The Eternal War Kasarewang

The Eternal War Kasarewang
Harsa vs School Orientation Period (4)

The children who did not know what was happening ran frantically out of the room as if, while some others who saw the incident gasped, some were laughing enjoying the chaos of the MOS event. Meanwhile, Harsa was still sitting in her seat that lived a carcass, dumbfounded. His anger was consumed by shock and distrust.

Before long, he found himself in the principal's room, surrounded by the principal, the guardian of the field of discipleship, and the head of the OSIS. Harsa's hands were sweating coldly. There's no way he said, ‘Sorry my magic accidentally exploded and burned the MOS book and school property’ right? Faced with the gazes that seemed to want to drill Harsa's skull, she recalled how her father told her about how difficult it is for the average human to accept the existence of magic.

“Harsa Wijaya is not?” ask the principal. “This is not even the first day of school. You want to make trouble?!”

“No, Sir.” Answer Harsa tensely.

“If not, please describe the event earlier.”

“...” Harsa still can't find an explanation.

The headmaster let out a long breath. “Don't say you smoked and the fire was because of your flamethrower.”

“Hah? No, Sir! I don't smoke.” Resist Harsa directly. He never touched a cigarette in his entire life. More so because Darma, a health-loving doctor, would not have left her in peace if Harsa touched a cigarette.

The headmaster's eyes grew increasingly glared. Harsa could see the veins on her forehead turning blue. “Iya, then?”

“Eeee, I don't understand..?” Hansa replied hesitatingly. He's not good at lying. If there is no scientific explanation that can explain the incident earlier, is it not safe if he pretended not to know?

It seems that Harsa's words are less convincing. He wasn't let go by the principal. “Already, Mr. Mul, we call his parents only.”

Immediately imagined how he would be loved by Erik. Just this morning Erik advised her to keep her magic well, but Harsa was desperate. He cannot get out of this situation alone.

In the midst of Harsa's resignation, the door of the principal's room was knocked. Embarrassed, a long-haired student walked in with a pale face. The attention of everyone in the principal's room was shifted to the interruption, including Harsa.

Harsa remembers the young girl was a member of a magic club who was preparing for her demonstration before Harsa's magic exploded. Her hair and uniform are still wet. Harsa felt sorry mixed with guilt to see him. He has destroyed the demonstration of the magic club.

“Why, Ter? Here we are busy finding out the origin of the fire. If it's not so important, then later.” Said the vice school principal who had been silent earlier.

He did not immediately respond, the OSIS chairman added. “If about your club's demonstration schedule, I'll try to enter it on the second day.”

Aster shakes. “Eee, no. It's about that fire.” Taking a deep breath, he ventured. “I think it's my fault. I prepared an attraction where suddenly there was a chair that burned, but it seems like the chair I had prepared was switched with an ordinary chair.”

“ASTAGA!” The principal got out of control. “You do not realize that such attractions are dangerous?! Even if you have planned to be safe, why don't you ask for the demonstration to be held in the field, not in the hall?!”

“Sorry, Sir. Really, sorry. This is my slovenliness.” Pinta Aster while bowing low.

“Then!! You don't think what if the fire alarm in the hall will light up if there's smoke?! His MOS event will not stop like this if you think a little!!” The principal, however, was not satisfied. “Aster!! It won't be quite finished with an apology! You must accept punishment. Whether it's a suspension or a magic club disbanded!”

“Pak, please this is my idea personally. Magic clubs don't participate. Anything other than magic club disbanded, I accept the punishment.” Aster's back is getting hunched. His voice was getting desperate.

“Ya already.” The headmaster's voice finally declined. “You're on suspension three days!”

No. gabe. Harsa clearly remembered that chair just like any other chair. Harsa also clearly remembered that her magic energy had indeed exploded in the form of fire. Until now, Harsa could not cast magic without taking fire out of her body. Then why is his upperclassman protecting him? Harsa is also not good because she got a suspended sentence.

“You okay?” elis asked with a worried face as Harsa returned from the principal's room.

Harsa shook her head.

“But I was shocked, your seat was on fire. Good thing you're okay.” Barasa said in relief, but he could not hide his sense of herd.

“Umm. That, I guess I'm lucky.” Hansa tried to explain. “The fire setting tool is immediately lit so that the fire does not have time to spread to my body.”

Despite the efforts of the members of OSIS, their MOS event was still dismissed. Students are allowed to go home immediately. Even when Harsa returned to the hall, where the children were gathered, half of the first-graders had already gone home.

“Hm. Oh yea. Ojolku has arrived.” Said Elis looking at his smartphone. “I came home first yes. See you later on Monday!”

“Yo!” Barasa waved his hand.

“Be careful, yes!” Harsa followed. “How, you're not going home?”

“I can go home anytime. I brought a motorbike. How are you?” Just back to asking. “I will accompany you until you go home.”

Wow, that's very kind. Inner Harsa. Though just getting to know. “Hm, thanks. But is it okay? I think I'll be picked up by my father in the afternoon.” Harsa's words start to disappear. Maybe I should have called ojol, so that Barasa wouldn't have to pick me up. Harsa was a bit embarrassed to admit it, but she had a hard time making this decision. After all, all his life, he was not allowed to ride public transportation either by Darma and Erik. Let alone public transportation, ride an online motorcycle, not necessarily he will be separated from the nagging of his parents. Erik is also very strict about the issue of private vehicles. He will not be allowed to hold the bike before next year. She, Harsa, can't help but admit that she grew up sheltered by her parents.

“Oh? Afternoon?” tanya began to doubt. However, before Barasa decided, a female student figure came to them. The long-haired female student to the back who had even borne her guilt.

“Hmm. Hi?” the girl hesitated.

“Halo. Uh, sis. Who is it?” reply Harsa.

“Oh.” The student immediately extended his hand. “Aster. I'm a second-grader at the magic club.”

“Ehm yes. Ma-” Harsa wants to thank him for helping her escape from the principal, but Harsa immediately realizes that she will be found out that she is the cause of the fire. So, he welcomed Aster's hand. “I Harsa.”

“No need to call brother. I'm not ordinary. Ehmm.” Then he looked at Barasa doubtfully. “Can I borrow Harsa first?”

I looked at him for a moment, then nodded. “Can only.”

Aster's hand gestures tell Harsa to follow him. From the hall, he took Harsa to the hallway on the quiet second floor. Classes are still closed because the school has not started. Aster and Harsa stood face to face next to half the wall that bound them with empty air above the school's ball-speak field.

“Eeee. Hm, I'm straight to the point yes.” Said Aster. “You can magic?”
