Marien came back sooner than usual because of the dismissal he had to accept. William was not home when he returned and he knew the man was away. When William was trying to get up, he fell due to the actions of his brother who sucks. Now, he actually had to lose his job when the situation was difficult. Though he was encouraging William but his condition was not much different from William.

Breathing heavily, Marien saw a blue ring coiled on her ring finger. He better make dinner soon. William doesn't need to know what he's going through. It seems like from now on they have to fight together to get up because of the annoying guy. Marien busied himself to forget what had happened. Let's just say he was unlucky and just got bitten by a dog while on the road. After all the world hasn't come to an end just because he was fired. Tomorrow he'll be looking for a job and he hopes Alexa stops bothering him even though she's not sure Alexa will.

Whether until when Alexa will stop, he really does not like the feud between them. Alexa who has a lot of sly wits, Marien even sighed again if she remembered the sly wits her brother had.

"Marine!" William called back to himself, knocking at the door.

Marien who was sitting on the sofa rushed towards the door. William called again because Marien did not answer when he called. Marien looked uninspired even the smile she gave off was like the forced smile she had to do. William looked at it with a look of wonder, what had happened to him?

"You're coming back faster" said Marien.

"I don't think so. What's wrong with you? Why don't you look excited at all?" William was still looking but Marien only smiled faintly.

"What about your day?" Marien asked back to divert the conversation. He got behind William and pushed him in.

"You haven't answered me, Marien. What's wrong with you?"

"Nothing, I'm fine!" answer Marien.

"Are you sure?" William really doesn't believe.

"I'm not lying, now tell me what about your day?" Marien had already crouched down in front of William to open the shoes that William was wearing.

"Not so good. What about your day?" William deliberately asked that because he wanted to know what was going on with Marien. Although Marien said nothing happened but he did not believe what Marien said.

"Not so good either," Marien looked at her for a moment and then reopened her other shoes.

William had not asked but his eyes could not be separated from Marien who moved to keep his shoes on the shelf. Marien ran to the kitchen and returned shortly after taking a glass of warm water. Without saying anything, Marien gave the drink to William.

"Have you eaten?" ask William.

"I'm not having a taste for food" Marien lowered her head and sighed, "But I've already made food for you" she said.

"Hey," William grabbed Marien's hand and looked at her, "Tell me if something has happened!" William hopes Marien will tell him if something has happened.

"You'd better take a shower first because after this I'm gonna take a break!" Marien took the empty glass in William's hand and put it down. Today he was really strange and unfocused. Marien dropped a few items without him noticing even he made William scream because Marien rubbed his back firmly. William is very upset, he feels like cursing but he knows something has happened with Marien.

She couldn't possibly scold Marien for just one mistake she made because Marien had been so sincere in taking care of her all along.

"I'm sorry," Marien lowered her head, she felt guilty. It really was a chaotic day that even he hurt William because of his careless actions.

"Once you go, you just rest. I can do it myself!"

"I'll prepare some food for you!" Marien turned his steps, he was about to get out of the room.

"Marien, I can do it myself!" said William.

"It's okay, I'll prepare it for you," Marien still wanted to leave.

"Marine!" William slightly shouted so that it made Marien surprised.

Marien nodded, he did what William wanted and helped William to lie down. Marien helped William straighten his legs and when he was done, he was about to get off the bed but suddenly William pulled his hand. Marien was surprised, he couldn't help himself so his body fell onto William's body without him being able to avoid it.

"William, why are you pulling me like this?" shouted Marien protest.

"We need time like this so just relax!"

"But we can't get this close" Marien said.

"Well, you're disgusted with me so you don't like being close to me!" William raised both his hands.

"No, I'm not like that. Please don't misunderstand me!" Marien stepped away from William's body and lay by his side.

"So tell me what happened to you?" William turned around, one hand used to rest his head.

"So you're doing this just to know what happened to me?" Marien also turned around and did as William did.

"We have to talk because you're not what you used to be, Marien," William's hand was on Marien's cheek and rubbed her slowly, "Today you look very strange, I know something happened to you so tell me what happened. You want to share it with me, don't you?" william's hands were endlessly playing on Marien's face because he himself could not stop his hands.

Marien sighed, because being fired made him mess up like this. Her mood was further shattered after meeting Alexa as well as William's ex-lover.

"Marien?" William called her back because he was already impatient to know.

"I was fired, William," said Marien.

"You fired? Why?"

"For my brother, you know? I am tired of the never-ending feud when I want nothing. He really wanted to crush me to the point of getting me fired!"

"Come here!" William pulled Marien closer and hugged her.

"Don't be sad just because of this, you can get a much better job. What your brother did, there's no need to respond as long as he doesn't cross the line!" William said that while rubbing Marien's head.

Marien closed both of his eyes. One hand was wrapped around William's body. William's touch and embrace, made his feelings slightly improve. At least the man can be a place to share even though he was reluctant.

"Today I met your ex-boyfriend" said Marien.

"Fiona?" ask Wiliam.

"Yeah, he insulted you in front of my eyes so I hit him on the nose. Looks like I'll get a new enemy after this!"

"Thank you for standing up for me but you don't have to worry about that. I promise you, she won't be able to touch you even the end of your hair!"

"Can we be like this for a second?" marien Pinta.

"We're doing it, aren't we?"

"Thank you!" it turns out that a man's embrace is quite soothing especially William's hands are not stopping to wipe his head. They said nothing but William was holding back his anger. She did not expect that Fiona was still dissatisfied with insulting her even Fiona did not hesitate to insult herself in front of Marien. It seems like she is being too generous to Fiona and it seems like Fiona should be taught a little lesson so that she no longer dares to insult herself as she pleases.
