Chapter 31

At the moment, Lin had just finished cleaning his apartment when the doorbell suddenly rang.

Thinking that Nate was coming, Lin just opened the door without meeking from the door hole.

A big smile seemed to have been plugged in his face when he just realized that what came was not the man he was waiting for, but the annoying man this morning.

"Good afternoon."

The red-haired man stood in front of the door carrying a pring that gave off a fragrant smell.

Lin's smile instantly disappeared quickly and changed with a twitch in his brows.

Realizing that the woman in front of him did not like his presence, the man immediately stretched out the plate he was carrying earlier.

"For you. As a sign of my introduction and apology this morning."

Lin actually did not want to accept it, but he also did not want to be too outrageous to this new neighbor.

"Thank you." He answered stiffly after accepting the plate.

Not willing to leave yet, the man instead tried to peek inside Lin's apartment.

"Can I-"

"No." Cut Lin and instantly closed the door in front of the man's nose a second time.

Lin had just placed the plate which turned out to contain a freshly cooked sponge cake onto the pantry carelessly, when the doorbell rang out loud again.

Upset, he again opened the door quite violently and snapped.

"Otherwise you want!"

"Lin?"

The woman just realized that what came turned out to be Nate and not the annoying man earlier. His face immediately warmed in embarrassment.

Looking left and right, he did not see the red-haired man in the hallway of the apartment. Lin pulled Nate's hand to go straight inside.

After the man entered, Lin immediately closed the door tightly.

As he entered Lin's apartment, Nate was able to smell a faint foreign smell coming from the direction of the pantry. Slowly he approached the source of the smell, and saw it coming from a plate containing sponge cake that was still warm.

Nate could smell a strong V scent coming from the dish, and he knew it was a male smell. His eyebrows cringed not like it.

"Who's this, Lin?"

"My new neighbors. He came and gave me that cake." Lin answered lazily.

Unexpectedly, Nate saw Lin casually throw the cake along with the plate into the open trash can.

"You threw it away?"

Although human food is not the main food, but the man still feels affection to waste food.

"I don't like that guy."

Nate's heart was happy to hear it, because it was unwanted jealousy began to appear in his heart.

Seeing Lin sitting on the sofa while pouting, Nate followed up to sit next to him. He was still weighing whether or not to tell if Lin's new neighbor was not an ordinary man.

While thinking, Nate suddenly felt that the fingers of his left hand were being played by Lin on the woman's lap.

"Lin?"

"Hmm?"

Nate's strong warm hands somehow provided a sense of security for the woman. It was very different as Lin stared at the fingers of the blue-eyed man earlier.

"Are you okay?"

Lin turned his head to Nate. His lips looked smiling.

"I'm fine. Just a little nervous."

"Come here." Nate patted his thigh, making Lin's face instantly blush.

Not much protest, with his face still flushed, Lin climbed into Nate's lap. He immediately put his head on the man's shoulder and felt his steady embrace on his back and thighs.

The strong scent of Nate on his neck, made Lin bring his face closer to the man's neck. He unconsciously rubbed his nose there.

Nate bristled slightly when he felt it, but still rubbed Lin's arm and tried to enjoy each other's existence in silence.

Not long after, both of the women's hands were raised to tightly hug the man's shoulder beside her. Lin brought his mouth closer to Nate's neck and without realizing it, his tongue licked the area.

Nate's body felt vibrating to get a stimulus that was not at all suspected.

He slightly turned his head, but could not clearly see the face of the woman he was holding.

"Lin?"

Hearing Nate's call, Lin blinked her eyes. He realized that his mouth was open, and aimed to bite the man's neck. He also only realized that his two fangs had elongated without knowing it.

Afraid of doing something he didn't understand, Lin directly descended from Nate's lap. His heart was pounding hard. What was he gonna do?

"Lin? You why?"

Nate's gaze looked puzzled seeing Lin suddenly move away from him. He wanted to hold the woman for longer.

"It's okay, Nate. I just want to take a drink."

Lin immediately walked towards the refrigerator. His face looks pias. He was afraid that without realizing it, he would hurt Nate.

"You want a drink, Nate?" Without turning around, Lin asked the man behind her.

"No. Thank you." Thank you."

Nate just stared at the back of the woman in front of him. His mind was still wondering regarding Lin's behavior which suddenly seemed to be slightly avoiding him.

Sheltering on one of the pantry tables, Lin put the bottle half-full. He decided to ask Nate about this.

"Nate. There's something I want to ask you."

Nate's head turned to him. He actually wanted to approach Lin, but was afraid of being rejected. After realizing his deep feelings for this woman, it seemed that Nate's emotions had become more sensitive.

"What's that?"

Lin was seen playing the water bottle that was in front of him with a slight nervousness.

When his eyes looked at the man opposite him, he immediately asked.

"Can fellow Vs hurt each other?"

Nate turned his gaze towards the black-colored TV screen in front of him.

"If you mean whether we can kill each other, then the answer is no."

That answer seemed to give Lin a slight breath of fresh air.

"So, even if you fight and bite each other for example. You guys still can't die from that?"

Turning his head back at the woman, Nate smiled faintly.

"Yes. It's actually quite frustrating, especially if we really hate someone. We'll never be able to kill him."

Nate seemed to be chuckling with his own jokes.

Hearing that, made Lin step out of hiding.

He immediately sat back on the man's lap, making Nate surprised by his capricious behavior.

Rubbing the woman's arm in her arms, Nate kissed Lin's forehead slowly.

"What exactly are you, Lin?"

Nate felt the head of the woman leaning around his neck just shake slowly. Lin's hand felt hugging his body even tighter.

"Hug me tighter, Nate."

Smiling at the request she had just heard for the first time, Nate happily did so.

They ended up spending quite some time just rubbing each other quietly. No one talks to each other. They all enjoy each other's presence.

Time had shown the number at 19:30, when Lin started to feel drowsiness in his eyes.

"Lin?"

"Hmm?"

"It's 19:30. It's time."

Nate's hand was still rubbing the woman's back on her lap. He also did not want to move from his position, but there were other more important things to do.

Slowly, Lin began to release his embrace from Nate's shoulder. He was still sitting languidly on the lap of the man. His eyes look so cute and sleepy.

This sight made Nate unable to hold himself back. Quickly, the man immediately kissed the lips of the sleepy woman in front of him quite aggressively.

Getting that sudden attack, made Lin's eyes automatically glare and he again held Nate's upper arm tight for fear of falling.

Starting to be driven by his deepest passion, one of Nate's hands moved into Lin's chest area and squeezed it slowly. He rubbed it, gave it stimulation.

"Hmm..."

This makes the woman's external needs rise quickly. He held Nate's wrists tight and put more emphasis on his chest.

Just like his sudden attack, Nate suddenly released his kiss from the mouth of the woman on his lap.

Lin's lips looked flushed and swollen. His face was together and his eyes were very bright.

If the man's mind control was not strong, perhaps Nate would have brought this resigned-looking woman into the bedroom.

"You better wash your face first, Lin. You look so sleepy."

Nate's words slowly began to be absorbed by Lin's brain which currently felt empty. He slowly rose from his position, assisted by the man behind him.

In his heart, Lin felt a little embarrassed. "Wait a minute. I'll change first."

After that, Lin began to step into his bedroom. It staggered a little.

Smiling at Lin's behavior, Nate leaned back on the sofa. He tried to assuage his own remaining desires at this time.

Just this time, he actually felt a strong enough need to be able to satisfy his outward desires.

Even during the marriage, Nate did it with his wife just because of obligations. And they only did it twice during their seven-year marriage.

After confirming that Nicholas' seed had grown in his wife's stomach, they began to return to their respective activities. Nate with his war career and Coraline with his busy life as an estate manager.

The husband also slept in a separate room. And throughout their marriage, no one ever asked each other for their rations. It seems that those needs are only a fraction of a percent of other things that are more of a priority in their lives.

It was very much different when he was together with Lin. While being around the woman, Nate really had to hold her hand to not touch her.

During his life, only this time did he feel a sense of possessiveness in something. Right now, Nate really needed to claim that the woman was his, and only hers.
