The Truth that Hurt

Anger increasingly filled William's heart when he saw the state of Marien's chaotic and battered. Gavin was shocked to see what his daughter had done. She didn't expect Alexa to be so brutal to her own sister.

"How dare you do that to Marien?" William stepped forward while shooting at Alexa.

Alexa screams because the hot lead hit her shoulder. Alexa stepped back quickly to pick up the scissors on the floor but William fired back at Alexa and this time the hot lead hit the shoulder of the other side.

"Don't shoot, don't shoot anymore!" yelled Gavin who was already running towards Alexa.

"How dare you, I will never forgive you!" William throws his gun at Steve before approaching Marien. Now that Steve is taking control, the man has approached Alexa as well as his father.

"Shoot if they dare to run!" william's orders while releasing the ties that bind Marien's legs and hands.

"Will?" Marien tried to open both of her swollen eyes. Although battered but he was very grateful William came to bring his father. This way his father will not run away again.

"Sorry, Honey. I'm sorry" he said in a guilty tone.

"It's okay, it's not your fault" Marien smiled even though her face was in pain.

"Let's go, let Steve get them done!" William was already going to carry her but Marien held back.

"No, Will. I want it all done today. Help me stand up, I don't want this problem to last long until it repeats itself!"

"Are you sure?" he really could not bear to see his wife's messy state. Her hair was messy, Marien's face was completely battered.

"Yeah, ignore my messed up hair and battered face. Don't laugh at my situation!" marien Pinta. He was ashamed, but he wanted it all done today.

"I'm not going to laugh at you, baby," William opened the suit he was wearing and put it on Marien's shoulder, "I'll never laugh at you no matter what," she said.

Marie recognized the smile and the smile disappeared because Marien's eyes were on her father who tried to hold blood on Alexa's shoulder. His father really did not care about his circumstances and cared more about Alexa. It was sad but he felt used to it.

"Are you okay, Alexa. Are you all right?" Gavin looks worried about his daughter getting shot without caring about Marien.

"Now tell him the truth, Dad?!" marien.

"No, Marien!" reject his father,

"It's like this but you don't want to tell him either? You're so outrageous!" marien shouted furiously. As a result of his screams, Marien grimaced because his mouth hurt.

"Daddy told Daddy he didn't want to say!"

"What are you hiding from me, Dad? Why am I the only one who doesn't know?" ask Alexa.

"It's not important, don't think about it" his father said.

"Steve, force him until he speaks!" william's orders.

"Good, Sir!" Steve pointed his gun at Gavin's feet because he was going to start there.

"Don't! Are you out of your mind?" shout Gavin.

"Tell me what I don't know, Dad!" scream Alexa.

"Daddy doesn't want you to hear it, Alexa!"

"Steve, why haven't you shot yet?" William deliberately scares because only in that way will make Gavin open his mouth.

"Don't, I'll do it!" shout Gavin. He doesn't want to have to tell the truth.

"Now!" william cried because he could not wait to take Marien to the hospital.

"What are you hiding from me, Dad?" ask Alexa.

"Listen to Daddy, your mother killed herself out of her own will."

"No way!" alexa shouted as she turned her back, "Don't trick me just because you're being threatened!"

"Daddy didn't cheat you. What Daddy said is true. Daddy and your mom are divorced but because of you, Daddy let your mom stay here. After all I still love your mother but she had an affair with a lot of men and didn't hesitate to bring it in front of your eyes. I married Marien's mother just to escape my disappointment with your mother. That's why I brought them home after the great Marien!"

"No, it's impossible!" Alexa still doesn't believe what her father says.

Marien's tears trickled down hearing that, hearing that reality directly from her father was really so sad because her mother was just an escape.

"False Daddy, Daddy should have come back to your mother and prevented her from committing suicide but because of the disappointment I felt in your mother, I let her go and thought your mother was just joking around but she actually committed suicide. Had I prevented him, had I been willing to go back with him then he wouldn't have killed himself. I regret that, therefore, I want to make amends by paying all my attention to you!"

"You're an egotistical father, Dad!" shout Marien. Even though she heard it, her feelings still hurt.

"So you let my mother die?" scream Alexa.

"I'm sorry Daddy, Alexa. Daddy's gonna make it up to you!" Gavin tried to calm his daughter down and hugged her.

"You knew the truth all along but why did you shut up?" alexa shouted again while pushing her father away.

"Daddy doesn't want to be hated by you. After all you are the daughter of the woman I love so much that I don't want you to hate me!" gavin's words really ripped Marien's heart off because he really wasn't considered all along. It hurt a lot, even though he knew his father was only concerned with Alexa.

"But why are you hiding the truth from me? Why didn't you tell me what happened?" Alexa still doesn't accept her father hiding the truth she should have known. Both of his eyes were hot, Alexa even looked at Marien who had been battered because of his actions and he had been wrong to hold a grudge all this time.

"Daddy said, Daddy doesn't want to be hated by you!" Gavin approaches his daughter, she must calm her daughter down and apologize.

"And I hate you so much now!" as soon as Gavin approached, Alexa thrust her scissors into her father's stomach. Gavin is shocked but Alexa stabs him blindly again due to disappointment.

"You should have told me if my mom was just a ja*ang. You should have told me that he died by himself!" she screams every time Alexa stabs her scissors.

"Stop, what are you doing!" Gavin pushed Alexa and retreated backwards while holding onto her injured stomach.

Marien is silent, for some reason he does not want to divorce or prevent what Alexa does. He felt his father deserved that anger from his beloved daughter.

"For your sake, I hold unfounded grudges against my own sister. Because of you being quiet, I hated it for a long time!" Alexa approached him again but Steve had prevented it. Alexa rebelled, she shouted loudly. Marien and William really did not prevent them, angry people were terrible waiting.

"I think we should call the police" Marien said.

"I plan on throwing them into the crocodile pool!" said William who does not accept what Alexa did to Marien.

"Don't, Will. No matter how family they are, prison is enough. I don't think Alexa's gonna do anything anymore because she knows the truth."

"Alright if that's what you want. Let's go, you better get your face fixed and leave everything to Steve!"

Marien nodded, and he did not want to see her anymore. The men Steve called to come went inside when Marien and William left. Alexa is still rebelling and wants to stab her father again in disappointment because her father did not tell her the truth sooner. If he knew, he wouldn't hate Marien until it was like that. Gavin lay bleeding with great regret, he was completely wrong and he was very sorry.
