My Perfect Disabled Husband

My Perfect Disabled Husband
Don't Forget the Wedding Promise

Marien was not as usual, she looked lethargic and both her eyes looked slightly swollen and flushed from crying too much. Marien was more silent and looked pensive as if he was thinking about something. Usually Marien is not like that, despite the problems but today he is very different.

Marien did what he always did. He serves William as usual but the attitude he shows is not as usual even Marien has been lying on the bed like he wants to sleep when the time has just shown at eight o'clock at night. Curious to know what was happening let alone not usually Marien like that, William approached Marien and lay by his side.

"Are you asleep?" william asked, hugging him.

"No, I'm not sleepy.. Do you want anything?"

"No, I just thought you were asleep when it was early. What's wrong with you today? Are you sick? You look lethargic and your eyes swell up like you're crying. What's going on?"

Marien shook her head, she felt ashamed to say what happened to her husband. Really, this time he was very embarrassed because of his father's disappointing actions even though he thought William already knew some things if how destroyed the family he had.

"Come on, I don't like seeing you like this.  I told you not to hold anything by yourself, I will always be your place to share so feel free to tell me what has happened to me. Are you like this because of your father and brother? Oh, I forgot. How, did you figure out what caused your sister's mother's death?" he almost forgot about it because he was too busy.

Marien did not reply, the feeling of sadness and disappointment filled the heart again. Tears almost spilled, so Marien hugged William and hid her face. The clothes worn by William wet from Marien's tears, William can guess if the reality that Marien heard must be painful and do not say everything that happened was indeed the fault of his mother.

"Cry until your feelings improve but after this, you have to tell me what you really heard from your father," a gentle swipe was given, her hand rubbing making Marien's cry even more so. She needs a place to vent her grief and she is forced to make William a place to cry when she does not want to show her grief and tears to William which can make the man worry.

"I'm ashamed, Will. I'm ashamed to say it" said Marien in between sobs.

"Stupid, there's no need to be ashamed of me. I'm your husband, so you don't have to be ashamed of me. You didn't forget our wedding vows, did you? I hope I'm not hiding anything and don't forget our wedding vows."

"Are you going to betray me someday, Will?" marien's sudden question took William by surprise.

"Hey, what are you saying?" william did not understand.

"I'm just afraid you'll betray me someday."

"Stupid, I'm not like that. My family upholds marriage very much, I cannot possibly betray even if our marriage is held by a covenant. Even though there are ten beautiful women standing before my eyes, I won't be interested at all!"

"really?"

"Of course, why would I lie!"

"Well, I believe you" said Marien.

"Good, what now wants to tell me what happened? Don't worry, whatever it is I won't laugh at you."

"I want to be like this for a while, I'm really ashamed of what happened to my family. I'm disappointed in my father's behavior and because he's Alexa so hate me but damn, he's quiet."

"Alright, talk slowly. I'll listen to what you're saying and these tears?" William pushed Marien's body slowly and gently wiped away his wife's tears, "I don't like to see her so don't cry anymore, don't hold anything by yourself because there I will be where you share" William wiped his wife's tears back and gave a kiss on the forehead.

"Sorry to worry you" said Marien.

Marien nodded and tried to smile. Again he cried when he had decided not to cry and he had decided not to show his sorrow to William but the sadness of not being considered by his own father, was very painful.

Although she is embarrassed, Marien tells William what he heard from his father about the truth about Alexa's mother's death. William was surprised, he did not expect such an incident. Although Marien says it while crying, but everything he tells with a feeling of disappointment that is certainly mixed with the shame of having a chaotic family due to the selfishness of his father who maintains his old love.

"So it's all because of your dad?" ask William.

"Yeah, I'm disappointed in my father who made me and my mother his scapegoat for the disappointment he got for treason"

"So that's why you're asking me if I'm going to betray or not?" ask William again and Marien answers with a nod.

"Well, I know you're disappointed and upset but remember you're not alone anymore. I'm with you so don't be sad about this anymore. From now on don't mind them anymore. I'm not asking you to ignore your father for good, but I want you to not be too obedient to anything he wants especially to Alexa. You have to be firm even if he's your father, don't want to be ruled by your father and don't be so obedient."

"I don't want to, he's my father, but I don't mean anything to him, so I don't care about him anymore!"

"Good, you should do it. Is it improving now? I don't like you being sad like this so don't cry over people you don't deserve!"

Marien nodded again, though embarrassed, but his feelings improved after sharing with William. Whatever his father wants, he does not care about Alexa anymore but the most he hopes only one is his father told the truth to Alexa so that the enmity between them is soon finished.

"What about your parents, Will?" ask Marien the stale base. He wanted to know what about William's parents because he was worried that William's parents could not accept him.

"They're doing fine. I know what you're thinking but trust me, both my parents are very nice and they're not like the others. They also did not favoritism between me and my sister even though my sister was studying business in London."

"You got a sister?" marien asked, he never knew about this and indeed William just said it.

"Of course, I'm not an only child."

"alright, fine. Your sister's a girl or a boy?" ask Marien again.

"Male, I'll introduce him later when he gets home but remember, don't touch him."

"Oh, God. I'm getting nervous. I've never met your parents and now you want to meet me with your sister."

"Aren't you going to meet them?"

"Of course I want to, Will. I've been so impatient to meet your family but I, like this, was born into a slightly messed up family, do I deserve it?"

"Stupid, of course you deserve. Soon, you'll definitely meet them."

"I'm so impatient!" Marien hugged William. A smile now adorns his face. Although she has a family and is not considered but she wishes she got a good family from William.
