Chapter 97 - An Unexpected Historical Heritage
Lin Yan and Huan Caiyi looked at each other then nodded simultaneously. They also walked slowly through the road on the edge of the hole towards the bottom.
The deeper the two of them entered, the more mysterious qi present in the place grew heavier and more concentrated. Liubo also nodded in agreement. The three also grinned because there must be a lot of valuable objects in such former prehistoric dwellings.
The three of them had never seen anything like it. The three of them forgot about the mission and this time they were aiming to search for the treasure.

The eyes of Lin Yan and Huan Caiyi glared at what was in the middle of the giant pillar.
Their bodies both shook violently and sweat soaked their backs. Something in that place was what they had not expected before.
“Yan'er.. tell me that what I saw is not real!” Huan Caiyi said in a stammering tone. His eyes could not get away from something that was in front of his eyes.
Lin Yan did not reply as he did not expect that he would see something like that.
In the middle of the arrangement of pillars that form a circle, a giant figure appears in a sleeping position. But no breath was emitted.
Also, incredible qi radiated from the gigantic figure. That gigantic figure was the origin of all the qi present in the Dragon Valley. Now all the mysteries have been solved.

The blood on Lin Yan's body also seemed to calm down a little. He did not know why but felt it was related to the extraordinary figure before him. He felt a calm feeling when he looked at that figure.
However, one thing made Lin Yan very confused. From the records left behind by the ancient Zhu clan, they were tasked with guarding the Human Emperor himself. When the time came, the ancient Zhu clan chose to either exterminate the historical relic or still fulfill the request of the Human Emperor to abandon it.
