Maybe because of the words of Chloe who stated that Matthew could be himself, without the need to think about the assessment of Chloe, so that Matthew then returned to being stiff and rude as usual.

Matthew even yells at Chloe just because Chloe checked her phone, and messaged with David.

"Who sent you a message?" ask Matthew.

"Mister David" Chloe replied, honestly.

"Stop it right now! The sound of your phone is just bothering me!" Matthew, who had been sitting on his back, then lay sideways and turned to Chloe.

David sends Chloe a message to ask her out tomorrow afternoon.

However, because Chloe could not confirm that Matthew could be left behind, Chloe then replied to a message from David, by telling him the situation he was facing now.

Chloe apologizes to David, because he could not promise, for whether or not she went on a date with David the next day.

David seems to understand, but he still sends a message to Chloe, with casual conversation, so Chloe also continues to reply to messages from him.

Chloe doesn't think that just because she interacted with David on the phone, it only sparked anger from Matthew.

Though according to Chloe, even though she noticed her phone, but she was still in the room and accompanied Matthew, and instead of Chloe let Matthew just like that.

If Matthew does need something, or he might be tired and want to rest, Matthew should be able to tell Chloe in a better way.

But ... Never mind....

According to Chloe, Matthew is already like that, and it's useless if Chloe is too careful about Matthew's rude behavior.

Without the need to force to make excuses for self-defense, Chloe changed her phone settings until she did not make a sound, so that every notification that entered her phone, no longer bothers Matthew.

Chloe then covers some of Matthew's body with a blanket, before she changes seats to a chair, which is near Matthew's window.

To get rid of her boredom, while looking through the homepage of her social media account, Chloe still occasionally replies to messages from David, without telling David that she had just been scolded by Matthew.

After some time had passed, and according to Chloe it was almost time for dinner, slowly, Chloe then walked out of the room, about to check the work of Matthew's housekeeper.

On her way back to Matthew's room, Chloe crosses paths with Matteo, who appears to have just returned from the customs office.

"Hi!" greet Matteo, with a big smile.

"Hi!" Chloe said hello. "How's your stuff? Is there no problem anymore?"

"Yes ... Should ... But, I don't know. Tomorrow there will be certainty" said Matteo, who looks tired.

"Would you like some tea? ... I can get it for you, ", Chloe said.

"By ... I want to talk to you, you want to come with me for tea?" ask Matteo.

"Hm ... Ja. But we'll just sit there!" Chloe pointed at the two seats next to each other, which were near Matthew's door.

"Okay!" matteo Sahut.

"You wait there for a while, I go get the tea first," said Chloe, then turned towards the kitchen.

When Chloe returned to meet Matteo, carrying a tray of two cups of tea and snacks, Matteo seemed busy staring at the screen display of his phone, while sitting in the chair appointed by Chloe earlier.

"Please, Sir!" chloe said, while putting a teacup on the table in front of Matteo.

"You started it again...!" Matteo.

"Ugh?" Chloe was confused as to the direction of Matteo's conversation.

"You call me Sir" said Matteo, explaining.

"Oh! ... Forgive me ... It's a habit" said Chloe, smiling.

"Nrt! ... Looks like I'm just making you feel uncomfortable. There's no need to apologize, you didn't make a mistake" Matteo said.

"Did something happen?" matteo asked, as Chloe sat down on the chair beside him. "I mean Matthew ... I saw his hand bandaged."

"Yes ... I found her falling in the bathroom, when I came back here earlier" Chloe said.

"You don't have to feel so guilty. Matthew is not a child. Should have been he could have been more careful—"

Apparently, there was still something Matteo wanted to say, but he stopped his words all of a sudden, and looked like he was thinking about something.

"... Don't tell me she's scolding you" Matteo continued, staring fixedly at Chloe.

"Ugh? ... What are you guys talking about?" matteo asked, looking curious.

As Chloe spoke, Matteo seemed to be smiling to herself, as if something was making her feel happy.

"What are you thinking?" chloe asked, spontaneously.

"You admire me?" Matthew asked back, smiling shyly.

Chloe chuckled. "of course.... You've certainly been great and master your field, until you can make it as a job that makes money."

"Hm ... I'm not that great, because I still need the financial support of my family, for my daily needs" said Matteo.

"You don't have to go low. I've seen how famous your work is" Chloe said.

"Ugh? ... Where did you see him?" ask Matteo.

"On the internet, of course," Chloe replied.

Chloe picked up a piece of biscuit that became a snack, then ate it while thinking of something.

"You are famous everywhere. Will I be able to get your autograph? Maybe I could sell it online," Chloe said, jokingly, then smiling broadly.

Matteo laughed loosely, until both of his shoulders seemed to flinch. "You could! ... I'm so embarrassed."

Matteo was then seen adjusting his breathing, so that he could calm down again before he continued saying,

"I feel like I'm getting jealous of Matthew. He can get a personal assistant, who can be a friend at the same time, like you....

... If only I worked in an office like Matthew, maybe you could be my assistant."

"Hm ... You don't say that. There must be someone who can be a good friend of yours, even if you don't work in an office" said Chloe.

Matteo is then seen sipping a little tea from his cup, and picking up a piece of biscuit, which he then immediately eats.

"Otherwise, I may not be as good as you say. Because of the evidence, Mister Matthew actually does not like my existence," continued Chloe, while forcing yourself to smile.

"really?" Matteo. "Is it because of that night?"

"I can't be sure" Chloe replied, then let out a long, heavy sigh, then continued saying,

"Of course, Mister Matthew scolded me more often. If that's the case, then I'm not good enough for him. Right, no?"

Matteo's pair of eyeballs seemed to be moving wildly, as if he was uncomfortable with what Chloe had said.

"Chloe...! Is it possible, you'll stop being Matthew's assistant?" ask Matteo.

Chloe, who had previously lowered her gaze, immediately raised her gaze again, and looked into Matteo's eyes.

"It seems to be true to me" said Matteo, as if he knew the answer to her question, even though Chloe said nothing.

"Did my daddy know?" ask Matteo.

It seemed, Chloe no longer needed to hide about her plans to stop working from Matteo, because Matteo seemed to be able to read Chloe's mind.

So, Chloe then shook her head, and said,

"Not ... Mister Nathan doesn't know yet, that I'm going to resign at the end of this month."
