It is Alwi's house, which is now in Devan. Even though it was night, he still barged into the magnificent house that was guarded by several guards in order to meet Alwi who was in his study.
Some people confronted Devan and caused a fistfight, just as they were aware of the reason for Devan's current arrival. But in the end Devan still managed to break through to the room Alwi.
“BRAK!!” The door opened after Devan kicked him hard. His anger at Alwi had already accumulated in the crown.
The man who was sitting in his chair and turned his back to the door immediately turned around. He smiled sarcastically at Devan's arrival with his face filled with anger. There was no surprise at all as if he knew that Devan would come to see him.
“Sorry sir, I already held him in front. But the young master insisted on going in to see master.” Said Alwi's subordinate who had a bruise on the corner of his lips. He was sure, Devan must have hit the men who followed his steps.
“No problem. Just let him in. This is indeed his home.” Alwi grinned widely. He put a glass of wine that is still filled a quarter and then spread his hands.
“Welcome home, Devan. How are you?” Greet her with a smile that made wide and very annoying.
But the reception seemed meaningless to Devan. He even stepped forward towards Alwi and,
“BUK!!”
A hard fist hit Alwi's face until the man fell on his shifting chair.
From Devan's eyes, clearly visible anger that collected and wanted to immediately spill.
“Ha, hahaha..” Alwi spelled out his laughter while rubbing the corner of his bloody and throbbing lips.
He tried to get up helped by his subordinates who immediately approached, but he raised his hand as a form of rejection. With her chair resting on her, Alwi got up and tidied up her clothes stellan who was still wearing work clothes. In his white shirt there was even a blood stain that Devan believed was the father's blood.
Devan's hands clenched even more when he imagined that this man had beaten his father.
“The formula, I was wrong. I didn't raise an orphan but raised a dog that didn't know itself. Hahahaha..” Said Alwi who laughed with his annoying laughter.
“I'm not an orphan. Only my mother died but you, almost killed someone I called my father!” Devan is not willing to lose. His eyes barked red at Alwi.
“Aaahhh. Thank you for reminding me that your father is a murderer." Alwi walked over to Devan.
"KILLER OF MY MOST DEAR SISTER!!!” Shouted Alwi suddenly while being right in front of Devan.
Alwi gave a small smile, then grinned with anger at Devan. Just look at her teary and red eyes while remembering the little sister who was no longer by her side.
“How does it feel to see the man free? Do you feel happy? You do not forget, what has the man done to you?” Alwi leaned his body on Devan making the heads of the two side by side on the same line.
“He killed your mother, Devan. Hahahaha..” Alwi's whisper in after laughter that makes goosebumps.
“Papah is not a killer. Papah never intentionally separates us from mama. And he has made amends. He didn't even fight back when you charged him with such a long sentence.”
“The punishment he lived through, did not necessarily make my sister return. You know that, right? YOU KNOW THAT, RIGHT?!!!” Shouted Alwi right in front of Devan's face until his voice resonated in this spacious room.
“Do you think the punishment is worth it? What's worth?” Alwi slaps Devan's face but Devan does not flinch.
“Nothing is ever worth a death.” Alwi whispered while gripping Devan's back neck tightly until his sharp nails pierced Devan's neck.
Devan tries to rebel, but Alwi's grip is too strong that he can't dwell.
“I've asked you, to never meet that man again let alone call that man with the call of father. But apparently, your ears are not working properly. Yeah, your ears don't work well, huh?!”
Again, Alwi slapped Devan's ear a few times and got louder and louder.
“Akh shit, I'm getting annoyed at your disobedient behavior.”
“BUKKK!!!” this time he even punched Devan hard in the face making Devan distraught and almost fell down.
Devan immediately straightened his body and was about to fight Alwi. But just as Devan was about to throw his punch, some of Alwi's men immediately held him down and held Devan to force Devan to kneel before Alwi.
Alwi smiled with satisfaction at Devan who was not struggling. Again he punched Devan's face repeatedly, making Devan's ears buzzing and leaving bloody wounds along with bruises on some parts of Devan's face. Devan was about to rebel but again he was outnumbered.
Not content to get there, this time Alwi took his golf stick and smashed it into Devan's body repeatedly. A habit he's always done to Devan since this guy was a kid. And Devan can't fight. He realized, however Alwi was the one who took care of him all this time.
“POW! BUKS! BUK!” Stick the golf in his hand until bent and Devan falls down with his body in pain. Alwi threw the golf stick while grinning with satisfaction. He gasped for breath because his power was almost gone. He crouched down while holding Devan's collar.
“Job! You should have just died with your mother so I wouldn't regret raising a child like you!” he said with great emphasis.
Devan is not flinching. He could only feel the pain in his very body.
“Father is innocent. Papah never tried to kill Mama. Papah loves mamah very much.” Said Devan with a stammer.
But Alwi did not accept. He even stepped on Devan's body until Devan curled up to hold his sick stomach.
Seeing Devan no longer resisting, Alwi turned his back to Devan. He took back his wine and gulped it down. In front of him, he saw a photo of himself with his sister Anggita. They smiled happily in the photo but instead made Alwi's heart grimace.
Killing Devan with all his might even almost kill Amri, it still does not make his feelings better.
“Should have, I never let you marry that man. Should never.” Say Alwi with red eyes that are glazed and wet.
Striking Devan and Alwi does not make his feelings relieved and Devan will never obey him. He was too similar to his brother who was so stubborn. So what should he do now?
