Bella's Script

Bella's Script
Take care of yourself better

Bella and Devan are still both silent on the way to Bella's house. Bella's hands were still trembling and Devan noticed that.

He gave her a bottle of mineral water that he kept between the doors of his car. Luckily he always prepared this and there was a time when Bella needed it.

He opened the bottle cap and gave it to Bella, this woman needs to calm down.

“Thanks.” Bella's lips are soft.

Devan does not respond, he only notices Bella from the middle spy. Bella sipped her drink but it seemed very difficult to swallow. His two red and puffy eyes and the bluish bruised corners of his eyes made Devan sigh uncomfortably.

“Gue can not pretend not to see and do not know what happened lo Bell.” Said Devan with great earnestness.

He gripped the steering firmly, it still feels annoyed because he failed to deliver a harder blow to Rangga.

“He will change. You don't need to take a headache.” Bella Strictly. He is still trying to put his full trust in Rangga.

He sipped his drinking water slowly. His eyes are back watering. Devan is convinced, Bella is not only convincing him that Rangga will not repeat this, but is convincing himself.

“Gue won't interfere with your relationship problems with that lo guy, but I won't be in the same way he treats lo.”

“Lo think normal kayak gini thing done same couple lo?” devan Urge. His emotions were always stirring when he saw the bruise.

“To the edge!” Bella. He pointed at the edge of the road, he was already lazy to argue.

“Bell..” Devan lowers his voice tension. He believes Bella intends to go down.

“Why are you always this stubborn anyway, Bell?” for a while he looked at Bella who was beside him before exhaling her in annoyance.

“Lo know I'm stubborn, why do you still argue me?!” bella's voice began to rise, making Devan can only shake his head to see Bella's hard attitude.

For Bella, Devan doesn't know how hard it is to accept someone we love as bad but letting go is too unlikely. It hurts so much to accept those two realities that he has to choose one.

There was no counterpart from Devan, he pulled the car over first and then stopped. Then he locked the car door so that Bella did not come down.

“Lo what the hell, open the door!!!” grunts Bella. Tears regrouped in the corner of his eye and were ready to break.

“Bell, please,, you can't keep believing!” Devan begged Bella.

“How many times has he confessed this same lo?” Devan asked with a sharp look.

Bella turned her face away and gulped her drink back down.

“***!” Grunts when the water in the toilet drink first even though he still needs it.

“Not this once, right?” Desperate Devan.

Bella did not answer. He chose to look out the window with a glare.

HUH! Devan grunted in frustration, rubbing his face violently. Seeing Bella like this, he was very sure not this time Rangga just did a rude action on Bella. Whether he intentionally or not, Rangga did not even apologize and just left.

It seems Bella has been very lazy to speak. It takes time.

Devan picked up the bag that was in the back seat of his car. He took out his hat and sunglasses.

“Pake this if you are still not ready to answer questions Ozi same nyokap lo.” He put the hat and the sunglasses on Bella.

For a while Bella was stunned. He looked at Devan's hand which held out a hat and glasses to him.

“To the front, I can take better care of myself than this.” Bella said, taking a hat and glasses from Devan's hand. This time, he needed these two things. Devan's right, he's not ready to argue with the house guy.

“Hust!” Devan Emphatically.

Without waiting for long, he returned to the gas to Bella's house. While Bella, trying to close her eyes that throbbing pain in order to rest for a while.

Arriving home, Devan got off first. It's been a few steps taken, but Bella hasn't come down yet. He still had to prepare himself, trying to look calm without a voice or trembling hands while talking to Ozi and Saras.

Several times he sighed deeply and then exhaled slowly to calm himself. After feeling ready, he went downstairs wearing a hat and sunglasses.

“Wih, what do you get from Bogor?” Greet Ozi when both of them enter the house.

Devan just smiled, welcoming Ozi's invitation to the tos. He took mineral water and gulped it down.

“Why do you deck? Pake the same hat glasses dalem home. Lo eye pain?” Ozi is about to open Bella's hat but Bella tries to avoid it.

Devan who was in a crush immediately turned his head.

“Gak nothing.” Bella Sahut.

He took a glass and sipped his drink beside Devan. Finished drinking they both fell silent to each other lyrics like trying to convey a message through a gesture.

“You two why the hell?” Ozi was getting curious.

These two people who were not used to lying looked clumsy when something was hidden.

“Bogor today is really hot.” Devan complained while taking off the jacket he wore.

“Open hat with glasses. If mamah knows, can say she's in the house wearing a hat with glasses. Thought we tripped again lo.” Urge Ozi without being able to be denied.

Bella finally gave up. He had to take off his glasses and hat in front of Ozi.

“Why your eyes?!” He immediately moved from his place and approached Bella.

“It got hit huh?” Ozi tried to touch Bella's bruises but Devan immediately restrained her hand.

“It's my fault bro, sorry."

"She neglected to look after Bella.” Said Devan firmly.

Bella turned to look at the man beside her in disbelief. Devan does not hesitate to admit things that are not his fault just to make Bella not feel uncomfortable.

“Haduuuhhh. Next time be careful both of you. Ice compress there, I take medicine first.” It turned out that enough with Devan's answer, Ozi no longer asked much.

The man passed away to his room, taking the medicines he used to keep.

After Ozi died, the atmosphere became awkward. Both of them sat on the dining table chairs and looked at each other.

“Why do you lie for my sake?” Bella Lirih. Just this time he was staring quite a page at the man beside him.

“Gue is not lying. I was negligent keep lo, so you sampe kayak gini.” Sahut Devan with ease. He sipped his drink again without taking his eyes off Bella.

“Thanks Van, ,.. You have done a lot for me today.” Bella said really. He felt very gloomy at this time Devan was nearby.

Devan nodded. “Inget same promise lo, in the future you should be more able to take care of yourself.” Devan tried to remind.

“Hem,.. Promise.” Bella brandished her two fingers as a gesture of promise. His lips also smiled thinly, a rare thing he pointed at Devan.

Seeing this Bella, I don't know why Devan's feelings have gotten so much better.

Can you see that smile for longer?

Bella POV

The pain in my bruise still has not subsided, even though I have given him enough ointment. I've also compressed it but it still looks bluish. Argh I'm frustrated.

Seeing the reflection of my face in the glass made me look at this wound. The corner of my eye was still watering and it hurt a lot when I pressed.

“Rangga, you accidentally right?” I want to ask him that.

But he left before even apologizing to me.

What's wrong with Rangga? I didn't see him drunk but he did something beyond my reasoning.

And anger. Since when did he keep that anger in his mind? Prejudice that I always wanted to be superior to him and the thought that I put aside his opinion. Wasn't this time he never made time for me? He didn't even respond to me when I needed his presence.

God, what's wrong with our relationship? Why is it that the longer I don't know Rangga? Are there too many things that change us? Where do our thoughts that are always linked and the same go?

Stirrups,..

I could only pull my hair rough while bowing in front of the dresser. I can't understand it yet.

“Not this once, right?” The exhortation to Devan's question came back to my ear. My memory is like returning some memories of Rangga's abusive treatment of me.

Aaarrgghhh my head became very noisy. The whisky!!!!

I closed my eyes hoping the shadow would disappear. I tried to get my brain to change the thoughts that came to my mind. But it feels hard. All the rough treatment Rangga increasingly clear in my head makes me open my eyes wide and without feeling my eyes red and watery. I remember what Rangga did to me. I remember the other wounds on my arm and back.

Two years ago, I saw the screen of his phone that kept ringing while Rangga was in the toilet. I took the initiative to answer that call even from an unfamiliar number.

"Haloo.." I said while trying to steal the sound of the voice over there.

"BELL!" suddenly Rangga came out of the bathroom, ran towards me and snatched the phone from my hand.

One hard elbow from Rangga managed to push me back, making me fall and hit the end of the glass table which made my arms and back hurt deep enough.

"GOD!!" at that time I could only complain. Resisting pain and pain coming at the same time.

“Gosh! Sorry Bell, I accidentally.” exclaimed the panicked Rangga and immediately helped me.

He took me to the hospital in a hurry and I had to get some stitches to close the glass cut on my arm and back. To this day, his scar is still visible.

You should know, it also makes mamah very angry to force me to part with Rangga.

Rangga is impulsive when angry but he is also the one who always quickly apologizes and embraces me tightly. I could see the regret in his eyes.

But this time it's all different. I didn't even look at the surprised Rangga as his hand made my eyes blush blue. He left without saying Sorry like he used to tell me. Have a lot of things changed between us?
