Raya nodded her head, feeling sure her husband was not lying at all. He turned his eyes to a small street across from where they were. The road leads to a river, around it is overgrown with beautiful flowers that are so managed. Raya believes the natural care budget she read from the report about the orphanage was not just to care for the plants around the orphanage, but to get to such places. “Someday I will turn this place into a beautiful place. The streets around this are no longer streets filled with plastic waste or liquor bottles, but beautiful flowers are seen by the eye.”

That's what Raya said when she was young. The words that Karan believed he had completely forgotten. For this reason Karan took over the promise of Raya. In the end, it was Karan who turned the entire village on the Asoka road into a beautiful place to be seen by the eye, just like the wishes of Raya first. Karan always remembered to come there, while Raya had never set foot in that place again since 12 years ago. Not only had Raya forgotten her promise to the slums, she had also forgotten all of her promises to Karan, including the promise not to leave him.

“Karan!” call Raya suddenly.

Raya approached her husband and floated a brief kiss on Karan's cheek. “Thank you,” chirps Kingdom.

Karan's forehead shriveled. The man was clearly confused. “Thank you? Why are you thanking me?” Karan's two eyes looked fixedly at Raya hoping that the woman would remember who she was and the thank you because Karan had replaced her to fulfill her promise. But unfortunately, Karan's desire must be dashed because Raya does not remember anything at all. Great chocolate eyes only show a sense of admiration and pride.

“Thank you for helping the children in that orphanage and also the people in this village. I don't know why, but I think I should thank you.” What Karan did was a noble deed. As a wife, Raya must support and appreciate Karan's actions. And this fact is what makes Raya's view of Karan slightly changed. It turns out Karan Reviano is not entirely evil. He also has a human side. Maybe Karan has some problems with his emotional control, especially about his possessiveness and jealousy.

Raya stared doubtfully. “You promise just a hug?”

Karan nodded his head. “Iya Darling, just a hug. Don't you want to hug your husband?”

Raya also collapsed. She approached Karan and hugged his husband. In that embrace he heard Karan's gentle whisper in his ear. “We can't do it here, but I don't promise we can't do it anywhere else, right?”

Raya's hand moved, intending to push Karan but failed. “I have to work tomorrow, Karan. We can't do it at home.”

A grin appears on Karan's lips. “Who said at home, Honey? We can't do it at home either, but somewhere else. Maybe on the plane sounds exciting.”
