The Love of Habib

The Love of Habib
Chapters 18.17

"God is it that you know each other? Lucky for you to be recommended directly by habib Thalib into this boarding school." The other friends exclaimed in admiration and finally understood why habib Khalid was close enough to Aish in the boarding house this time.

"As you say I'm really lucky. The acquaintance with Habib Khalid is a gift that Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala gave me. And I'm so grateful for it." He said humbly.

"Then Aira, later if we meet with Habib Talib we will send you as a spokesman because you are the only person in our class who is closest to Habib Talib." The class leader who had been listening to the conversation finally raised his voice.

Aira's smile froze immediately. Under everyone's eye he was forced to nod his head, "Of course I will help you when I meet with Habib Thalib later." Promise dreams.

...*****...

Buffaloes have started plowing fields and farmers hired by boarding schools are also at work. On the side of Aish rice field, Dira and Gisel also go down helping. The three of them worked together to help clean the rice fields from the garbage that entered the rice fields through the waterways. The garbage is not much but what is exhausting is their existence that is difficult to find. They had to comb a large patch of rice fields to find the garbage. To look for it they had to walk down their heads to fumble around the mud base. Do not forget also a woven bamboo basket that they have to pull along the search for garbage. To be honest this is an easy job but at the same time after being annoying because they are forced to come into contact with mud under the hot sun. It is no secret that the three of them hate mud so much, their hatred for mud is ingrained when combined with the scorching sun that burns the skin. But the three of them couldn't complain if they didn't want to add more punishment.

"Ugh, I think I just mocked something slippery!" Gisel looked down stiffly not daring to move his legs.

Aish was immediately nervous to hear it.

"You tripped on an eel maybe?" Aish said doubtfully.

Seeing the pale face of his best friend, Dira idly walked up to Gisel's side wanting to scare him.

"Not the eel, but the snake. I once heard from the farmers in the village that in the rice field there are many snakes wandering. Especially in the mud, the snake must be slippery and fierce. If it's not wrong-name-"

"Dira, ihh! No kidding. I'm afraid to know!" Gisel shouted unhappily as he looked at Dira with a pouting expression on his face.

Aish also followed horrified to hear the words of Dira. Because of Dira, he hesitated to step his foot.

"Dir, please. It's not time to joke."

"Yes, the joke is not funny." Gisel is still angry.

Dira smiled wryly,"Who's kidding anyway? If you don't believe me, ask habib Thalib." About Dira is still a fad.

Aish hesitantly looked at the Khalif Habib who was now standing on the edge of the rice fields watching the two rice fields that were being worked on by them and the Caliph. Habib Khalid's expression looked very serious as if it could not be bothered. Seeing this, Aish hesitantly asked.

As if sensing Aish's gaze, habib Khalid turned his face towards him. Habib Khalid's handsome face suddenly smiled and looked at Aish with questioning eyes.

Aish's face immediately warmed up, he reflexively turned his face not daring to look at the habib again.

"Don't beat Dira, he must be lying." Said Aish trying to shake off the shame on his face.

Dira chuckles complacently and wants to talk lag. But the moment he opened his mouth, he suddenly felt a slippery object moving swiftly past the back of his foot. At first glance Dira felt that the object had a slippery texture and must be a living creature, but he did not know what living things were. It could be an eel, or it could be a snake.

A snake?

"Gram!!" Dira spontaneously throws herself to the side, exactly she wants to hug Aish.

But Aish was terrified at the sudden movement and involuntarily tilted her body away from Dira.

Due to the difficulty of moving on the mud, Aish was unable to balance his body and..

Brugh

"You guys why..." Gisel instantly shut his mouth restraining a burst of laughter. Especially when he saw the faces of the two of them were now filled with mud liquid, his stomach ached holding hands until he finally let go as well.

"Haha... Why are you two taking a mud bath here?" He mocks.

Dira's head immediately dizzy. Especially when he felt a strange and sandy taste in his mouth. Waking up from the mud, he stared in horror at his already completely dirty clothes.

"Ah... What'sthis?" He hurriedly spewed out the mud that accidentally entered his mouth.

"Oh Allah, Dira... I swear you are so funny!" Gisel sat up and laughed.

Dira took a deep breath before exhaling it. In his head he continued to emphasize that just think of this as a place to practice his patience.

"Astaghfirullahaladzim.astaghfirullahaladzim. O Allah, strengthen the heart of Your servant. Satisfy me in order to forgive the wrongs of these two useless friends." Dira floated a prayer with a wise expression on his face.

"I should have said that. Why did you suddenly throw yourself at me?" Aish wakes up with great difficulty and immediately demands that he be the culprit who caused her to fall.

Fortunately, Aish is much better than him. Although he fell into the mud, but fortunately his face was saved and only his clothes were dirty.

Dira stiffly turned to Aish, "Why are you dodging?" Sad ask.

"If I hadn't avoided it, I would be in heaven now." Said Aish trying to hold a twitch in her mouth.

The thing... Dira's appearance is too... He could not express it with words. But one thing is for sure, every time he saw his face as black as mud, Aish really wanted to laugh.

Dira rolled his eyes lazily, "Yes in heaven, you're now-"

"Yo female gorilla, today you look much prettier than before." Khalif's naughty voice instructs Dira's words.

I don't know since when the Khalif stood on the edge of the rice fields to see how ridiculous Dira looks today. This is so embarrassing. Dira had a desire to dig a hole under his feet and hide his face from the Caliph.

Why should there be this human, anyway? Dira was complaining.

Since being warned by his roommates not to mention or demonize the Khalif with obscene words, Dira finally tried to hold his mouth so that his future in the afterlife is not problematic.

"I'm beautiful no matter what I do, so don't be surprised." Said Dira in a hostile tone.

Khalif is not angry with Dira's behavior, instead of being angry he thinks that Dira is very funny. Well even funnier if Dira doing attractions like the gorillas do in general at the zoo.

"Yes, I know you've always been beautiful. But by the way when are you the attraction again at the zoo? Seriously, I want to see you attractions again especially with your special appearance today. Sure enough, the one watching must be a lot." The Khalif said these mocking words without even blinking.

He was curious to see Dira's reaction. Usually Dira will explode the same as the female gorilla did when her child was captured.

It's very interesting.

"Gtsh.." Aish and Gisel held back laughter hearing their friend being persecuted.

Dira's head instantly smoky between embarrassment and anger, "Hey, Mandarin duck! So, guys, really, really, really do the business of girls?"
