Su Ping wondered. Hissing!
Just then, a dark and bloody mist formed demons and ghosts moved towards Su Ping.
He thought of an idea.
The disappearance of Su Lingyue had at least something to do with the place. If he wanted to ask about her, those ghosts and demons would be perfect witnesses.

Su Ping grabbed the two-headed creature without hesitation. The creature was covered in an extremely corrosive blood mist. He wanted to be free but Su Ping grabbed one of the heads right after. He did not cover up his killing intent. The ferocity of the creature was immediately exchanged for terror; it stared at Su Ping, trembling. Su Ping immediately put the contract on his head.

The contract seeped into the creature's head. In the next instant, Su Ping felt a fog of darkness appear in front of him. Something very frightening came towards him and he heard a roar. That roar pierced the sky. He felt his hearing loss. Su Ping was stunned.
The roar made him feel extremely small; it seemed to belong to a giant. Soon, Su Ping regained his senses. He noticed that the contract had disappeared as if something had canceled it. He failed.
The creature released its suppressive stance; it let out a wild cry, suddenly exploding into a blood mist.
The fog surrounded Su Ping. He saw visions with a large number of people as they fought against the evil creature. Suddenly, Su Ping directed his gaze at one of those people. It was Su Lingyue! However, that “Su Lingyue” was not what he remembered. His face was the same and so was his height, but there were silver scales on his hands, face, and neck! Su Ping suddenly recalled the small silver scales he had taken just a moment before.
Is the scale his?
How did he become like that?
He saw through the blood mist that the silver-scaled Su Lingyue was quite strong. He is capable as a battle-titled pet fighter. He fought the demonic beast and used some skills that Su Ping had seen before. It was a mandatory skill taught in the academy. The images disappeared while Su Ping was observing. He was in a dark and silent place but something was staring at him. He did not know how much time had passed, but a path then appeared in front of him. Unlike the other passageways he had visited, the walls were not dry and cracked; they were actually flesh and blood! Su Ping could not believe this. Is that the truth about the Dragon Tower?
Roars!
Dark fog continued roaring out of that passageway with walls made of flesh and blood. It turned into a huge creature that pounced on Su Ping.
Su Ping used his finger as a sword. Some creatures were violently torn apart; there were wounds on the walls of the flesh. Even so, his flesh swayed and the wounds on the wall disappeared quickly. Su Ping turned around. He could no longer see the way back. There is no turning back for him!
Establish a failed contract. These creatures are not individual beings. They are ... one! Su Ping frowned as he stared at the wall made of flesh and blood. The Dragon Tower was strange. He could no longer see the world without limits. All that was left in front of him was that passageway. “This should not be normal,” Su Ping said to himself. He's not sure about that. Is it part of level 14 testing?
Otherwise, it was because he was trying to sign a contract with the creature. The roaring creature was supposed to be the true form of the creature. With his experience at many cultivation sites, he could tell that the master of that consciousness should at least be at the Star Rankings.
However, the creature is not in prime condition; it would destroy the Blue Planet if it were otherwise.

Soon, he met a different creature.
It was a thorny insect, like an anteater, but this creature was two to three meters long. Of course, it is not a large size compared to other pets. But insects are scary. It was fast, and its claws and teeth were extremely sharp.
It was at least at the top of the titled rankings.
Su Ping was surprised. He did not know where he was in the Dragon Tower but he was sure the creature was terrifying!

There was a map of the entire Dragon Tower showing the levels but no other details.
The red dot with the number 1 presses upwards.
“That's level 15. Holy cow!”
