Astral Pet Store – Chapter 627
A stone of six hundred eyes!
The stone was heavier than the Golden Crow brought from the He family!!
How could the man lift the stone?
Diqiong stared blankly at Su Ping. Looking from a distance, the crow could only see the stone; the man under the stone was so small that he could barely be seen.
Still, the little creature raised a rock that was much larger in size, not to mention the environment in that place was extremely harsh!
For the Golden Crow outside, lifting such a large stone might not be a big deal, but still, they would be impressed.
Whooshing sound!
In that place, amidst all the gazes, the little human who had raised the stone flew across the bridge of clouds; he reached the edge and then threw the stone.
The stone fell into a bottomless pit; the little man was panting as he continued to float.
He was like a speck of dust floating in the air.
But no Golden Crow would forget that speck of dust.
“He has roughly mastered three kinds of Nature rules when his rank is very low ..”
The three Golden Crow elders commented. Compared to the other Golden Crow, the three elders were calmer; they had deduced which stone Su Ping would raise according to his first attempt at borrowing the strength of his battle pet. The fact that Su Ping had managed to move the six hundred-eyed stone was in line with their expectations.
The only thing that puzzled the elders was the awakening of Su Ping.
They can't understand that, at all!
“In the Earth and Heaven Rescue List, this descendant of the Heaven Master can earn a place on the Earth List!” said the Elder Leader. No one knew whether the Chief Elder was happy or not.
The elder on the right nodded in agreement. “You're right. But just barely made the cut. Having a place among the first million was already good enough for him. ”
“It is sad that only one can make that list, out of all the young Golden Crow of this generation.” The elder on the left sighed in disappointment. The appearance of the young Golden Crows was subpar in his eyes.
“The children of the He family are fine. They can be the guardians of our empire, ” said the elder on the right.
“It's not even close to his older sister.”
…
While the three elders were chatting, Su Ping stared at the rock that had fallen into the hole. He breathed a sigh of relief. He turned around and shouted into the air, “Have I gone through this round?”
“Ya!”
That voice could be heard all around him. That was the Elder Leader.
Su Ping was happy. Goody. I'm past.
He doesn't want much. He only aspired to pass the examination and obtain the materials for the second level of the Solar Bulwark.
Whooshing sound!
Su Ping suddenly sensed how a lump of energy was enveloping him. After which, his gaze changed; he was outside the trial venue.
The Hell Dragon and two other battle pets stood beside him; he sensed it before he saw it.
“Thank you very much,” said Su Ping. Three exhausted fighting pets. Su Ping felt a wave of complicated feelings.
The Dark Dragon Hound barked as if saying “don't mention it.”
The Hell Dragon snorted leisurely as if it had forgotten the pain of burning his soul many times.
The Purple Python wiggled its tail to show that it was relaxed.
Su Ping took a deep breath and placed them back in the contract room so that they could rest for a while.
Su Ping turned around and looked to a larger place. Many young Golden Crow there were still moving large stones to pass through their ordeal.
“Come.” It was Diqiong's crisp voice.
Su Ping felt a quick movement, and the next thing he saw was Diqiong standing right in front of him!
Diqiong did not say anything to Su Ping. It looked at the other young Golden Crow.
Su Ping also did not say anything. He waited for the young Golden Crow to complete their experiment.
Su Ping noticed that many participants were moving large stones that were much smaller than the ones he was carrying. Those few stones were only one hundredth of the stone he took!
“They choose such small stones. Can they pass the trial? ” Su Ping was forced to ask.
Diqiong lowered his head. “Of course. I'd like you to know, those stones aren't small. They can pass the exam as long as the stone is over ten eyes in size. Of course, it is the lowest standard.”
A ten-eye stone was far, much smaller than the one he had chosen.
So, I wasted all that power for nothing?
Su Ping was speechless. He decided to ask and make sure about the testing standards from then on.
…
Shortly after, the young Golden Crow completed their experiment.
There were some Golden Crow capable of carrying four or five hundred eyed stones and they caused a storm of cheers.
The results were posted at the end of the test. Rank No. 1 was the Golden Crow of the Jue family, who was considered one of the powerful branches of the Golden Crow race. The young Golden Crow, surprisingly, had surpassed the young Golden Crow of the He family and the Qiong family; it had managed to bring the eight hundred-eye stone!
Rank No. 2 is Su Ping!
A stone of six hundred eyes!
In third place was the young Golden Crow from the He family and the one from the Qiong family. Both of them carried five hundred stone eyes!
Other Golden Crows carried four or three hundred stone eyes, and smaller ones in some cases.
The young crows participating in the trial were dumbfounded and speechless. Rank No. 2 was an alien creature they could not even recognize!
Such an unknown creature should be extremely weak!
And he has brought the stone six hundred eyes!
The young Golden Crow found it hard to believe, so they did not believe the result. However, they were afraid to protest during such a big event, where their parents and parents were present.
The first round is over. The second round came right after.
The second round will measure spirit and soul!
This time, the Elder Chief did not create an individual spot for Su Ping; the Elder Chief would act as a personal examiner. As the second round began, a dark black dragon tore through the void and appeared on top of the branch.
The black dragon was bigger than anyone could see and its scales were made of iron. Each scale is as large as ten aircraft carriers. The dragon soared in the sky and the roar seemed to be from ancient times. It was more shocking than any other dragon roar Su Ping had ever heard.
“A tail dragon?”
Su Ping looked at the black dragon blankly.
Roars!!
The black dragon roamed the sky and slowly curled up together. The pair of gigantic dragon eyes were fixed on all the young Golden Crow and Su Ping. That dragon mouth could eat over a thousand young Golden Crow in a single bite!
When the sight of the black dragon reached him, Su Ping felt his brain receive a shock, and then his soul left his body.
He could not even begin to describe that terror!
“Maying!”
“Splitting!”
Many Golden Crow began to cry in fear behind Su Ping, trying yet failing to face the gaze of the black dragon. Some Golden Crow covered their heads with their wings, trembling in fear!
The young Golden Crow was terrified!
“That Dark Star Dragon was born in chaos and ate the stars!” Diqiong explained with a serious mind.
The explanation was for Su Ping.
Su Ping looked at Diqiong.
“The second chapter is about to begin. I hope you don't wet yourself. ” Diqiong sounds indifferent.
Su Ping focused his mind. A creature born in chaos? So, an ancient creature that was like a Golden Crow.
“Squeaking..You bald bird, you make me scare your kids again. Are you not afraid that one day I will become impatient and eat it? ”
The Dark Star Dragon smirked coldly at the young Golden Crow.
Since the beginning of the chaos, the Dark Star Dragon and the Golden Crow had been fighting each other.
The three Golden Crow elders glared at the Dark Star Dragon in silence.
But because of that threat, the young Golden Crow began to feel even more horrified.
The Dark Star Dragon and the Golden Crow were mortal enemies; the weak would become food for the others.
It was clear that the Dark Star Dragon was more than a thousand times stronger than the young Golden Crow and the deep-rooted fear towards the Dark Star Dragon made some young Golden Crow want to come out of the trial.
