Chapter 11 - From Rainbow Village
Lin Yan's back slowly disappeared from the sight of the visitors at that place.
The four noble ladies whom Lin Yan had previously asked were very interested in Lin Yan.
“What do you think?” one of the women asked in a curious tone to the woman whom Lin Yan had asked earlier.
“I can't track his cultivation. If so, it is certain that the child has strength above us.” replied the woman who was previously asked by Lin Yan.
“Is that possible? From the looks of it, the boy was about two years younger than us.” One of the women said in a slightly incredulous tone.
“That's the proof. Only with body strength alone could the boy drop the man with the cultivation of the fifth stage Qi Foundation.” he replied briefly.
“Let's go upstairs too. I was very interested in the boy and curious about which clan he came from.” continued the woman as she slowly walked up the stairs towards the top floor.
The other three women just nodded and went upstairs.
Lin Yan was currently being led by the female servant. The waiter had a much more friendly attitude knowing that the young man who appeared to be from the village was actually a wealthy child.
It could be said, 1 gold coin was enough to finance one small family of three for a week. On the other hand, Lin Yan had casually tossed a stack of gold coins before.
Actually Lin Yan did not really care about the gold coins. Many gold coins were left behind by his grandparents in the space ring. He actually did not want to wasteful about gold coins. But this time he had to do it because otherwise, the owner of the building he entered would probably beat him to pulp. The strength level of the previous owners of the inn and restaurant Ain was very strong. So Lin Yan had to take a smart move.
“Young master, this restaurant has three floors actually. Although the restaurant is on the second floor, it still counts as the first floor for the restaurant. The first floor of this restaurant provides dishes from a range of 10 silver coins to 1 gold coin.”
“While the second floor, the dishes served range from the price of 1 gold coin to 10 gold coins.”
“While for the third floor, a number of dishes are served at the price of 10 gold coins to hundreds and there are some at the price of thousands of gold coins.” the maid explained.
With the woman's explanation, Lin Yan understood instantly the price of a gold coin. 1 gold coin was equal to 100 silver coins. The entrance fee of the city is charged 1 silver coin which means 1 gold coin is very valuable.
Hearing there was a precious dish of thousands of gold coins, Lin Yan was slightly interested. But he would not go to the third floor because he felt he would be too conspicuous if he went upstairs. Just by looking at his own clothes, he immediately realized that there would be more people who would disturb him.
“Take me to the second floor.” said Lin Yan.
“Good young master.” the waiter did not comment at all. For second-floor restaurants it is considered to have high-end dishes in terms of the lowest price of 1 gold coin. If Lin Yan asked to go up to the third floor, the female servant would assume Lin Yan was the young master of a large clan who was on the run.
While passing through the first-floor restaurant, Lin Yan also noticed the number of people eating there. And the number reached hundreds. He immediately understood that this Ain inn and restaurant were quite famous in the city of Seijin.
When it reached the second floor, the number of people eating there was around their thirties. In other words, on the top floor it was probably the one who ate only a range of ten people at most. From that, Lin Yan understood that the third floor was usually used by someone of high status.
“Please select an existing seat. On the table was a list of dishes. When you want to order a dish, spread your qi in a small circle of black colors on the edge of the table.” The waitress explained in a polite tone.
Although it was calculated on the third floor of the building, actually Ain inn and restaurant had a ceiling that was so high that the building looked twice as high as other buildings. If it was the third floor, it could be said that in another building it was the fifth floor.
After sitting on the chair, Lin Yan looked at all kinds of dishes on the menu list. He was interested in the food that was here because he had never heard of it at all. After deciding on a few dishes, Lin Yan channeled his qi into the button said by the servant.
After ordering the dish, Lin Yan simply waited while staring outwards.
“If I cannot control these eyes for three days, I must move back towards the Star Kingdom. I don't know when the recruitment time of the new disciple in the sect was said by grandfather. If it's past, I'll miss it and have to sign up half a year later.” Lin Yan felt a little dizzy from not being able to enter just like that despite having a letter of recommendation.

Lin Yan looked towards the side and noticed the young lady wearing green-colored clothes. Although Lin Yan was not very understanding about the relationship of men and women, he had to admit that the woman was indeed extraordinarily beautiful. But that was not what interested Lin Yan, but rather the cultivation of that woman.

“Lin Yan, have no clan and from Rainbow Village.” replied Lin Yan.
The four women were stunned to hear it. They would naturally be surprised that Lin Yan was indeed from a village and not an influential clan or family.
