They look so happy to be together again. Like that time, Marien also brought food for her brother. His arrival was certainly to tell Alexa if his appeal hearing would be held in a few days but he did not expect, their relationship eventually improved. It was not in vain that he brought his father to come, it was indeed what he wanted.

The food she brought was enjoyed together and the one who looked the happiest was definitely Gavin as he had already made up with his two daughters. "What would Daddy say?" ask Alexa and Marien.

"Actually Daddy said earlier, Daddy will be a witness at the trial later to ease your brother's sentence. All the evidence of the mistreatment Zack did to get your baby to die, Daddy had it so Daddy would give the evidence to the court in defense of your brother. Zack's wife won't be able to do anything and with that evidence, Daddy's sure the punishment your sister gets will be light."

"That's great, give that evidence to Steve. He will take care of everything and the evidence will be given to the lawyer. Big brother need not worry, we can definitely ease the punishment that big brother should have gone through to be lighter."

"Thank you, Marien. I didn't expect it but I won't refuse because now I have a goal after I'm out of prison" Alexa said.

"I know, Steve said he wanted to marry you after you were free!"

"really?" ask Alexa and her dad.

"He told me when he got back from prison. What the hell is going on? Have you made that young man fall in love with you?" marien asked with considerable curiosity.

"Don't listen, he's just a young man who's lost his mind!"

"Why? If Steve wants to, marry him. After all he's a good young man so you have nothing to lose marrying him!" marien.

"No, Marien. I knew the young man was just talking because he was provoked by my words. Tell him not to do it. He's a good young man then I don't deserve him. After all, my purpose in life is not to get married after I'm free!"

"What are you going to do, Alexa? Once you're free, Daddy's gonna hand over all the company to you!"

"No, Dad. No!" Alexa shook her head, she did not want to get married and she did not want to manage the company. He was already thinking about what he was going to do and he had already decided for himself.

"Then what are you gonna do?" ask father.

"I want to atone for the sins I've committed, Dad. I wanted to fix myself so I wanted to be a nun so I could make peace with myself. The sin I have committed will not be forgotten and I will not be able to live happily for it therefore, I want to redeem it and devote myself to a good cause."

"Where are you going?" his father looked sad after hearing his daughter's words.

"There's a lot of places I can go, Dad. No need to worry about me because you still have Marien."

"Daddy will be lonely in the absence of you, Alexa."

"Dad, let me do what I want. I've been thinking about this for quite a while and I've been very sure to do it so don't prevent me!" alexa Pinta.

"Dad, if that's what Alexa wants then we can't ban her" Marien held her father's hand to comfort. If Alexa wants to devote itself to making amends, then they must not prevent it.

"Please, Dad. I just want to make up for all my mistakes so let me go!" alexa Pinta.

"Thanks, Dad. Please tell Steve, don't take my words seriously. I don't deserve her and I don't deserve her. There are still a lot of good women out there, so don't be with me even if I know she's doing it out of pity. You want to tell Steve my word, don't you?" alexa Pinta.

Marien nodded, he would pass it on to Steve later. Gavin looks sad but inevitably he allows the princess even though it is difficult. Instead of not being supportive, her brother already had a purpose in life so let her brother do what he wanted.

William was very happy when his wife was ushered in by an employee into his room. William moved from his seat to approach Marien, who was approaching him.

"You look happy, honey. What good thing has happened?" asked William who had hugged his wife even Marien was already in his carrying.

"My dad and I went to jail today."

"Oh yeah, then?"

"Alexa and my father made peace and I'm very happy about this. After a long time of misunderstanding, we were finally able to reconcile into a family. I didn't expect this to happen, Will. I'm really happy."

"That's good, I'm sure it's all because of your benevolent influence."

"Not really, but where's Steve. I have something to tell him."

"I'll call him!" William dropped Marien off on the couch and asked Steve to come into his room.

Steve left his job for a while because of the call. The young man was already in the room, ready to listen to what Marien was about to say.

"Steve, do you like my brother so much that you want to marry him?" Marien looked at Steve as he asked the question.

"Alright, Miss. Thank you," said Steve. Although Alexa did not want to but she was not disappointed at all.

"Thank you for your good intentions, Steve. Now I want you to go out, make your appearance and find a girlfriend!" marien's orders.

"But I'm not done with work yet!"

"Do, Steve. You've got your permission. Make your appearance!" william's orders anyway.

"Good, Sir. I'll do it soon!" Steve left to do the order. Tidying up her appearance and looking for a boyfriend, where should she look? The desire of Alexa who does not want to get married does not make her disappointed especially she did just so that Alexa has a goal and her decision to become a nun after free, especially if she is not, it was probably the best decision he had made in his life.
