Chapter 42 - Request
Everything that Lin Yan had predicted was indeed not wrong at all. He raised the corner of his lips and smiled sinisterly. This was the face of the world of cultivators. Most of them only oppress the weak and consider themselves special and want to be a ruler but fear the strong.

“What's up? Do I have to report first when I want to go?” lin Yan asked increasingly astonished at Gu Yuena's attitude.
Gu Yuena fell silent because it was true that Lin Yan did not have to report to her to go home or go anywhere.
“We're just worried, we thought you'd have an accident in the forest.” Gu Yin then spoke as gently as possible to Lin Yan.
“Sorry, but I a few days ago went to Star Kingdom.” Lin Yan said.
“Star Kingdom, what are you doing there? Then who's that woman?” Gu Yuena who was aware of Huan Caiyi's whereabouts, felt extremely curious.

“Sepupu? Why are your family names different? And wait, didn't the surname Huan come from the clan that lost the war?” Gu Yuena asked as well as speculating on Huan Caiyi's identity.

“My father and mother Huan Caiyi are sister.” said Lin Yan because it will definitely explain why their surnames are different.
“Oh.. turns cousin.” Gu Yin said with a relieved tone. Gu Yuena who was next to him was staring at him with a puzzled look.

Gu Yuena only nodded as perhaps it concerned the matter of the destruction of the Huan clan. Gu Yin on the other hand was a little reluctant but remained obedient and left with Gu Yuena.
