Chapter 405 - Departure
The three Ancient Clans were currently very interested in Lin Yan. As for the Yao Ancient Clan, they were not the same as the other Ancient Clans, they were completely uninterested in Lin Yan even though they knew little about the history of the ancient times.

Li Clan
It had been two days since Lin Yan arrived at the Li Clan. He only enjoyed the scenery while in the Li Clan waiting for Li Hao's arrival and also waited for the event that the Patriarch of the Li Clan said that was none other than the greatest Auction event the Continent had ever seen Saint.

“Where do we go?” Asked Lin Yan ignoring Xia Yue'er.
“We will go to the center of the Alchemist Association. And the event mentioned by my grandfather was.”
“The auction hosted by the Yao Clan uses the Alchemist Association which is only held once every 50 years!” li Hao said seriously.
“Auction? Is that a good playground?” Xia Yue'er asked with a slight tilt of her head in not understanding what Auction was, because, in the Fairy Spirit World there was no Auction at all.
“Maybe it could be a good playground.” Li Hao said in a slightly unconvinced tone then continued, “All the great powers in the Saint Continent will be present. Lin Yan, maybe in that place you two will find an interesting object that will probably increase the strength of the two of you to a level that you might not have expected.”
“Oh? All the great powers come to the Auction event?” A strange glint flashed at a glance in Lin Yan's eyes and thought whether his grandfather and grandmother would be there even though he guessed it was unlikely because of what he knew, his grandparents were doing a dangerous job.
“Oh? All the strong fighters in the Saint Continent will be present? Is this battle royal?” Xia Yue'er asked excitedly for not knowing what the word Auction meant.
Lin Yan and Li Hao's face twitched slightly when he heard Xia Yue'er's question.
“Yue’er.. That auction..” Lin Yan briefly explained what kind of place the auction was.
“Oh.” Xia Yue'er was a little disappointed as it was not the place of the fight. But, he naturally wanted to come as well since all the strong cultivators would come there.
“Lin Yan, let's go. In a few more days the auction will be conducted, my grandfather has obtained a special place when the auction is held. Although it may be that the Alchemist Association is managed by the Li Clan, this auction event is still run alone by the Yao Clan.” Li Hao said as he slowly walked in a certain direction that is where the gate of the Li Clan is located.
Lin Yan only gave a small nod then followed Li Hao from behind.
Not until ten minutes later, Lin Yan and Li Hao had arrived at the entrance gate of the Li Clan. There were already seen several individuals, rather there were six individuals.
They were none other than the Patriarch of the Li Clan and the five Elders of the Li Clan.
The other five Elders were staring at Lin Yan closely as they had received a lot of information about Lin Yan. His battle with the two former Martial Masters had also reached their ears.
As well, Lin Yan's information about destroying the Puppet Sect had spread widely. The news came from the Snake Cloak members who saw the fight head-on.
