Karan stopped his words. The man immediately gasped at what he had said so far. It was a big mistake if he vented his anger at Raya. The grudge of his past must be avenged at the wife but not in this way. Karan has promised himself that he will hurt Raya in the same way that she left him 12 years ago. First, he will make Raya fall in love with him, begging her to not be able to live without him. After Raya had fully depended, Karan left her. That way, the Kingdom will not rise again. The woman will accept what Karan has been feeling all along.

Just before Karan raised his voice, Raya suddenly spoke first. “Sorry, I didn't mean to say that to you, Karan. I just don't want to be treated like this. You know, I'm going crazy. Please give me some space, just a little bit. I promise I won't fight you again. Whatever you order I will do without protest, including if you keep telling people to follow me every day.”

Raya is not a stupid woman who does not know the existence of Karan's men to spy on him. No matter how smart the person was to hide, Raya could definitely find him. Without hearing Raya's reply, the man passed by leaving his wife's room.

Raya almost forgot about this. Charity event that Karan's aunt talked about. Previously Raya had promised to come, but because of this matter, she forgot. Fortunately, the show was postponed because Karan's uncle fell ill a few days ago so Raya could still fulfill her promise. At least by attending this charity event Raya can get out of her magnificent room and breathe the air outside the house.

As promised, during the day Raya was picked up by Ian using his car. Yes, the new car Karan bought for Raya. As for the reason, Raya had to ask Karan herself. And so did Ian. Her husband's assistant simply said that the car they were wearing today belonged to Raya. In fact, in the letters of the car, Ray's name is listed there.

Fortunately Ian immediately denied Raya's remarks. “No Ma'am. My father is not sick at all. Mom doesn't have to worry. Mr. Karan just wants to please you.”

From Ian's speech, Raya concluded something. Karan is not sick. The reason the man gave her such a wide variety of expensive gifts was because he wanted to apologize. The problem is that not everything can be bought with money, including an apology from the Kingdom. Because it's not an apology like this that Raya wants. Raya just wants her husband to regret and no longer repeat all his actions. Especially Raya wants Karan to give her freedom. She was a wife, not a prisoner let alone a comfort woman.

“Why do we go to Karan's office?” tanya Raya when she saw Ian bringing the car into the yard of one of the skyscrapers that is Karan's company. Didn't Karan say they were going to the boutique?

From the steering chair, Ian replied, “Pak Karan is meeting, Mom. He'll be out in about 15 minutes. And Mr. Karan asks you to wait in his room.” Ian could only say that because he was just running errands without having the authority to ask.

Raya does not know why Karan asked her to come while the man was still busy taking care of the company. Wouldn't it be better to have Ian pick her up a little late so Raya wouldn't have to wait in that company anymore? Because I don't like being there. Karan's status as wife weighed heavily on him. Moreover, he must pretend to show that his relationship with the husband is in good condition. For Raya, acting about her life story is more difficult than acting on the basis of a script written by a screenplay.

Just as Raya had guessed, when her feet had just stepped on the company lobby, the dozens of pairs of eyes of the employees of the watch company were directly looking at her. The elevator then takes Raya to the CEO's room, Karan's room.

Raya walks to Karan's desk. Without further ado he immediately put a pack of cigarettes on the table into the trash can. Not only cigarettes, the lighter did not escape being thrown away. She really did not like cigarette smoke and the smell of tobacco attached to her husband's body. And it got worse a few days ago.

As Raya got up and sat in her husband's chair, she saw their wedding photos on the table. The wedding photo shows Karan's happy face looking at himself with love. It was a different photo from the wedding photos in their home. Raya didn't even know there was a moment where Karan was looking at her like that.

This is getting confusing for Raya. In a way, Raya is sure Karan loves her very much. The man looked so happy and happy with her. However, there are times when Karan actually shows the opposite. The man looked to hate her so much as if he wanted to eliminate her that second as well. So, who exactly is Karan? Which side of that man should Raya trust?
