The Degree
Rebellion Leader, Virgo

At the top of the building trying to be infiltrated by Ray and his friend. The leader of the Rebellion guild, calls himself a Virgo. He stared at the chaos and the scene of the commotion centered.

“What is this .. there is an intruder apparently.”

Although he looked indifferent yet he did not ignore it. He watched closely about how the troublemaker defeated his army.

“Is he one of the eight dangerous Rookies?” A man in tight clothes and a helmet said so.

Men who carry a modern bow that can shrink as needed so it is easy to carry anywhere.

“I don't remember him. That guy is not one of the Rookies we should be wary of. However, I remember she should always be with a Japanese woman.” The other man gave his opinion.

“His ability is not trivial. If so, he's not on the list. I wonder how dangerous the people on the.” list are

The six people who looked at the chaos began to speak among them. When Virgo starts talking again. The other shut his mouth tightly immediately.

“Keep out everything else. I'm quite interested in this act of assault.” With a robot-like voice, he seemed to laugh amusedly and looked at one woman who was already weakly sprawled on the floor. “It seems that you still have people who really care about you.”

Virgo walks towards the woman, Erina. The weak and unconscious. He could die at any moment because the current one who decided his life was Virgo himself.

“If anyone is stupid enough to carry out this attack. I'm sure it's your union representative. He is the only loyal person you are not bound by Degree.”

Virgo raised Erina's face. The once beautiful face now looks sad.

The makeup that adorned her cheeks, the powder she used to fade was replaced with a painful blue bruise. Well-groomed hair at first so frizzy mess. The face that was once very beautiful now looks like a ugly girl.

“I'm happy if he's really here because it will make it easier for me to take over Redwest. However, the woman does not seem to be stupid enough or brave enough to do so.”

Removing Erina's face from her hands. Letting go of Erina who looked pitiful. Virgo is back to see the person who made a mess outside.

“What should we do, Leader? If allowed to rampage then that man will reduce the strength of our troops.”

“Yes. Of course it can't be allowed. Of course, it cannot be ignored. And, of course, I won't ignore it. That idiot is looking for my attention. I'd be kind enough to give it but the problem is who infiltrated this building.”

Virgo is not a fool who will believe that the commotion that is happening right now is not without purpose.

Even if he's in a position to infiltrate. With such security then providing bait to reduce the opponent is a wise move.

“Did Retsuji Arthur move and do this? He's a man we can't deal with right now. No matter what plan we put on her, her Degree is absurd. Almost like the goddess of luck always with her.”

Amongst the Eight Dangerous Rookies he had determined, Retsuji Arthur was the one he gave the top supervision to.

Although he understands how dangerous the man's Degree is yet Virgo doesn't really know about it.

He only got the data on his development from the start and how he completed all his tasks.

The answer is very easy. Yes, duty bonus. Virgo once got a bonus assignment that allowed him to ask for any one thing as long as it was acceptable.

And, in return for his bonus assignment he asked for statistical data on the second generation from the first task to reaching Open World.

Although it was just mere statistical data he was able to figure out how dangerous a person was and there were eight of them that stood out the most. Retsuji Arthur is the top person who stands out more than anyone.

“If the man moves then we are forced to switch to plan B. It is troublesome because we will certainly fight but what can make.”

Something that happened need not be regretted. Virgo is ready to abandon his plan if there is a big factor that can give him a failure.

“However, Leader, what if it wasn't Retsuji Arthur who made the intrusion? Should I go down and block him?”

It made sense to send a talented and capable person to face the intruder.

Either way the final destination is the top of the building where they are. No matter how expert they are at infiltration in the end no results will change.

“It's interesting. If it's not Retsuji Arthur then let it be. Let them reach this place. I wonder if they are capable enough to get here.”

There are four floors in this building. Each floor had guards that would grow stronger as one rose in height. Besides, there were some traps that he had prepared.

“Leader, I got word from the second floor that there were two people infiltrating.”

For the first time Virgo looked surprised and choked on his breath. The surprise was able to be realized by anyone even without having to see his face at all.

“Two people? Are they really underestimating us or are they crazy? Maybe one of them is Retsuji Arthur?”

Virgo feels that it would be very likely if Retsuji Arthur led the attack with a small number of people.

Virgo wants to give direction to retreat but the news later makes him undo his intentions.

“It doesn't seem. I can't guarantee it, but before I killed the Endruid, the man was seen sprawled from being trapped in an explosion inside a building. If he infiltrates here then this is a good moment to kill obstacles that will become a great wall in the future.”

Virgo was a little quiet and thoughtful. He still does not really know how far the miracle that could be made by Retsuji Arthur.

“No. The fact that he survived a bomb blast inside the building that was supposed to have caught fire. That was more than enough to show how irrational he was. If this was a fictional story, then that person had a very thick armor plot. Much better we don't try it now.”

Virgo believes that nothing is perfect in this imperfect world.

No matter how absurd a Degree Retsuji Arthur is, there must be a small gap from him.

“If it wasn't the madman, then who infiltrated? It can't be the vice-chairman or the tollol guy from Blueeast, right?”

“Yes. One of them is a woman. He's one of the Eight Rookies we're wary of. Japanese woman, Sakura Terumi. While the man she was with was an anomaly that we simply did not understand.”
