Chapter 358 - Storytelling
The sky grew darker as clouds covered the ever-visible sun. That place indeed deserved to be called one of the most dangerous places in the Saint Continent.
Right now, it looked like the old couple who were none other than Lin Ming and Lin Xi were staring towards the small crater with meaningless blank gazes.
“What are you thinking? Quickly take care of that young lady!” Lin Ming shouted from his daydream.
Lin Xi looked towards her husband with a meaningless blank look. He shook his head then slowly floated up and arrived in front of Huan Caiyi.
“Why does it feel like this scene is familiar?” Mumbled Lin Xi and slowly raised Huan Caiyi. He also channeled his qi that looked black into the body of the young woman.
“Hm? This power.” Lin Xi's face was serious when it detected the power that was within Huan Caiyi's body.
“What's up?” Lin Ming asked as he looked towards his wife who looked to be putting on a serious face.
“The strength of this young lady is far more evil than even demonic powers. But his strength seemed very restrained,” replied Lin Xi.
“What? A power more evil than the devil? It was truly unexpected that there would be humans who possessed such power. After all she is a woman, it is not appropriate that she has such strength.” Lin Ming said and glanced at his wife.
“Are you talking about me?” Ask Lin Xi. His old face looked extremely angry at this moment.
Lin Ming was speechless and cold sweat soaked his back. “No, let's take this young lady first. When she realizes we'll know what happened to her.”

“Grandmother.” It was Huan Caiyi's murmur that made Lin Xi speechless on the spot. He stopped grinding herbs on a flat stone in his hand.

Lin Ming's face twitched violently as he did not know what to say.
Meanwhile, Huan Caiyi was speechless because Lin Ming and Lin Xi were indeed as Lin Yan had said, often quarreled just because of a minor problem and it was more often caused by their stubborn grandfather.
Staring at the two old figures arguing at length to the point of discussing something else all of a sudden, Huan Caiyi grew even more confused.
Lin Ming and Lin Xi stopped arguing then looked towards Huan Caiyi.
“What's your name?” Asked Lin Xi to confirm who Huan Caiyi was.
“Huan Caiyi.”
Lin Ming and Lin Xi looked at each other once again as they had never heard of Huan's first name in the Saint Continent. But the two remembered about the Huan Clan in the Northern Mainland.
“Then, why did you call us grandparents?” Lin Ming asked even more astonished as he gazed towards Huan Caiyi once more.
“Of course you are my grandparents because Lin Yan is my little sister.” Huan Caiyi said with a charming smile.
Lin Ming and Lin Xi were petrified on the spot when they heard Lin Yan's name. Both of them immediately reminisced about the past when they found a tiny figure in a small crater. The two took care of the baby until adulthood but they both had to leave Lin Yan when he was 14 years old due to an important task that had to be completed.
The two of them immediately made an estimate that Huan Caiyi who might meet Lin Yan became sworn brothers or even more than that. They did not doubt at all what Huan Caiyi said because only someone from the Northern Mainland knew Lin Yan's name and people from the Northern Mainland only a few knew them.
“Say.. where Yan'er currently is.” Lin Xi appeared in front of Huan Caiyi in a flash and held both Huan Caiyi's shoulders when asking.
Huan Caiyi was silent. He let out a long sigh and slowly said what happened as they left for the Saint Continent.

“Kakek.. granny.. Let's get out of this place looking for Yan'er.” said Huan Caiyi excitedly.
Lin Ming and Lin Xi let out a long sigh then Lin Xi spoke, “Currently the seal is being locked tightly. If we come out, the seal will open once again and the Devils will come out of this place.”
“This place is a special dimension that connects the Human World and the Devil World. We could have come out, but it would have made the Devils also come out through this place and the Saint Continent would have fallen into chaos.
