Chloe was wide-eyed because of Matteo's statement, but in the end Chloe just shook her head to respond.

"Pff.ht...! You seem to be getting overwhelmed by alcohol" chloe said, laughing.

"Chelle! ... I'm not drunk ... Okay, I do feel a little dizzy," Matteo said like a confused person, then continued to say,

"But I can be sure that I'm talking seriously, and alcohol just helps me to be more courageous to express my feelings to you. So, you better believe my words."

Chloe sighed deeply, then exhaled slowly.

After he finished speaking, Matteo finally continued what he had wanted to do, which was delayed because Chloe was holding him back.

Given Matteo who had just drunk a lot of alcohol, Chloe felt doubtful that Matteo could still go well.

"I can go by myself. You just rest," Chloe said.

"Please, Chloe...! Don't make me hate Matthew any more!"

Matteo's words were enough to tickle Chloe to feel curious, so Chloe ventured to ask Matteo. "What do you mean?"

"I feel very envious. I know that you work for him, but I still get upset because you spend more time with him....
