of scorn. He knows Mama's intention is to do aegyo or do the action in a cute made-up style. But it was something Shien did. According to him, doing such a thing looks very annoying instead of cute.
“I want to sleep.” Said Shien who wanted to dodge, timidly the Mama would actually ask him to do just that.
“Hey, you've slept three months. Mama won't let you sleep again.” Mama held Shien's arm that was already preparing to lay herself down. Mama knew Shien was lying, but Mama seriously didn't want to see Shien sleep. Because if Shien sleeps, Mama's afraid that Shien won't wake up again like before. Indeed, the incident made Mama experience a little trauma because it was too shaken. Moreover, it happened very suddenly.
“Mama won't tell you to do that. Really, deh.” She held out two fingers to form the V sign. While Shien was only throbbing with a look of disbelief, he rested his body on the bed rest.
“But Mama wants you to give kiss here the same as here as a birthday gift.” Pinta Mama while pointing her right and left cheeks. “Soalya Mama did not like the anklets you love at that time.” Imbuh Mama before Shien said the protest sentence had given a birthday gift earlier.
Shien blinked while putting on an expression like an objection. Because, he never kissed people first after growing up, it feels very strange.
Errata. Except Heaven. Shien had kissed the Sky first several times, perhaps dozens of times. Shien forgot to count it.
Graze again. Suddenly Shien's head became filled with Sky as his memories suddenly gave rise to that name.
Shien's face turned dejected along with the corner of his heart that was throbbing pain. Shien recalled the last time he met Sky was while in the restaurant garden, Sky was furious and accused him so outrageously back then. And the last thing Shien remembers is the moment before he was hit by a car. Shien looked at the Sky and Shanna was, I don't know. It felt like Shien could not guess it.
Shien recalled, at that moment he immediately ran outside the house, then a car that drove at high speed and carelessly suddenly hit him. Shien remembers nothing more after that, and knows he woke up in the hospital's ICU room three months later.
Instantly various questions about the Sky sprung up in his head. How is the sky? Where is he now? Does he still misunderstand her? Was Sky by his side during Shien's coma?
Shien smiled wryly. He felt so stupid that he hoped Heaven would stay by his side as long as he fell asleep. After all who will survive with a sick person who has been convicted with a low life expectancy? That's not possible. Evidently when Shien was not looking at the Sky right now.
If Sky had not left him, perhaps he would have rushed to meet Shien after he had regained consciousness, since it was not that easy for Sky to obtain infotmation regarding Shien's current condition.
But even so, Shien did not want to ask if Sky was still loyal to meet him or not to Mama. And if Shien did, perhaps he would be disappointed by the answer he would get later.
Shien shook his head a little hard. Never mind. After all, he had intended to forget it three months ago, even though his little heart refused to do so. However, it seemed that this time Shien would have to completely steel his heart to forget about Heaven.
“Why you? Your head hurts?” Mama who saw Shien shaking her head immediately panicked. “Mama call the Doctor, yes?”
Shien hurriedly blocked Mama's wrist to prevent the woman from pressing the transmitter calling button.
“I’m fine.” Shien said as he shook off a slight forced smile. “But my heart is broken.” Imbuh Shien in heart. He was a little sad because he was not injured in the head and lost his memory. Maybe everything about the sky will escape from his memory. Moreover, Shien also did not have to feel any more heartache.
“Totally?” Ask Mama to doubt.
“But. . .” Really, Mama didn't want to see Shien fall asleep again. But SHien's body had not fully recovered. After all, the girl will have to start physiotherapy tomorrow to get back on her feet again. Inevitably Mama had to fight her excessive worries.
Exhaling heavily, Mama then pulled a blanket to cover Shien's body to the chest after she had previously arranged Shien's patient bed so that the youngest daughter could lie down comfortably.
“Yes, if so you rest. But if something hurts just say.” My mother warned. Shien simply responded with a nod of his head.
“Don't forget to wake up again.” Mama added while landing a kiss on Shien's forehead, then rubbing her legs like she was putting a child to sleep.
“Ma. . .” Call Shien out of the blue. “Sini.” She moved her hand, asking Mama to bring her head closer to him.
Mama with a frown full of questions then brought her face closer to Shien who wanted to whisper something.
“You are the best Mom ever. Happy birthday, my loved Mom.” Whisper Shien, then land a kiss on Mama's cheek, then hide her face under a blanket that she intentionally covers her head after saying the sentence. Shien felt embarrassed to the point of making his cheeks feel so hot.
While Mama smiled amusedly while touching one of her cheeks that Shien landed the kiss earlier. Really, Mama feels like her heart is overgrown with thousands of flowers that are blooming today.
The little Shien is back.
********
In the evening, Shien, who was chatting while giving up longing with Fina, suddenly had to stop his excitement when Shanna suddenly entered with a bouquet of red tulips in her hand. Shanna looked stiffly smiling.
Shien looked for a moment at his twin brother who appeared with that different hairstyle for a few seconds, then turned his face in the opposite direction to Shanna. The heartache of remembering the last event he saw appeared again. And Shien was really disappointed in his brother.
Feeling the cold atmosphere between Shien and Shanna, Fina then decided to leave to give time to them to talk together, she then said she would visit Shien tomorrow again.
The atmosphere was so quiet after Fina's departure.
Shien was still in his reluctant position staring at Shanna. Shanna was standing beside Shien's bed.
Actually Shanna had been coming to the hospital since last afternoon, a few hours after Papa contacted her if Shien had regained consciousness. But he did not immediately meet Shien as he had to gather his courage first before actually being able to stand this close to the younger brother.
“Congratulations and thanks for coming back.” Shanna said sincerely as she placed the flowers she carried on Shien's lap. Then it fell silent again, looking at Shien with a sad and terribly guilty look.
“Law, really, Shi, if you hate to not want to see my face now. . .” Shanna said, then smiled sadly. “I just got it.” Connect Shanna with a low tone of voice along with her throat that feels choked.
Fatigued, Shien turned his neck towards Shanna and looked at her expressionlessly. However, it was enough to make Shanna smile happily and reflexively clasped Shien's one hand.
Shien stared flatly at his hand which was within Shanna's grasp. But Shien did not protest, nor did he return the grip. Shien just let it go.
“I don't know if you can excuse me or not. But I'm really sorry, Shi. . .” Shanna paused for a moment her sentence to take a breath. “For all the bad things I've done with you.” He continued, squeezing the back of Shien's hand, unable to stem the tears that he had been holding back. “I'm really wrong with you.”
Shien was silent with his gaze still fixed on Shanna's hand.
“I wasn't aware of that time.” Shanna started sobbing. “Didn't realize that you are more valuable than anything and anyone. I love you, Shi. I don't want to lose you, please don't ever stay I'm like this again.” Imbuh Shanna with tears that continue to decompose.
“I promise I won't admit anything stupid again. And I know this sounds very self-destructive, but I hope you can forgive me.” There was earnestness, compassion, and hope behind the tear-soaked look in his eyes. However, Shanna instead found Shien pulling a hand from her hand, and that made her even more sad.
Then with a slow motion, Shanna pulled her hand. He looked sad, before saying. “Nothing, really, Shi. I understand if you don't want to apologize-”
Shanna hung up her sentence as Shien suddenly extended a riveting finger towards her. Shanna looked at the finger for a while, then turned to look at Shien with next to a puzzled raised eyebrow.
“I hope you can keep that promise, Kak.” Said Shien flat. However, those words were as if cold water was soothing to Shanna's heart. Although Shien did not say ‘I forgive you’, but the sentence Shien just said was an action that was much deeper and more sincere to Shanna than just a sentence of forgiveness.
Shanna could not hide her tears. He was crying, but this time he was accompanied by a smile of relief. Then he immediately sat down on the edge of the bed and linked his little finger with Shien's little finger.
“Sorry to me, Shi.” Shanna hugged Shien, then she cried loudly there.
“Whispering.” Shien sneered as he lightly hit Shanna's shaking back. An amused smile appeared on one corner of his pale lips.
“Bodo.” Shanna continued to cry.
“How would it be if I actually passed?” Shien's claws, making Shanna hit her back hard until Shien slightly strangled in restraint. It was as if Shien was joking around like that in the moment he only regained consciousness after passing his critical period.
“But someday you’ll live without me.” Shien's tone of voice suddenly turned sad, his hand returning Shanna's embrace and gently rubbing her twin brother's back.
“And I will see you from heaven. But that's if God permits me to stay there.” Shien. He knows exactly how his heart was examined. It was so bad, that Shien was unsure of being able to live any longer.
“Damn it! Don't talk nonsense.” Once again Shanna hit Shien's back hard, but Shien only chuckled softly with teary eyes.
“I love you. I love you more than you know, Shien. I'd rather die first than lose you.” Shanna said getting her arms tightened.
“I love you too, till death do us part.” Shien replied inwardly.
For a few minutes Shien let Shanna cry in his arms until slowly her sobbing could no longer be heard.
“Hey, snot you, Kak.” Shien said suddenly, making Shanna immediately snort and withdraw until now created a distance between them.
“Ngeselin. You ruined the mood, you know, didn't you?” Shanna then nosily rubbed his nose using Shien's patient clothes, making his sister protest annoyed and beat him with a bouquet of flowers that he had brought.
“Ohh, yes, Shi.” Shanna wiped her snot again with careless hands. “There is one thing you should know that what you saw in the room at that time was all pure. I trapped the sky on purpose and I want you to misunderstand. But we really didn't do anything. So, I hope you don't get mad at Sky.” Shanna was later.
Shien simply fell silent unapologetically. Misunderstand it or not, the sky has already disappointed him. It feels useless to hear the truth now. The sky had already hurt her heart long before that happened.
“And one more. . .” Shanna remembered something equally important, which she had to convey to Shien. “I also let go of the sky. I told you before that I'd let him go if you liked him or vice versa. Again, I'm sorry for being late to keep it, and I'm sorry for not doing it earlier.” He said really sincere. No more pretenses like before.
“But you don't have to do that, Kak.” Sahut Shien, making Shanna frown in confusion.
“I'm serious, Shi. I can actually accept reality now.” Shanna said, thinking Shien was doubting her words.
“Cause I’ll let him go . . .” Sambar Shien with a trembling voice along with the tightness that was squeezing his chest.
“Shi?” Shanna was heard protesting, but her expression looked puzzled.
BRUOK! PRAANGS!
The sound of falling objects causing a loud noise outside was heard all the way into the room, automatically making Shanna and Shien's attention distracted. The two of them threw questionable gazes at the noise outside.
