Silvia who was suspicious of her son who always kept her from returning, of course, invited her husband to come home, especially if she suspected that there was something her son was hiding. Although he had not seen yet but William did not usually ask him like that.

Their plane had just landed that afternoon when William and Marien were still at the restaurant for lunch. Because they had just arrived and they knew William must be in the office so Silvia did not immediately ask her son to come home. After all he knew his son would definitely come home later so they would give a surprise to their son who always held them back from coming home. Silvia wanted to see what reason William had so as to hold him back from going home.

William who did not know the return of his parents would of course not suspect if the secret he hid on them would soon be revealed. Not only is his condition paralyzed by an accident but his secret marriage with Marien can be dismantled.

The arrival of Fiona who makes the act of making their lunch a little disturbed. Marien now has two enemies. Because in addition to her brother, she also has another enemy, namely William's ex-lover who had no idea what to come to see William.

"It looks like tonight I'm going home a little late, Will. You don't mind, do you?" ask Marien who just finished a sweet dessert as dessert after they eat.

"Is there any important work?" William looked at Marien for a moment before gulping down his drink.

"Yeah, I don't want you to misunderstand me so you should know. I was approaching a businessman so he would cooperate with me. If it works out then I have a great chance to raise the name of the company you gave me so I don't want you to misunderstand me and think I'm going with another guy for something that's not true."

"Where are you and the businessman going to meet?"

"A bar, but not just me. There are some small businessmen like me who went to see him to apply for cooperation. Pray that I get this great opportunity" Marien said.

"I'm sure you can, Marien," William rubbed Marien's palm on the table. It seemed that he did not need to help Marien as he was confident in the abilities that Marien had, she can get the cooperation she wants but she has to order someone to keep Marien from afar because she is worried let alone a bar is not a good place for a woman alone although not all bars thus.

"Thank you for your trust, William. So you don't mind me coming home tonight, do you? I don't like any misunderstandings between us so I need your permission. The problems outside and the people nearby are already causing headaches so I don't want any problems with you. I want to go through our marriage without any debate or fuss despite the possibility but I don't want to be too heavy because I'm asking you to get married not to find a partner to argue with!"

"You're too good, Marien. I like your honest nature. Of course I don't mind you asking permission and you're off on business" William rubbed Marien's back, truly for the rest of his life he had never met such an honest woman. Though they only married on contract but Marien so totality as his wife.

"Thank you, so eat outside before you go home because I can't cook. About bathing, you better wait for me to go home," said Marien as he grabbed the glass on the table.

"Why does this sound like an invitation" William teased.

"You mean?" Marien looked at it from behind the glass in his mouth.

"Does that mean you want to take a bath with me?" ask William.

Marien was surprised to hear that, the water in his mouth almost came out but Marien held back so that it made him choke by the water.

"Having both doesn't seem like a bad idea!" William smiled after saying that while Marien was choking more and more by the water making him cough.

"Hey, you're okay, aren't you?" William took a piece of tissue for Marien.

"Your flirting isn't funny!" marien.

"No, I'm serious!" william said with a serious expression.

"Don't joke with your expression like that, it's not funny!"

"So you think I'm kidding?" ask William.

"Yes, Sir. Are you done yet? If we'd better get back. I need to get back to the office and get some important files ready that I need for tonight!"

"Of course, wait a minute!" William called a servant because he wanted to pay.

Marien looks at his phone occasionally, though, hopefully the opportunity later tonight is not missed and he can win from some rival entrepreneurs so he gets a project that will give him a big advantage and can advance his company even though he knows he will not effortlessly.

"If Fiona comes to you and looks for trouble with you, don't hesitate to tell me, Marien!"

"Do you intend to throw it?"

"I should have done that. If I knew he'd throw you then I'd have thrown him out before you came!"

"All right, I know you can do it! Such a woman need not be discussed, it will only make you upset. We better talk about something else, which is more useful!"

"You're right!" William held Marien's hand on his shoulder.

Steve's already coming in his car, Marien's helping William as usual. William would drive him first because he couldn't possibly let his wife return to the office alone. William who is still not suspicious if his parents have returned, of course, relaxed. He even intended to welcome Marien later.

"Thank you for driving me!" Marien picked up her bag because she had already arrived at the office.

"Fight up and get that cooperation" William said.

"Thank you" Marien approached her and gave a kiss on the cheek, "Thank you for lunch and permission."

"No need to thank me!" marien's face was rubbed before a kiss landed on her forehead. The two of them looked at each other with smiles adorning their faces after giving each other kisses even if only on the face.

"I had to hurry" said Marien.

"Call me if anything happens!"

"Sure!" Marien got out of the car and rushed away. William stared at his disappearance until Marien went into the office.

"Aren't you going to help him, sir?" ask Steve. He hasn't run the car because he hasn't gotten the orders.

"No need, I trust his ability. Anyway I'm being the one who has nothing but I want you to send some people to look after him."

"Good, Sir. Now are we going back to the office?"

"Yes, there's some work I need to finish!"

"Good, Sir!" the car was driven back to the office.

William again busied himself when he arrived, he was reluctant to return home too soon because there was no Marien. He knew it would be boring because some of his time was always spent with Marien. Time is turning fast. It didn't feel like seven o'clock at night. It seems that he did not want to have to go back, so he invited Steve to come back.

William who did not know his mother had returned also answered a call from his mother while in the car that would bring him back.

"What's up, Mom?"

"Why haven't you come home yet? What time is it?" ask mother.

"What does Mommy mean?" William stood up his seat.

"Mommy and Daddy are home so go home now!" mother's orders.

"What?" William's surprised. Both of her parents have gone home? Damn, how did he tell them later? Damn, he did not expect his mother to come back even though he had prevented it and it seemed like this time he really could not run anymore and hide his condition.
