"Morning!!!'"

A voice I was very familiar with, made me look over from the window.

"Oscar!!!!" I screamed and ran into him.

Oscar chuckled while hugging me tightly.

"You came!" I still excitedly. I feel so much better seeing it.

"of course! You want me to come, don't you?" Oscar took off his embrace and gave me a questioning look.

"Of course, I don't know anyone here"

"Well... I was so sad to hear that, Lui" Myra said from behind my shoulder. He looked at me with a wounded face.

"No. That's not what I mean" I err, frantically .

I just wanted to say, I was overjoyed to see a familiar face in this foreign place. I pulled Myra's hand to get closer.

"I didn't mean it at all, of course I know you"

I feel guilty, Myra looks really sad.

"Yes, I know!' myra said in a flat tone. But a second later he chuckled amusedly. He was just teasing me apparently.

"Yira..!!' I exclaimed in annoyance.

But he still kept laughing amusedly. Oscar gave me a questioning look, while pointing at Myra with his chin.

"Oh. Introduce, this is Myra. He took care of me while I was here. And Myra, please stop laughing, this is Oscar, my brother" I said, with my mouth pursed.

"It's nice to meet you, Mr. Delmora" Myra greets Oscar officially, having gained control of herself and extends her hand towards Oscar for getting acquainted.

"Just Oscar, please!" oscar replied, smiling to see Myra who was trying to put on a serious face.

Oscar greeted Myra's hand without hesitation.

"Thank you for taking good care of Lui, she looks fatter now"

"Oscar!!!...." I exclaimed and pinched Oscar's stomach tightly.

I missed swimming, but that doesn't mean I'm fatter. Only three days ago I was deprived of soft food.

"Awww..." Oscar squealed in pain from the pinch, it was appropriate!!

"Alright, you guys have a lot to talk about. I'll leave you two alone" Myra said goodbye.

"Mmmm.. Can we talk outside?" my question, with doubt.

I haven't been out of my room in here. That means I spent almost a week in my room.

My legs are almost normal and can walk without any problems. Origin is not in a long distance.

Myra paused for a moment to think, before replying.

"No problem, but I'll ask people to take care of you Lui. Manor is safe, but I still can't let you off without an escort" Myra's tone sounded very serious.

"Sure" Oscar answered the question, without hesitation.

Myra nodded, "But I'm sorry, there are only a few parts of this place that you can visit" Myra looked at Oscar meaningfully.

Once again Oscar nodded at Myra's request. What was that? They're obviously discussing something I don't know. It was like I was outside the secret circle.

"Well.. Lui, because it's so cold outside I want you to wear the thick coat I brought you yesterday" Myra's voice has turned cheerful as usual.

"He was the one who accompanied you while you were here?" Oscar asked me, after Myra came out of the room. I nodded as I walked towards the row of coats provided by Myra.

"He owns this house, uh, he rented this house" I explained.

I still remember Myra's explanation, though I still didn't understand what Myra's amused laughter meant after that.

"Hire?"Oscar asked with an incredulous look.

I wanted to tell Oscar about Myra, but I stopped him, because he went back into the room.

Myra was carrying someone behind her.

"Display this is Dey. He will take control and show you which places you can go" Myra said.

"Have we met before?" my question, curious.

I'm sure I've met him. The man had a jet black hair with a pretty handsome face. His big eyes and thick eyebrows were very striking. She looked a little misbehaved at my words, her face slightly reddened, she said,

"Aviary" he replied with a murmur.

"Aaaaah. I remember, Chef in the Aviary!"

I cried out in pleasure to remember it. The Duke was very angry with her, for serving a dessert containing wine.

Ck...I shouldn't have to remember that shitty night. Soon the atmosphere turned a little unpleasant. Oscar looked at me without comment. But his eyes implied a million questions.

"He is Deyanis. Just call Dey" Myra mediates a strange introduction that makes us awkward.

"We're out now?" Oscar also broke that awkwardness and stepped out of the room.

"Watch your time" Myra stroked my cheek softly.

I smiled and nodded, then caught up with Oscar who had disappeared from the door.

This was the first time I set foot in another room in this house, and amazement ambushed me.

With the position of the room door that was right in front of the second-floor balcony, I could see most of the rooms on the first floor

This house is so big and beautiful. This house is bigger than I thought it was. I could see some of the hallways and big doors that were going nowhere.

The entire interior of the house is made of wood. Not a surprising fact, because the room I occupied was almost mostly made of wood except for the fireplace.

But the details as well as the interior, amazed me.

I saw one more fireplace, larger in size than the one in my room. In front of him, there are soft chairs and a beautiful sofa. In another corner, I could see rows of walls with intricate tribal carvings.

I can guess, anyone who arranged this room wanted to present a comfortable impression. And he succeeded.

Dey directed us out, but he showed us the way in silence.

The view outside the house is no less astounding.

Trees with large circumference overshadowed the house, making it look like they were surrounded with canopies of leaves.

About a hundred meters from the road we passed, a large wooden gate without a door stood firm as a sign of the entrance to this house. The gate is also decorated with carved leaves and flowers, beautiful and complicated, which must be very unique.

After admiring the views around the house, Dey stopped to the east of the main building.

I know the view in front of me. The side garden that was right under my room. The place I saw the Duke and the woman a few days ago.

Dey invited us to sit on the benches of the garden spread out under the trees.

"Is there no other place than here?" Suddenly I was upset.

I don't want to repeat what Duke did with that woman.

"Why?" ask Oscar, "This place is very good in my opinion"

"Eh. of course this place is good" Akul threw his body on the bench. Realize I don't have any reason to hate this place.

But I still chose another bench. Silly indeed, but it made my mood a little better.

"What's wrong with you?" Oscar was astonished, seeing the change in my mood.

"Nothing!!" my answer.

"I know it's a lie, but I also know, you'd hate me if I forced you to answer" she looked at me with a small smile.

"Yup.. and that's why we need to talk about something else" Shifting through the discussion is a great way to deal with upset that isn't necessarily this direction.

I can't understand at all, what pisses me off about seeing the Duke with that woman. They are free to do whatever they like.

That's none of my business!!

"I'm really glad you're okay here Lui" Oscar stroked my arm.

"Yes, I'm fine, but you owe me an explanation. Myra doesn't want to say anything with reason, I'm not strong enough yet, but I want answers from you Oscar!" I try to sound very firm.

It's time I got an answer. I can't force Myra to tell a story, but I can whine at Oscar.

Oscar sneered annoyed, he knew what would happen to him if I started whining. " It doesn't need to be like that, I'll answer your question"

"First, what really happened? Who are the people in the forest? All I know for sure is that they're not human-er like Duke" I added, with a slight hesitation.

I glanced at Dey, he was about 10 meters away from where we were sitting. I don't think he's gonna hear our conversation.

"You're not even surprised!! You already know Duke is not human" I exclaimed, Oscar's face remained flat on hearing the extraordinary fact.

"You know Duke isn't human?" tanyakanya.

The answer I got changed into another question.

"Duh. of course I know. He's been-turned-to-be whatever it is in front of me" It's a little hard to explain the Duke's other form changes in words, too creepy.

"You know that and you're staying here willingly?"

"I'm the one who should have asked Oscar so much, why are you the one who's now showering me with questions?" murmurings

"Because what matters to me is your safety and happiness Lui" he replied patiently.

"You mean I'll be safe here, right? Myra also said that. And I understand, but I need to know why I'm in danger. Why did they trick me with that proposal?"

"Because you're special, they want to gain something by hurting you" Oscar was suddenly grim.

What kind of absurd reason is that? Special? I'm special?

"No, I'm not. I'm not special at all. I'm ordinary" I said. Since when am I special?

"I don't think they!"

"What do they want from me?" my question, I don't think it out.

What did they get from killing me?

"Something I can't explain, unless you want me to lie" Oscar replied with a capitulated look.

"You sound ridiculous Oscar. You said my life was threatened, but I can't tell what caused it? If this has anything to do with my safety, I have a right to know!" My patience is running out.

"Listen to me Lui. I don't want to hide this from you, but I want you to make a decision not based on this. Your way of thinking will be greatly affected if you know the real reason"

Oscar's words confused me even more. Decide on what?

"I want you to follow your feelings and decide that naturally. Without any influence or coercion. Especially not just because you feel your life is threatened"

Oscar got up from his seat and started walking back and forth with a serious face.

"Oscar your explanation is completely foreign to my ears, I don't understand anything you mean. I'll make a decision about what?" My eyes followed Oscar's footsteps in front of me.

"Oh my God, this is so hard!!" Oscar muttered softly, but I heard it.

What makes him so confused?

"Sorry Lui, but I don't know what else to explain. All you have to know is that the safest place for you right now is here. I promise, if after all this is done-----hmm I mean everyone who wants you killed is done. If after that you want to go home, I'll be happy to pick you up"

Oscar again tried to explain, but the degree of clarity I wanted, was far from adequate..

"Of course I'll be back, you're so weird!'

But looking at Oscar's very confused face, I became heartless. I know Oscar very well, and I very rarely see him lose his way now.

"Well, I understand, if you want me to be in this place because this place is the safest place right now, but can you give me a prediction as to when I should be here?"

I give up, I don't like to see Oscar burdened with all the hassles of my troubles. His life is complicated enough.

"Are you going to get mad if I say 'i don't know'?"

"Of course, you're the smartest person I know. How can you answer not knowing?"

A little bit of my anger came back. How not? None of my questions were answered by him.

SRATT....!! The sound of a bush of leaves rubbing against us, made us aghast.

Dey suddenly ran towards the corner of the park and disappeared.

Oscar pulled me to my feet in alarm, as he looked towards Dey's disappearance, then he dragged me towards the house.

"What's wrong?" I was surprised, forgetting all my anger at Oscar.

Not answering, Oscar pulled me, broke through the park, followed a small path to the house.

"When?" my many.

"Tomorrow, meet me tomorrow" Abel confirmed his time once again.

I nodded in understanding, before realizing Abel could not see the nod, we talked over the phone.

"Well, I have to drive someone to town tomorrow" I replied.

"Good" Abel answered and then disconnected his call.

Abel will discuss a few things about Crispin and his army, I certainly will not refuse.

Tomorrow I have to get Oscar out of the pack, I just have to leave early.

The story that Oscar told me last night made me realize a lot of things. All this time I did not question Bee's slightly naive nature and attitude, because I think it was another Bee charm.

But almost all of the causes are now answered. He was raised to be like that. I'm not complaining, but the background that Bee's been on still makes me angry.

How could his father treat Bee like that? I found one more person to hate as it turned out. I'll never let him get close to Bee after this.

Sick man!!

I threw a body in Oscar's bed last night, but the sight on the glass door in front of me, made me rise again.

It was Oscar and Bee, they were walking hurriedly towards me with panicked faces.

I hurried to open the glass sliding door.

Not expecting the door to open, Oscar's calculations went wrong, just burst in and fell over .

Quickly, I caught Bee's body, before she kissed the floor.

And. Bee's intoxicating scent, filled my nose without my holding back.

The scent momentarily drowned me, in comfort and longing.

But the swearing of Oscar next door, who had fallen to the floor in a landslide, blew away the beautiful illusion that was beginning to form in my head.

"You hurt?"  I asked with a little choking, in Bee's ear.

Bee who realized, if from earlier he gripped my body, immediately pulled his hand. He took a few steps back. His eyes looked at the floor, but not where Oscar had fallen. He just wanted to avoid my sight.

He was still afraid of Duke!!!

Of course he didn't want to look at me, my mind glumly. Bee took another step back. Increase the distance between us.

"What's wrong?"

I turned my attention to Oscar who was now standing. Looking at Bee only added to the prick in my heart, because of her frightened attitude.

"That bodyguard, he suddenly ran disappearing in that direction" Oscar pointed towards the corner of the park which was also the exit for Omega. There's something there.

"You know the way back to Bee's room?" my question, to Oscar.

He nodded while adjusting his breath.

"Take Bee to the room, and stay there until there's news!"

Without waiting for an answer, I immediately ran out following Dey's scent.

I'll call Mom, ask her to keep Bee and Oscar in the room. If there really was an enemy this close, it would only mean one. Uncle Rex was right, Egon still left some traitorous werewolves here.

Arriving at the door, I saw Dey walking back towards Manor. "What do you see?"

"So there's someone peering inside through the door, Scion. But I didn't kiss anyone near the park, so I had trouble tracking it. He galloped towards the market" Dey pointed towards the east.

Ingeniously, that place would be a good hideout for werewolves. Tens to hundreds of werewolves were there at a time like this.

"What else did you find?"

"I'm sorry, but that's it. The scent of another werewolf left behind in this area is very strong" he said, looking down.

I don't blame him. The road next to Manor, is the main road leading to the Gentry settlement. There are dozens of people passing through it every day. It was almost impossible to find any trace on that path.

But I can do it!! I had Dey show me where he saw the spy.

I lowered my head and took a deep breath, sifting through the new scents around him. The wide variety of werewolf scents made me almost sneeze.

But it was the usual scent on the pack, slowly I once again took a breath, and sorted out the scent that I thought was the strongest.

But nihil---they wear stronger odor-removing herbs.

This is why f*ckhead finally thingking. They learn from Bee's failure to trap him.

Whoever the scouts are, they won't be tracked, because my nose failed to find any trace of him.

I cursed once again. I must contact Uncle Rex immediately, and hope he has a clue as to who the traitor is still in the pack.

My crazy heart rate makes it a little difficult to breathe.

I took a deep breath to ease it. Oscar led me to sit on the sofa upon our arrival in the room.

"You okay? Your face flushed a little" Worriedly, Oscar placed his palm on my forehead.

"I'm fine. I'm just surprised"

I was grateful, because when I answered, Oscar got up and walked to the table next to my bed to get a drink.

Otherwise, he'll know I've been lying. I know for a fact, this crazy heartbeat, not because of anything that happened in the park.

My heart is crazy because---Oh God..!!

I could feel my face getting warmer. The tip of my finger that touched the Duke's body, was still shaking violently. I squeezed my palm out of feeling betrayed.

The hand trembled not out of fear, let alone surprise, but out of joy.

Most of my shameless mind, cheered happily because of the incident earlier. Duke's embrace while preventing me from falling, left a warm and bubbling mark all over my body.

I must have dropped some brain bolts, which made me insane now.

"Drink!" Oscar held out a glass of water, which I gladly received.

The talk in my brain makes me thirsty. A glass of water really helps to relieve those emotions that I don't deserve.

Oscar walked up to the big glass wall and tried to open it. I approached the button next to the window and pressed it slowly.

The wall opened. "Why..?" Oscar looked at the glass that was moving open, in wonder. Installing opening tools on the wall is not a common habit.

I just shrugged because I also didn't understand what the purpose of putting such a device on the glass was.

Oscar walked to the end of the balcony and looked down. I followed him and down there, I saw Duke and Dey.

They were standing by the fence and talking about something. Then the Duke lowered his head and stuck his head out like he was trying to smell something. What the hell is he doing?

Ah.. of course!

Could it be that the Duke's olfactory was also sharp like a wolf? If so, that's cool!!

"He's completely different from a human" I murmured involuntarily.

Oscar nodded his head, with his eyes unable to look at Duke who was now walking back towards the house.

"Duke is a werewolf, they call him that" Oscar said, as if answering a question in my head.

"The Duke? A werewolf?" kataku. Oscar nodded.

"They are inhumane. Intelligent beings other than humans that inhabit this world"

"The inhumane? You mean them..."

"I'll explain" Oscar interrupted my question.

He leaned his body casually on the fence.

"As I mentioned earlier, Inhumane is a being with the same intelligence as humans, who inhabit this world. And werewolves are one of them."

"There's still others?" my question, with a high tone because of shock.

"So far I only know about werewolves, vampires, magicians and elves, but there may still be other kinds that I don't know" he replied.

"Vampire? What's that thing?" I'm getting curious.

"Lui, you very easily know the answer with the search engine on your phone. I'm lazy to explain such a boring thing" Oscar sneered impatiently.

"Ah...I don't have it" I realized, as long as I'm here, I haven't even held a cell phone.

The last time I saw him, the phone was in a bag left in Duke's car.

Oscar nodded in disbelief. He pulled the phone in his pocket and handed it to me. "Wear this for a while".

"What about you?" Mobile phones are a very important item for an entrepreneur.

Oscar opened his coat, and grabbed two phones tucked in his pocket..

I laughed, not believing he was carrying three cell phones at once. "Hey.I need all that" she said with a smile.

I opened the browser on Oscar's phone and started typing the search for the word 'werewolf'. Many articles appeared, I chose the ones that were palling over and started reading.

"Werewolves aren't humans, but they're not monsters. Some might, like the werewolves that attacked you in the woods. But like humans, not all werewolves are evil" he explained.

I nodded in understanding. I read the article and now feel that it is ridiculous. I saw how Duke turned into a wolf at noon. There was no full moon at the time.

"During this time the inhumane creatures hid their existence from humans. They live in the shadows, and the depths of the forest are like here. But sometimes there are people who meet them. "If there is indeed a war between humans and inhumane, I doubt they will win. Especially with the progress of weapons of increasingly terrible human findings" Oscar closed his explanation with a deep breath and shudder in horror.

I nodded in understanding. The matter is not as simple as I thought. And quite frankly, my brain capacity is starting to be unable to digest it.

The movement in the park, made us look down with interest. A woman with a head covering passed through the park and walked out the fence.

I've never spoken to the occupants of this house other than Duke, Myra and Dey.

But I could see the prowess of some of the servants who delivered food for me at the door. I think he's one of them. Did they know Duke was a werewolf?

"Did all the humans working in this house know Duke was a werewolf?" ask me with curiosity. Myra obviously knew because she explained it to me yesterday first.

Oscar chuckled softly while looking at me. I frowned, what was wrong with my question?

"Lui, are you still unconscious? All the humans you see here are werewolves. This house.ah no, the neighborhood where this house stands is a werewolf pack. And the Duke is the ruler here"

I almost dropped the phone I was holding onto the floor hearing that.

"No way!!" my dispute.

Myra, Dey?? Them too?

"But they look ordinary" I added, stuttering in disbelief.

"Of course they look ordinary, they will look amazing only when they change. You know how it came to be!" Oscar gave a small smile looking at me who still could not shut up in surprise.
