William has been possessive since Marien became pregnant. As her father-in-law said, Marien should not go to the office first as long as she is still pregnant young. If there is an urgent job, Marien can leave. It should not be long and should be with William otherwise, it should not be at all.

Gavin who came to William's office to look for William's whereabouts certainly could not be denied to Steve. "Please tell me where Marien and William live. I want to meet my daughter!" pinta Gavin to Steve who happens to be about to leave to do the task ordered by his boss.

"I can't say that all of a sudden without my boss's approval so I can't help!" said Steve who could not take careless action.

"Please, I know you know where they live. Please tell me where their house is!" Gavin is still asking for the same thing because he knows Steve can definitely help.

"Sorry, I can't do it. I'll ask my boss. I think if Miss is ready, she will definitely contact you so don't force me!" Steve pinta.

"Alright, please tell Marien if I miss him so much and want to apologize to him."

"I'll tell him later so come back!" Steve stepped away before Gavin made his wish again. He had to hurry because William asked him to buy something Marien wanted.

Although she can't see her daughter again today, she is hopeful that Steve will deliver his message to Marien and sincerely hopes that Marien will meet and forgive her. It had been a while since, she was getting drowned in grief because her two daughters were not around. Alexa is still angry and does not want to meet him.

His days were emptier because he was alone. Usually there will be two daughters at home although due to the incident at that time, Marien has rarely come home but there is still Alexa but now, there is no one else. The more regret he felt. He should have been happy in his old days with his two daughters but he should have been alone like that.

Gavin leaves after Steve leaves, he will go to prison again to try to get him to meet Alexa and talk to her. He hoped to produce results but as it has been, Alexa has not wanted to meet him. Again Gavin had to swallow the bitter pill because he could not see his daughter.

Steve who had come after buying food only met William because Marien was resting in the room. He spent more time in the room because William did not allow him to walk much.

"Sir, Gavin Douglas came to the office looking for you" Steve said as he gave his boss the food he wanted.

"What did he tell you?"

"He wants to meet Miss Marien and talk to her. Mr. Douglas also wanted to know this house so that he could come to meet her. How, Sir? Do you want to let Mr Douglas meet Miss Marien?"

"I'm going to talk about this to Marien. Whether he wants to or not, that is his decision. If she comes again, tell her not to look in the office to avoid being flashy!" said William.

"All right!" William walked away because he wanted to give Marien food.

Steve left because his job was done. William entered the room with food. Marien is reading a book and learning a lot of things that can be done and what should not be done by pregnant women.

"Did Steve get what I wanted?" marien asked as she put down the book she was reading.

"Yeah, but these foods are very acidic. Are you willing to eat it?"

"I'll feed you," William sat down by Marien's side, the hot soup slowly being blown away and then given to Marien.

"What's it like, honey. Do you like it?"

"Yes, it turned out to be delicious."

"But it seems like this soup is quite spicy," William even kissed it and then distanced it from his nose because he did not like the smell of the soup.

"You sure you want to spend this?" he was not sure of his wife.

"Of course, I'd like to come back later because it's so good."

"Well, your appetite has changed" William fed his wife again. Marien smiles, despite her husband being chatty and a lot of rules but she doesn't mind William's concern for the good of her and their baby.

"Steve said your father came to my office to look for us" he had to tell his wife this to let her know.

"really?" Marien is shocked to find their presence in William's office.

"My dad didn't mess up there, did he?" tanyakanya.

"No, you don't have to worry about this. He came just to look for your whereabouts because he wanted to meet you. How, do you want to meet him or not?"

Marien looked down, his eyes on his stomach, Although not yet seen but he had to think about the matter well because he knew his father would not stop and he could not let their relationship continue like that for a long time.

"Why are you quiet, don't you want to go see your father?"

"Not so, of course I would. My feud with my father has been long enough, I also do not like to harbor hatred for so long especially to my own father. As bad as my father's treatment, he's still my father. Although he ignored me but he was still willing to raise me and give me the best education. He still gives me confidence in his company. If there wasn't my father, I don't think I'd be able to do this. Had she abandoned me, it might have been different because I really would not have forgiven her," Marien lifted her face and looked at her husband with a faint smile adorning her face.

"You know I'm not a vengeful woman, I'd rather live in peace. Everything that happened has passed, Alexa has got her rewards and regrets. My father was sorry, so I thought it was time to put an end to all this and live in peace. We will be parents soon and we may make mistakes. Do not let the consequences of ego that is too high, we actually get karma in the future and then we are hated by our children due to a mistake that we make. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone needs forgiveness and a second chance. Anyway I have to remember the kindness he gave me after my mother died because after all he remains a responsible father!"

"So you've forgiven your father?" to be honest, he was happy with the thought of Marien who did not want to prolong the problem because it was time for them to be happy without any more feuds with anyone.

"I'll soon be a mother so I don't want to keep hatred on anyone for too long. I want to finish everything and make peace with my father. You don't mind, do you?"

"Of course not, I'm glad you made the right decision. I'm not forbidding you to reconcile with your father, you can do it because now we've got to focus on our lives and our households let alone we're already going to be parents."

"Thank you, Will. My feelings are lighter now. I'll call my father later to make peace with him." said Marien.

"Alright, now finish the food!" William returned to feed the soup that had almost been cold.

Merien smiled with a much better feeling. Although he had not contacted his father but his feelings had really become light. Living a lot of trouble therefore, he did not want to cultivate problems so that he could have a beautiful life together with his small family.
