Aster vs Magic

Returning to school, Harsa did not expect that rumors of her brutally beating the seniors would spread to every student's ears. Harsa became famous as a school thug who was feared by the entire generation. The positive side was, no more disciples dared to disturb Harsa. Even the seniors in the martial club did not dare to bully Harsa anymore.

Time is fast after a tense event saves Aster from being kidnapped. UAS also does not feel tense, when compared to a thread away from death when fighting against Adit. Unbeknownst to Harsa, she had already made it to her class-up holiday in June. Until their first day off, Harsa and Aster did not stop a week from their training with Adi. Throughout the exercise, Adi increasingly has insight into Aster's magic abilities.

“Yes, but I can't detect a physis if you don't teach aura.” Reply Aster lightly.

Cold air whipped their faces at dawn Sunday, after they finished resting in Adi's portable apartment. Harsa was sitting while pondering over the fire element. He tried to turn it into a red fire element into a blue flame, then white, until it became a laser. For the past few days, Harsa trained himself to understand the Abstract Decree. He looked inside himself and got to the white passage inside him. He again stood behind the mesh cloth that had previously depicted the fire symbol. Now, the fire symbol was not only red, the color changed from red in the middle, then, orange, yellow, blue, and white. Not only did the fire symbol change color, the current symbol changed shape. At the top, there are new symbols such as invisible lines.

Whatisthis? Think of Harsa in the heart. In her intuition, Harsa seemed to understand, but she couldn't explain how she could turn her physis into a laser element. Knowledge was neatly stored behind his head, but he could not explain it. How can I turn my physis into a laser element, and how can I develop other elements?

"Your physis reserves haven't grown for two months either and I don't understand how to expand them either."

“Is aura very important in magic? I feel like I can do ordinary magic without aura.” Aster.

“Aura is important not only for perception of physis and elements, but also the movement of enemies. If your enemy turns the physi into one particular element to attack you, you can predict what attacks will appear and act in the future. In addition, when fighting, you are always in a better position if you have access to more physis.” Adi said, given his hundreds of experiences of winning fights just because he could draw physis from the Spirit World in large numbers, not because he could devise a good strategy to finish that fight.

“Uhh. So, the point is, I'm not good at fighting?” ask Aster moody. "And I can't do anything to change it?"

Aster sighed. Looks disappointed. “Then I can't become stronger than this?”

“You don't need to focus on being strong. Not all magic is used for fighting. A lot of magic can be used for useful things.” Entertain Adi without hesitation. “You don't have to be discouraged. I think you're personally fit to be a member of the anti-magic team. You are able to transform physis into various elements and manipulate many types of elements. Kasarewang is only able to convert the physis into certain elements under his decree. Manipulating elements that exist in the environment is ineffective because depending on the environment, those elements can be available or not. Unlike yourself, even if you can't use the physis from Dunnia Spirit, you can use the physis and elements in the environment freely. You have to maximize that profit.”

Aster's eyes twinkled. “So I can prevent natural disasters?”

“Yes, if caused by magic. Manipulation of elements and physis in large quantities is dangerous. After the fight, we can re-balance the physis and elements in the environment.” Adi Clear.

"In that case, what does the anti-magic team need for?"

Aster nodded in understanding. “ But, why can't I prevent all natural disasters?” Ask Aster curiously.

“Element imbalance can occur due to many things. Not all of this is caused by magic. Well, there are also people who want to travel the world to maintain the balance of elements to prevent natural disasters, but such work is usually not paid and no one can live from such a job.”

Aster shook his head. “So it is very useful."

"Uhh, yeah. Perhaps several times the anti-magic team carried out such activities. I don't know either. I know they took the initiative to do it, although it was not the main task of the anti-magic team. If there's a team that keeps traveling around the world like that, I think it should be made up of humans."

"Yes! Please teach me dong, magic to join the anti-magic team.” Pinta Aster pleaded solemnly.

Adi scratched his head. “Uuh. I am a mastermind and I specialize in fighting. In short, you have to learn how to change many elements, but I can only change those elements under abstract decrees and material decrees.”

“Then, how should I learn magic to enter the anti-magic team?” ask Aster. During the past months, Aster had already learned a lot about magic, especially about manipulation of physique and aura. However, it seems that Adi already has no advanced materials to teach them.

“Not many can teach you how to manipulate a wide variety of elements under a wide variety of decrees, but I know one person.” Adi said.

“Can I meet him?”

“Yes. I can take you to Drestha City to see him.” Take Adi to relax.
