The Eternal War Kasarewang

The Eternal War Kasarewang
First Offensive

“E, a, uh?” Harsa immediately stuttered in her shock.

Aster's eyes were pinched with suspicion. “Tadi, in the hall. You lit a fire using’kan magic? Basketball play time too, you get to release sparks.”

“Ngak. I think there was a mistake. How can a human possibly let out a fire?” Harsa spoke out in panic.

Aster shook his head. “I'm sure what I saw was magic.”

“Ahh. Uhhh.” As Harsa was looking for an excuse, her eyes caught the open transpran hood on their left. From that transparent hood, came out a giant black bird that gave an aura of pressure like Adi. His entire feather stood up, screaming for him to run, but his hand grabbed Aster, pulling Aster's arm behind him.  Then he held the claw of the formskitter with his left arm. Harsa's forehead squeaked in pain. His sharp claws injured Harsa's skin while grasping her arms. Harsa's vision was chaotic as the giant black bird-shaped formskitter threw him into the middle of the ball field, two floors below.

“UAAAAaaaa!!!” shouted Harsa who was dropped from the second floor. If only he had a strong and resilient body like Adi, Harsa would probably not be afraid.

Harsa doesn't have much time to think. He immediately pulled out a physis that was slightly blurred from his seal in order to strengthen his body with magic. However, once again, rather than the physis it stayed in and strengthening itself, it exploded in the form of a fireball around itself. Fortunately, the explosion of fire occurred at the right time, stopping the momentum of the fall of Harsa.

Brakk!!

Harsa fell face down on the ground. The bitter taste of the ground ball field entered Harsa's mouth, while his chest was tight due to the impact of the ground. “Aaaah!!Aaaah!”

From the fourth floor, Barasa exclaimed in worry from above. “Harsa?!! Geez! How's ka-?! What you-?! Wait, I'm going there!”

Harper forced himself to stand up. The bird-shaped formskitter flew around the school grounds. As soon as she realized that Harsa was alive, she turned back down, about to strike again. Harsa ran towards the school building. Harsa hoped that with his wide body, the formskitter bird would not be able to chase after him. Harsa had no choice because, no more physis leaked from her vase seal.

The hope is dashed when the formskitter changes shape into a black tiger and jumps to the sidelines of the rooftop column to the canteen. The Formskitter jumped about to pounce on Harsa, but from in front of Harsa, Barasa slammed down from the second floor with a hand grab. Without saying Barasa immediately lunged forward, his hands covered in physis punching the formskitter with full force. However, unlike the senior who was an ordinary human, the formskitter did not bounce. It even seems that his tone had no effect in the slightest.

“Hah? How is the Shadow Legend creature here?!” Said Barasa to whom.

Fixes. I could do magic. Harsa said in his heart.

“What is it?” Aster, who had just finished descending from the second floor, broke out in a cold sweat looking at the formskitter for the first time in his life.

There was no time for Barasa to answer. The Formskitter stood up again, but he ignored Barasa. He jumped towards Harsa who was still running towards his building.

“Stop!” Aster moves the wind element to push the formskitter so that the formskitter changes strategy. He again changed his body shape into a bird and with a slash of his wings, reversed the Aster wind attack until the student hit the wall.

“Aster!” Harsa turns around, but Aster doesn't answer. Nor did he move. The pain in his chest had started to diminish. Now his chest was filled with regret. How could he let Aster and Barasa get involved in the fight against the formskitters? Harsa knew clearly that formskitters had come here to go after him. Adi stressed that formskitters will not attack humans.

“He's still breathing.” Answer Harsa.

“Good! Back to the hall! Get my phone for grandpa's phone! Pinnya 9876!” he shouted while holding the claw of the tiger with pure physis.  “I can't beat the Shadow Legend alone!”

Barasa's footing was getting pushed back. Harsa was sweating coldly. He could not be sure Barasa was able to survive alone until Harsa finished calling for help. However, other than calling for help what could he do?

“Quick!” Shouts Barasa moving Harsa's legs. Just now that he was tracing the first rung of stairs, from behind him sounded BAAMMM!!!

The energy of the Barasa has run out. The dynamic physis that protects it is drained without waste. That formskitter-like palm pushed him until Barasa met the same fate as Aster.

“Ngak. No way.” Harsa's eyes began to water without her noticing. Besides why did the formskitter suddenly appear here?! Isn't this place not the Material World Bank? It's not possible,-

Formskitter actually came to school. Unhindered again, the formskitter is now crashing into Harsa.

Hey, I know you're there. My magic power, whatever it is! Harsa held onto her stomach, feeling the physis gathered there, behind the seal that was already about to shatter.  “Come out!” Now is not the time to be afraid of burning down the entire school. It's not time to remember how he got out of control at eight. This is the time to get out of control!

Harsa pulled her physis out. Not just the physis leaking from his seal alone, but all he could pull, For the first time he felt his Kai open small, little, then the blue ribbon that had been locking Kainya for seven years was destroyed already. His physis exploded in a fireball, shielding him from the claw attacks of formskitter. At the same time, for the first time in his life, Harsa let out a suppressing aura like Adi. Harsa's black hair turned red and her pupils became bright yellow as her entire physis raged.

The first time in seven years, Harsa felt all her strength flowing in her body. A stream he could not control. The fireballs that emerged from him were usually gone in one or two seconds, continuously burning everything around him. The school fire alarm went off again and the fire extinguishers poured water from the school roof like heavy rain, but Harsa's fireball evaporated the water.

Formskitter was not turned around even though the power of Harsa is abundant now. He kept crashing forward. With claws and fangs ready to injure Harsa. However, the claws and fangs burned to ashes when they touched the fireball that covered Harsa's body. The hands and a quarter of the body formskitter of a burnt-out tiger regenerated quickly.

Not well. Harsa is now untouchable, but he won't be able to maintain his fireball for long. Harsa could feel his power draining. Moreover, Harsa could not stop the flow of fire element from his own body. Harsa's attempt to burn the formskitter's body seems futile because each time the formskitter can always regenerate itself again and again.

How did Adi beat the formskitters back then? Will he be able to defeat these formskitters alone? Harsa can calculate when his physis will run out. Twenty seconds, ten seconds, five more seconds..Will he die here?

As the thought passed through Harsa's brain, the transparent hood re-opened behind the formskitter re-emerged and ripped. From behind the transparent hood, appeared the figure of a blue-haired man with flaming white pupils. The water from the fire fighting tools that still continued to flood the school floor gathered into dozens of long spears from the ice. In a single finger move, dozens of spears shot towards the tiger-shaped formskitter, precisely piercing into the black sphere that was the core of the formskitter.

“Kak Adi!!” Three seconds, two seconds, one second….

In direct proportion to the number of physis, Harsa's gaze turned black and her consciousness was lost.
