The Eternal War Kasarewang

The Eternal War Kasarewang
Harsa vs Kasarewang

Harsa gulped preparing herself to enter the magic club room. In there, Harsa knew Aster was already there. As in previous weeks, the student must have been studying, but not learning the school materials. Aster must have studied the materials of the Kasarewang standardization exam. After one long breath, Harsa opened the door of that class wide. He was afraid that Aster was still upset because Harsa spoke a bit loudly to him yesterday.

“Oh, Sa!” Greet Aster with a big smile. “You're late. Barasa had come for a hiatus, then went home again.”

It seems that Harsa's worries are baseless. Aster looks ordinary. He was sitting in front of one of the tables containing the textbooks of the History of the Kasarewang Royal Family. The new book was the same as Adi gave Harsa, only it was newly produced. The paper is still bright white and the binding of the lick is still strong.

“Iya, sorry.” Pinta Harsa while taking a chair and sitting across from Aster.

“Quietly, I guess I also do not make club activities anymore because I have to learn this all.”

“Where did you learn it?” ask Harsa.

“I just started chapter 3 for Royal Family History. Too bad, when it comes to language Kasarewang there is no progress. I just memorized the basic word form serratus only.”

“Hm. I haven't been there.” Harsa said, still in a tired tone. “You yourself are third grade, how do you manage time by studying for UTBK?”

“I won't join UTBK.” Answer Aster sure. “If for school exams, there are already extra classes. So I think taking extra classes from school is enough. If it is added outside school hours, I can get dizzy.”

Harsa was silent for a moment in surprise. “You sure?”

“Seratus percent. I'm not interested in any college lessons here. But I really want to learn magic.” Said Aster. “I also want to work in the magic police force yesterday. So why learn something else?”

“What are your parents doing?”

“You mean my aunt and uncle? Of course it's okay. I don't think they care much.” Answer Aster without turning his face away from his book. “I've also talked about this with Adi. He said he wanted to help me through the scholarship to get to Drestha.” University

“Woah. Means you relied on this one test.”

“Yes. Therefore, I must study desperately.” Said Aster sighing. “If you are what? Are you interested in learning magic at Drestha University?”

“To be honest I don't know yet. Obviously I also have to pass this standardization exam, sooner or later. By the way, you brought another book? I didn't bring a book to learn magic because it was so heavy.”

Too bad, Aster shook his head. “What if you ask me to answer?”

“Bby, but beware... that book you got from Adi too?” ask Harsa.

Aster nodding. “Iya.”

Harsa's brows were ascending, but she did not ask any further. “Oke, then. Start asking me.”

“King Kasarewang's current name?”

Harsa wrote a name in Kasarewang because she could not pronounce it.

Aster nodded. “Betul. How did the Kasarewang Royal family ride taktha?”

“Thousands of last year, when Kasarewang had no city, many Kasarewang died from formskitter attacks. The first king of Kasarewang, took the initiative to create a fortress to make a city of protection for every Kasarewang. The first Raja Kasarewang also took the initiative to unite all the other Kasarewang clans in order to fight formskitter together.” Harsa's Story. “The city then became the city of Drestha now.”

Aster nodding. “To be exact how many thousand years ago?”

“Eh, is there?” Harsa's forehead was wrinkled trying to remember.

“About thirty thousand years ago. It's in the next chapter. Explained how long details each king reigned.”

“There are how many kings? We have to memorize everything?” Ask Harsa in shock.

“Yes, but not much really. The king who ruled this time was the sixth king. So, there are only five king names on it that need to be memorized.”

“Fiuhh. Okay.”

“Next, ask me dong.” Pinta Aster's.

“Uh, what is it? How about the current royal order?” ask Harsa.

“Kingdom led by King, of course. Then the King oversees six ministries elected by the inhabitants of the city of Drestha. Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Education and Research, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of the Royal Treasury. In addition, the Duke served as the King's advisor. At that time, the King had one son who served as Crown Prince and his future wife as Crown Princess.” Answer Aster sure.

“You answered no doubt.” Praise Harsa.

“Yes, but honestly do not know how to answer using the language Kasarewang.” Aster said grimly. Harsa also had no answer to that question.

They asked for answers until the afternoon. Before long, the school officials told them to go home because they wanted to lock the classroom immediately. They had to clean up.

“Sa, are you coming?” ask Aster in front of the school gate.

“Cute what?”

“Well, Adi didn't invite you?”

“Take what?” Harsa shook her head. “Last time I met Adi when she borrowed her textbook first. He hasn't called me since.”

“Oh.” Aster look at the confusion. “Yesterday he offered me to learn Kasarewang. It's like learning to listen and speak. After this I have an appointment to meet Adi. I think he's taking you too.”

“Oh, that time. When he bought me a ring stick for the physi backup I made, he also gave me this.” Aster shows one bright green agate-eyed necklace. “Say this gift as an apology because Duke Aakil refused to teach me. Inside was a spell that could capture and send sounds. Like voice mail. Adi sent me a message through here.”

Harsa's eyes narrowed with suspicion. “Hm? Then can I come? I wonder what his expression would be if I saw him coming.”

“Ya, of course, can.” Said Aster spirit.

They book a taxi to the cafe where Aster has promised Adi. Aster deliberately chose a place that was quiet enough so as not to be embarrassed when he had to sing. When he arrived, Adi was already in front of the cafe. He waited outside with a confused expression. Some of the passersby in front of there saw him because Adi did not hide his striking appearance. With navy blue hair and white eyes, he looks like a rock kid. Adi waved when he saw Aster, but his eyes twitched in shock to see Harsa tailing behind Harsa.

“Eh, Sa? The ka. What are you doing here?” tanya Adi is still kagaet.

Harsa smiled triumphantly. “So back home from school, Aster invited me to practice with brother Adi.”

“O, oh.”

“Sorry, waiting. Come in.” Take Aster. “What do you want to drink?” Ask Aster to the two brothers. “I bought it, thank you for teaching me so many things.”

“I want a little kapucino. It was a really late afternoon.” Harsa.

“Eh? Uh. Yes I am also it.” Answer Adi began to dizzy because he did not know coffee. “But let me just yang-”

“Kak Adi does have rupiah?” cut Harsa.

Adi's face flushed. “Ya, no hell.”

Aster chuckled. “OK. Find a seat. I order first.”

Harsa pulls the dazed Adi to an empty table in the corner of the room. Sitting there together, Harsa immediately opened the conversation right to the point. “OK, sis. So, brother Adi bought Aster a ring rod, a necklace for a phone, new textbooks, and invited him to meet together.” Knot Harsa while breathing. “So what exactly is it?”

Adi covered his face with both hands. “Let's go ya.”

Aster came shortly afterwards, but Adi was obviously feeling awkward. They started the lesson with Adi singing some easy phrases like “My name is…. Greetings, and good morning.”

Everything was easy for Harsa who had already learned Kasarewang, but Aster was very difficult.

Adi. “You sang an octave too low. So it means weird. Not that my Name is, so my Title is..”.

Aster let out a long sigh, trying to be as patient as possible. Even after an entire hour, they had not progressed. When the head of Aster was tired, he finally begged.

“Rest first, yes. I'm really hungry too. I'll order his lunch here. What do you want to eat?”

“Mau! But I'm the one who paid!”

“I don't need.” Reject Adi slowly. He hasn't even touched the coffee.

“No need for me!” Aster forced him to pay. At rest, Aster was completely silent because he was tired. Harsa is also working on PR for tomorrow. Adi couldn't stand the awkward feeling of no one talking, so she started bringing out any topics.

“Sa, I heard last week you were attacked formskitter.”

“Iya! Really ngeselin. Sis, when I was playing together again he suddenly came so.” Harsa further recounted how he fought with formskitter in detail.

“Good. Now I don't have to be too afraid you'll be why-why.” Adi said nodding.

“But, sis. Actually, I'm afraid that formskitter is being attacked which essentially moves around.”

Adi shakes. “Ngak will. Such formskitters rarely attack alone. Especially if to handle a young Kasarewang like you, they will not send a formskitter that is too strong.” Adi said soothingly.

“So?”

“Wait, wait a minute.” Cut the Aster suddenly. “So you said how can you hear that slime moving?”

“Huh? I put a physis into my ear to increase my hearing range.” Repeat Harsa.

Aster stood up from his seat. He grabbed onto Harsa's shoulder and said loudly. “Itu Sa!! That's the answer!!”

“Hah? What answer?”

“How to learn Kasarewang language!” Aster releases his grip, takes a breath and drains his physis into his ear. “Try, On! Now you speak to me again in Kasarewang. I'll translate.”

“Eh? Good afternoon, my name is Adi.” Singing Adi.

“Good afternoon, my name is Adi.” Repeat Aster in Indonesian. “True?”

“Be, right!”

Aster's face instantly brightened back. “Yess!! Geez, why from yesterday never thought of?!” He was immediately excited and tried to test his perfect pitch ability with the application. “Yes. Yes!” He said he was happy when he managed to guess all the notes correctly.

Harsa left her PR and did the same. “Woahh. If only I could have been from a long time ago.” He said he still could not believe that he was shouting what Adi was singing in Kasarewang language.

“Leave how to practice to sing the right tone.” Knot Aster happy. “Thank you, Sa!”
