Chapter 144 - Meeting Long Bao and Long Gu
Sixteen disciples climbed onto the backs of the Roc. The Second and Third Elders were above the bird's head.
“Do not fall.” Said the Third Elder and the Roc Bird instantly flapped its wings then slashed into the sky.
The disciples shouted encouraging words to all the disciples who were participants.
“Really fast. The strength of this spirit beast must be very strong.” Inner Lin Yan and slowly sat cross-legged on the back of the Roc Bird.
The Earth Realm level disciples had absolutely no problems when they were on the backs of Roc Birds because their qi control was extremely great. While for the Spirit Realm level disciples to feel a little difficulty.
For cultivators of the Spirit Realm level and above, they would be able to use qi to walk on water, or in certain places that humans should not be able to. It depends on controlling the qi in all parts of the body.
Lin Yan and Huan Caiyi looked calm when on the back of the Roc Bird which made the Third Elder nod in satisfaction.

The Roc continued flying at high speed towards the Thousand Swords sect.

There is only one path to the mountain if not by air. In a certain direction, there was an elongated forest that was the path to reach the mountain where the Thousand Swords sect was located.
“Attractive place.” Lin Yan muttered as he stared at the mountain that was even bigger than where the Star Kingdom palace was located.
It is true that in the entire region of the Star Kingdom, there are a lot of high mountains. Most of the sects were in such places.

The Second Elder and the Third Elder who were staring at several figures flying from the same direction frowned.

Lin Yan and Huan Caiyi only glanced at Long Gu at a glance then ignored him.
“What brought you here uncle?” Long Hua asked after bowing slightly towards Long Bao.
“Klan Long has been invited to see this event. And I am the representative of the Long clan together with your uncle, Long Gu,” Long Bao replied with a smile. Of course he was being friendly to Long Hua because the crown prince was the hope of the Star Kingdom. One of the highest geniuses ever born in the Long clan.
“Who among you is Lin Yan?” Long Bao's voice fell once again.
All the disciples who were there turned their gazes towards Lin Yan who was still staring at the scenery of the area around the Thousand Sword Sect.
“What do you want from me?” Asked Lin Yan while turning his gaze towards Long Bao.
Frowns appeared on the foreheads of Long Bao, Long Gu, Long Hua and the other two Royal family members disciples.
“Show your manners, boy!” Shouted the disciple of a member of the Royal family named Long Cu.
“Am I talking to you?” Asked Lin Yan astonished. He was puzzled as to why all members of the Royal family liked to cut someone off.
Long Cu and another one named Long Ci were furious. Their auras seeped and wanted to smash Lin Yan on the spot.
Seeing that, Long Hua raised her right hand to stop the twin brother. He instantly understood that they would lose face again if they replied to Lin Yan's words.
“Long Hua.to..-” Long Ci wants to talk but cut by Long Hua. “Be quiet.”
Long Ci just kept silent and glared at Lin Yan like he was about to swallow him alive.
Long Bao looked at Lin Yan from top to bottom for a moment then spoke while letting out his aura to suppress Lin Yan, “With that attitude of yours, you will very quickly lose your life!”
“What did you say?” Huan Caiyi's aura seeped out as someone questioned his little sister's attitude, he immediately stood in front of Lin Yan to block the pressure. It was only natural for one to ask and answer as Lin Yan did.
“What are you really? You have no right to question someone's attitude even if you are an important person from the Royal family!” Huan Caiyi's words were cold and all of his aura exploded.
All of those who were there were surprised that someone a Spirit Realm level cultivator was not daunted at all before someone of Long Bao's caliber.
