The Part 52

Although she looks a little disappointed, Judy wants to end her date with Matthew tonight.

Judy doesn't even seem to mind, though no one can take her out of Matthew's house, because Chloe can't let go of Matteo's fall, either, if Chloe doesn't hold him in her arms.

After Judy disappeared from view, putting on a face that showed her frustration, Matthew then said,

"What are you guys doing? You guys just embarrassed me in front of Judy ... Why did Matteo get to that?"

"I'm sorry, Sir ... I have absolutely no intention of embarrassing you. But I also cannot prevent the will of Mister Matteo, who insists on drinking alcohol" Chloe said.

"You should just leave it in his house! Why did you bring him here? Are you deliberately trying to upset me?"

As he spoke, Matthew's eyes looked as if they could punch a hole in Chloe's face.

"The sir! ... You might think that I was just reasoned to defend myself. But I'm telling the truth. I've already banned Mister Matteo from following me here....

...I even said goodbye to him, so I thought he had gone home. But you see for yourself, Mister Matteo is heavily drunk, I can't possibly force him to walk home....

"Chloe...! Ilove....!" Matteo, who could not stop raving, seemed to only make Matthew completely inflamed.

Without looking hesitant, Matthew then slapped the back of Matteo's head hard enough, so that Chloe could feel the vibrations of Matthew's punch.

"The sir! ... Please! ... You hurt Mister Matteo!"

Chloe hurriedly made it clear for Matthew not to repeat his actions, while rubbing the back of Matteo's head that was hit by Matthew.

Although according to Chloe Matthew's slap it must be painful, but Matteo seemed undisturbed, and instead looked more comfortable in Chloe's arms, then shifted her head, until her nose was leaned against Chloe's neck.

It was clear that Chloe was amused by it, so Chloe tried to shift a little Matteo's head, so that the man's face could be a bit away from his neck.

However, Matteo seemed unwilling to move away from Chloe, and instead buried his face in Chloe's neck.

"Chelle! ... Let him go now!" Matthew can't seem to control his emotions anymore, until he yells at Chloe. "Leave it even though he'll fall to the floor!"

However, Chloe could not possibly let Matteo fall, so she did not obey Matthew's orders, and just fell silent while staring at Matthew there.

Matthew looked even more furious, until he furrowed his brows deeply, and so did the part of his jaw that seemed to harden, because he was the one who tightened his teeth.

"Please, Sir...!" Chloe tried to calm Matthew down.

"I know that we made a mistake, by interrupting your date. But I ask that you can be a little merciful to Mister Matteo....

... He's just been through a difficult situation" Chloe continued, hoping that Matthew would tolerate the silliness that happened tonight.

Utilizing the time lag in which the still-silent Matthew stared at her, while thinking quickly to evacuate Matteo from Matthew's reach as soon as possible, Chloe looked at the time on the watch on her wrist.

However, it is now past the working hours of the domestic assistants, and certainly now they have returned to their homes.

As such, no one can help Chloe to bring Matteo home, or just take her upstairs where Matteo's room is.

Chloe is confused to find a way to bring Matteo who seems unconscious, and has even stopped ragging.

But Chloe did not want to give up, and tried to wake Matteo up, by patting the man's face.

"The sir! ... Awake briefly! So I can get you to the room," said Chloe, trying my best.

Chloe's efforts did not seem to be in vain, because after several times trying to wake her up, Matteo finally sounded out his voice, even though it was just like being muttered.

"I'm sorry, Sir ... I'll take Mister Matteo to his room. I'll be back here" Chloe said.

Without waiting for Matthew's response, Chloe stood up and tried hard to prop Matteo up so as not to fall, then took Matteo on a walk with her.

It took extra effort for Chloe to reach Matteo who could barely move her legs, especially when climbing the stairs to the top floor of Matthew's house, until Chloe was completely exhausted.

However, in the end Chloe managed to bring Matteo until she could lie down on her bed.

Chloe then makes sure that Matteo can fall asleep comfortably, and covers part of Matteo's body with a blanket.

For a while, while looking at Matteo who had gone to dreamland, Chloe shook her head.

"Oh, gosh!" Chloe.

Chloe's job as a personal assistant, tonight's getting harder, because she has to take care of two adults at once.

Chloe then realizes that Matthew must still be waiting for her, then walks hurriedly out of Matteo's room, and immediately meets Matthew.

"I'm sorry, Sir ... Are you going back to your room? ... Please wait a minute! ... I'm so thirsty" Chloe stammered.

Chloe hunted for her breath, because she was completely exhausted, and had half run from the top floor to the kitchen.

Although still putting on a look of annoyance, but Matthew nodded in agreement, until Chloe hurriedly took drinking water from the refrigerator.

"Have you had dinner?" matthew, suddenly.

Because of the drinking water that filled her mouth, Chloe answered Matthew's question by shaking her head.

"Eat dinner first! ... I'll wait for you here" said Matthew, then take an apple from the basket on the table, and eat it.

To be honest, Chloe was hungry. His dinner hour was already missed, because incident after incident happened tonight.

So, Chloe who got permission from Matthew, immediately took food from the refrigerator, and warmed it in the microwave.

"Have you had dinner?" ask Chloe, who just remembered that Matthew might as well not have had dinner.

Matthew nodded his head. "I ate with Judy."

"What did you mean?" matthew asked, breaking the silence. "You said, Matteo just went through a difficult situation."

"Hmmm...." Chloe hesitates to tell her that Matteo was visited by an ex-lover and friend who betrayed her.

"What?" ask Matthew again. "Do you just reason, so that I don't scold you two?"

Not lying to Matthew, Chloe said,

"Mister Matteo is being visited by his friends."

"But among them, there was Mister Matteo's former lover, as well as his friend who snatched Mister Matteo's lover away....

... With that being the case, Mister Matteo must be having a hard time dealing with them."

While talking, Chloe took out her finished food warmed from inside the microwave, then placed it on the table.

Matthew was silent for a while, before he then said,

"Is it because of that until you feel pity? Or because Matteo expressed his love for you, so you tried to protect him from my anger?"

Chloe who was already sitting near Matthew, almost choked on the food she was just about to swallow, until Chloe had to rush to cleared her throat, to clear her respiratory tract.

"I know that Matteo has fallen in love with you, because he has told me before....

... Then what about you? Have you fallen in love with him too? Do you feel like she's special to you?"

Although Chloe has not had time to answer her previous question, Matthew seems to want to corner Chloe with the statements and questions she throws.

"Hm ... Honestly, I don't know. Because I just got to know each other with Mister Matteo. Just like I just knew you....

... After all, I can't necessarily meet her again, when I'm no longer working as your assistant" Chloe replied as she was, according to what she had in mind.

While Matthew just fell silent and stared fixedly at Chloe, Chloe then continued to eat a little food.

"How was your date with Miss Parker? Apparently, you're getting used to it." Chloe hurriedly switched their conversation.

"Do you think that's a good thing?" Matthew asked back.

"Yes! ... Sure thing!" chloe replied, excited.

"As a CEO, you've worked hard. There is nothing wrong, if you have fun, and later can enjoy happiness with someone you like" continued Chloe, with a smile.

Because he saw Matthew who lowered his gaze, and looked as if he was staring at Chloe's dinner plate, so Chloe thought that Matthew also wanted to eat the food.

"You want to?" chloe asked, bringing the spoonful of food closer to Matthew's mouth.

Matthew looked at Chloe fixedly, then opened his mouth, until Chloe could feed him food.

Chloe gave a big smile and almost laughed, then took turns bribing food into her mouth and Matthew, until the food on her plate was almost gone.

"Are you still hungry?" chloe asked, looking at Matthew's face, and finding that there was a little sauce from the pasta that fouled the tip of Matthew's mouth.

Spontaneously, with her thumb, Chloe rubbed the sauce that was interfering with her vision, but Matthew caught Chloe's hand, and grasped it tightly.

"What are you doing?" matthew asked, furrowing his brows.

"I'm sorry ... There's a bit of sauce on your face" Chloe replied, then tried to take her hand off Matthew's grasp.

However, without taking his eyes off Chloe, Matthew tightened his grip on Chloe's hand, until Chloe was confused.

"Sir? ... I didn't mean anything. I just want to clean your face, ", said Chloe, who started to panic.

Matthew was finally willing to let go of Chloe's hand, and was seen lowering his gaze, saying, saying,

"I want dessert."

"Good, Sir!" Chloe then immediately went to fetch some drinking water, and a piece of cake that was wrapped in cream cheese from inside the fridge.

"It!" chloe said, while putting a plate containing pieces of cake on the table, then sitting back in its original place.

"Why just one?" matthew asked, looking at the cake plate in front of him.

"Hm ... I just had a soda. I don't want to consume excessive sugar, which will only make it difficult for me to sleep" Chloe replied.

As if he didn't hear Chloe's excuse for not eating dessert, Matthew instead directed a spoonful of cake at Chloe.

"Open your mouth! ... My hands will be sore if they hang for too long" Matthew said, staring at Chloe.

Chloe snorted softly, then opened her mouth, and received a mouthful of cream cheese cake from Matthew.

I don't know what Matthew is thinking right now.

Because all of a sudden, with his thumb, Matthew rubbed the tip of Chloe's mouth, then put the finger into his own mouth.

Chloe looked up. "What are you doing?"

"How does it feel?" Matthew asked back with his cynical tone of voice.

"Ugh?" Chloe's confused.

"Tsk tsk! ... Either you are so naive, you can't understand, or you just pretend to be stupid ... You did the same thing to me....

... Don't you know? If your actions can send a ambiguous 'signal. So that people can misunderstand, what your purpose is to do," said Matthew, flat.
